    Worst Customer Service of all time

    Worst Customer Service of all time. They make your account limited and ask you silly questions about your business. It took me more than 7 months to resolve a limitation because of their compliance department who replies back once in 2 weeks.

    Paypal has exceedingly long wait times . No way to change over to call back after you choose to hold. They play obnoxiously loud terrible music. However Once it got ahold of a customer service representative they were skilled and patient

    3 calls, 1h 30m so far; no resolution

    3 calls, 1h 30m so far; no resolution. On the phone for an hour so far with no resolution. There was no way to reject my friend's payment so I accepted her $. I then sent her a transaction back. Within hours it says she has refunded the money. I call her. Nope she didn't. I call to get it cancelled and they tell me it's about a bank delay. I have to force my way to a manager. He says it's a security breach and I need to bring the friend on a 3 way call to talk to a specialist. I am lucky enough to reach her. The manager never connects us to a specialist, puts us on an indefinite hold.
    We hang up. I call back. Try to re-explain. Representative puts me on hold again to look into it. ~10 min later, I hang up because they didn't come back. I called again. Explained again. Transferred into indefinite hold. I am about to give up entirely and tell my friend to fight it for awhile.

    Absolute scumbags

    Absolute scumbags. Keeping hold of my money for 6 months due to a name error, have sent all paper work showing the correct name on account, multiple phone calls, people saying they ill deal with my complaint and then no one having any idea who I am or what i want. Its been going on two months now and i'm getting very very stressed. As soon as i get my money back, I wont be using them again, so incompetent for such a large company.

    Awful

    Awful! I wasn’t aware you had to be 18 to have a PayPal account and once they was aware I was 17 they shut my account down and are holding my money in my account for 180 days! I have lots of savings in that account that I can’t access for half of a year! PayPal are awful as is the customer service i would recommend to not use if possible

    Shocking

    Shocking, absolutely NO customer service!!!! Someone hacks your accou t and no one will speak to you, luckily my bank have amazing customer service and they too think paypal is shocking and intend to use that against them. I thought there are rules and regulations they would have to adhere to but these cowboys dont seem to be regulated by anyone! Don't give them your money or bank details!!

    Untrustworthy

    For three days, on the week I needed to pay a bill, I've been blocked from transferring money to my bank account. I'm given a vague error message, and no one can explain what the problem is, or even what I can do to unblock my account. Apparently, this is a common issue for a lot of people. Thankfully, I've only trusted PayPal with small amounts. Regardless, after this incident, I'm never trusting PayPal with my money again
