Your Amazon delivery company is a disgrace. I paid for the Express delivery so my item could be here on Friday 28th. Not only the item was not on time and Amazon didnt bother to send an email to notify me this, but also there was a supposed an unsucessful attempt of delivery today 30th June.
Needless to say that the delivery person didnt even bother to come to my building, leave the parcel inside the mailbox or come to my door (as I paid for) .

I have ordered from Amazon.fr many times in the past in 2009, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2017. I ordered on June 15th as usual from Canada and one week later when my order was supposed to be delivered to my address in France looked up my order where it said that I had an undeliverable address and called Amazon customer service. They assured me that my package would be delivered the following week on Wednesday June 26th. I just tracked my package on Colis Privé where it says that the package has been returned to sender. When La Poste was delivering there was never a problem. BTW Colis Privé has 85% negative reviews including many items being stolen. I could have ordered books in through a bookstore but instead waited for Amazon to deliver. I wrote another email to find out where my package was and they told me they would not be delivering. I am done with Amazon France and in the future will order from an independent bookstore and pick it up. Amazon in North America has always been fantastic.
