Customer service was terrible.

Great service at the Bluewater store

My partner and I went into the Pandora shop in Bluewater where I wanted to buy a safety chain for my charm bracelet.

We were greeted by Bronte who we received excellent service from the entire time we were in the shop.

She was friendly, helpful, offered great advice and also convinced me to buy two clasps without ever making feel pressured into doing so.

Throughout the interaction she also made polite conversation with my partner asking him about his job.

Overall I had had a great shopping experience because of Bronte and though I am already a big fan of Pandora jewellery her customer service has encouraged me to come back to the Bluewater store in future when I am looking to buy my next piece.

Please pass on my comments to her. I would be very grateful.

I had the worst experience ever with pandora and specifically with the shining clover clip!! don't buy it

I had the worst experience ever with pandora.
I have received for mother's day a pandora bracelet with 2 shining clover clips (40 pound each) after one week, i have noticed that one of them was gone. So I went to pandora swindon store and i was told that because i can not proof that the product was faulty there is no way to put a claim. and they suggest me to call Pandora oxford circus (london) where the present was originally bought.
one month after that situation I have lost the 2nd clip. so I was really disappointed and i put a claim in pandora website. SO far i did not received any feedback from that claim.
So my husband went back to pandora London, and they received the claim and supposed to forward it to the regional manager, who so far did not reply.
so, is that what we call customer service? i do not recomend Pandora at all!! the worst present ever!

Poor after-sales service

I had a very disappointing and upsetting interaction with a Pandora representative yesterday.
I visited the Covent Garden store where I was expecting to be assisted by an enthusiastic, helpful and competent person with regards to my full and rather un-coordinated Pandora bracelet (because it was originally a present and over time friends and family have gifted me charms to add to it). Already, I have 3 beads that are not fitting on it and then last week my sister, who lives in South Africa, visited me (I see her maybe once a year) and very generously bought me another new charm for my bracelet! I was hoping to exchange this newest charm for a pair of earrings or a ring that I could use making the most of her kindness. But now the particular charm was on sale and so I was offered £20 for it – this is c. 25% of the enormous amount my lovely sister paid for it ☹ Daylight robbery! Further, I was upset to be treated badly by a dis-interested, surly and unhelpful guy. He clearly has no flare for jewellery either.
Also, the 30-day policy now expires, so I had very little opportunity to exchange and there is no time to return it to the store it was bought from in South Africa where the sales rep promised it could be exchanged anywhere. It seems (per the Covent garden rep) this is not really the case, so beware international travellers.
Further, in this case my sister had also brought the receipt over for me, but I would caution that gifting Pandora is a terrible idea if you don’t keep the receipt as you won’t be able to exchange. The wonderful gesture of gift giving is turned into enormous stress by Pandora due to such bad service.
My sister is also understandably upset by all this – would you pay a significant chunk of your months’ salary on one little bead and have to be subjected to such terrible service?! Pandora’s product is nice, but given the cost I would stay away and rather find other things for your loved ones!

Will definitely use again

Was an easy buying process with an unexpected bonus.
At the point of buying it said 4 days for shipping (standard free shipping), but when they processed the order it said 3 days. On day 3 I got an email saying there had been a delay at their end, apologised profusely and they automatically refunded 20% back to my card.
It arrived on day 4 which was what I expected anyway!
Website was good, ordering easy, packaging robust and secure and would definitely recommend

Pandora is a reliable brand with…

Pandora is a reliable brand with jewellery to suit a plethora of tastes. I, personally, have never had an issue with their products to a level where I felt upset. I had a ring with stones missing that I noticed upon polishing and when I took it to the store the next day they dealt with it very well and were apologetic for the issue. All in all I think it’s a good company with many positive factors such as many new releases throughout the year and good customer service. Would recommend :)

Shall be going elsewhere

I took my bracelets in to be cleaned, the store cleaned them twice, then after receiving them back and still being filthy they were sent away! I handed in my bracelets early December and have only just got them back! Wasn’t impressed by the lack of effort from the staff in Crawley.. Shan’t be going back there anytime soon.
