hey are you living by these four simple
rules if you are not you're going to be
huge amounts of money and opportunities
that could be coming your way if you
don't follow these simple rules and I'm
going to get into them right here in
this video hey so what does that my name
is Tyler I like to help entrepreneurs
just like you go out there and have
success so for me a few years ago I was
struggling I was trying to figure out
what I was gonna be doing to try to
change things I was not making any money
I was trying to figure things out and
just things weren't working for me and I
needed to change things up really quick
now yeah I could go out there and just
keep you know trying to find new
opportunities I could find new ways to
make money I could find maybe a new job
and all that but I had to dig deep and I
had to find some areas that I needed to
change and when I did this and I started
to apply these four simple rules things
started to really take off for me okay
things really started - things started
happening and I feel like if you could
take these four simple rules apply them
to your life you will start to see
things start to magically happen for you
okay so here's what I want to do I'm
gonna get into them but first before we
do that though make sure you hit that

okay so let's jump right into this four
simple rules gonna help you to change
your life is gonna help you get things
rolling going you know in your life
first thing is gonna be this is waking
up early okay
not a lot of times you might be waking
up and hitting that snooze alarm and you
might be snoozing until 9 10 o'clock
waking up early it's gonna get yourself
going it's gonna get yourself to start
making things happen why the morning
time is gonna be the best time for just
the the most energy that you're gonna
have okay so for me I get up really
early I get up like at 5:00 I get up at
5:00 and then I go out and I have a spin
bike okay and I do the spin bike and I
exercise for about 45 minutes but before
I could afford my spin bike okay I had
to figure out what to do so what I did I
used to get up 5:00 a.m. and I would
just put on my headphones and I'd start
listening to motivational hype videos
and and and you know audios and things
like
now we just walk I would walk for about
45 minutes up and down my street it was
super early it was dark still a lot of
times but it got my energy going it got
my mind thinking and it was up before
anybody else all right so get up early
and start to get yourself going and then
get yourself motivated that's gonna be
one trick and one simple rule that's
gonna help you to start to get things
rolling okay okay so the second thing is
going to be just working harder than you
did yesterday now this is something that
you know there's a lot of times we work
harder but we're not really getting
anywhere we're not really getting ahead
work harder than you did yesterday that
means just maybe one little step one
little one little thing you know to move
forward it doesn't have to be like this
huge thing and you have to work harder
but just whatever you did yesterday had
a couple more things to it and what
that's gonna do is it's going to start
to multiply you're going to start to get
this compound effect of little things
that you do each day so work just a
little bit harder if you're right now if
you're trying to figure out how to use
you know how to create videos or how to
go out there and market yourself and
you're struggling because you don't know
what to do it's okay you're learning
you're trying to figure it out you're
doing stuff just if you're trying to
make a video and you're trying to figure
out how to make a video okay today maybe
you didn't make a video maybe tomorrow
you turned on the video camera maybe the
next day you turned on the video camera
and you talked and that's it okay just
everyday do something a little more work
just a little bit harder and you will
start to see things start to happen okay
so the next one is going to be never go
three days without exercise okay
exercise is a must you have to get your
body moving you got to get that heart
rate going the reason why you get your
heart rate and exercise going because it
pumps more oxygen into your bloodstream
that more oxygen in your bloodstream it
gets you going and it helps your mind
start to think about things because if
you're struggling and you're trying to
get things rolling you got to start
thinking differently you gotta start
thinking about new opportunities new
things that you're going to be doing so
you got to have that oxygen going
through your blood into your brain and
getting it rolling and
around exercises don't go three days
without exercising now I'm not talking
about going in the gym and pump an iron
for for you know twenty or twenty thirty
minutes or an hour or whatever that is
just get out and ski and just get
walking
okay walk every day or maybe you want to
run a little bit everyday maybe want to
get on the the Stairmaster and do the
Stairmaster for a little bit but don't
go three days without exercising because
your body's going to start to shut down
and when your body starts shut down
because there's not a lot of oxygen
flowing through your bloodstream then
what happens is is you're going to get
into this state of going back to just
not doing things and you won't be able
to keep yourself rolling okay you got to
keep yourself moving and you got to keep
the energy level going all the time so
always always exercise every day just do
something a little bit if you're doing
push-ups do one pushup okay tomorrow do
two push-ups the next day do three
whatever it is just get yourself get
that body going and get that oxygen
flowing through your body because it's
going to help you start to open up your
mind when you start open up your mind
you're gonna start to see brand-new
opportunities start to see things that
you haven't seen before all right so
don't go three days without actually and
we without exercising okay so the next
simple four simple rule is this is
everyday you want to read some type of
something that's gonna help you move
forward with what you're doing now think
about this now when you're reading
something always always you got to be
reading something it's gonna help you
that's gonna help benefit you and what
you're doing if you're reading romance
novels and you're trying to make money
online or if you're reap you know if
your romance novels and you're trying to
create a business you're gonna be
wasting that reading time so every day
you got to read something that's gonna
help you move forward you can get a
Kindle you can get an iPad you can get
your smartphone put Kendall on there and
there's actually tons and tons of books
out there that are free that you can
read ok there's lots of books that are
like two dollars you can buy you can
actually get Amazon has a monthly
subscription that I love where I pay
like $15 a month and there's like
unlimited ebooks that I can download and
read and I just download them and read
them but every day I'm reading some type
of something maybe you spend thirty
minutes or twenty minutes but you want
to do that
you got to keep feeding your mind with
all of this information that's gonna
help you move forward and I want to see
you succeed I want to see you move
forward and I want to see you go out
there and have success okay so here it
four rules again make sure you're waking
up early get up early get going get that
get up before everybody's you know the
world is starting to get going so you
can start using your mind okay
second thing is work a little bit harder
each day than you did yesterday just a
little bit harder just a tad
a little bit more okay the next thing is
always always exercise every day never
go three days without exercise and that
means walking running ellipticals
push-ups sit-ups anything like that
never go three days without doing that
because it gets the blood flowing
it gets the oxygen going through your
your bloodstream and it gets your mind
opening up to new opportunities and then
the third or the fourth thing it's gonna
be making sure you always read something
every day something little it could be
20 minutes 10 minutes doesn't really
matter but just go out there and start
reading stuff because it's gonna really
help you take off and have success
