So ordered a router on amazon paid for it it says delivery Friday got an email that said delivery Saturday which was no use so called up and on virtual chat was told that the order was cancelled (which I never did) and a refund was coming in 7 working days so no item no refund what’s the point so asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call me then the phone rang spoke to someone on the phone who said do u still want to speak to a manager thought u were a manager I said oh no so why am I speaking to u then really disappointed in the way that my order was handled and cancelled without my say so feel let down with the service I received by amazon not a good company avoid avoid avoid would have given no stars on here but had to pick 1 no one really gives a helping hand to sort stuff out or fix things avoid avoid avoid

I feel done in by. You offer to upgrade my subscription service from monthly to annual and then when the monthly repayment doesn't go through (I got a new credit card) you cancel my subscription service. I still paid the annual membership once off for the year 2019. Now I can't get a refund even after I've tried all avenues.
Horrible Shipping
I have constantly had horrible shipping and delivery issues with Amazon. When reaching out to customer service there is no accountability. You cannot review their shipping and delivery because Amazon will refuse to post the review as they do not want to be called out on their terrible failure to meet their own set 2-day turnaround service. I pay for prime membership and I notice if I have something set to deliver on a Sunday, it rarely comes. I have had my address marked as, "Business Closed" even though it is a house because USPS did not want to deliver. ONTRAC has delivered items to the wrong address, after hours, the next day (after the date scheduled for delivery) or not at all, and Amazon will tell me to reach out to them. Amazon is the one that chose the shipping company, not I, they need to reach out. Amazon has gotten progressively worse over the years and meeting the 2-day commitment that Prime members pay for does not seem to be something they can adhere to. They breach that contract frequently and I see a class action lawsuit looming in their future.
Shipping issues
I have used amazon for years and have generally had reliable service however, the last year I have had multiple hiccups with the delivery of my items. One item was sent to a walmart distribution center in a different city- still not sure how fedex messed that up. About 2 weeks ago I ordered a product that I order pretty frequently (every other month or so) but the packaging was terrible and the lid on one of the items cracked and product was seeping out. I sent amazon a review (with photos) of the issue and they wouldn't acknowledge their fault and told me I needed to return the leaky product via mail.. pretty sure usps wont accept liquids that are not contained.
Today, I was supposed to receive 4 orders of the same item, all purchased/ordered at the same time. Well of course only 3 arrive. I keep checking the status of the last item and about 2 hours after the other items were delivered I get an email saying my last item has been delayed.... How is it delayed when it should have gone out with the other 3 items that are all the same product?! Same product, color, purchased on the same order. Now I have to prolong the maintenance I had planned.
