I have ordered shoes on Dec 2018 and…

I have ordered shoes on Dec 2018 and this was expected to get delivered in 5 Days and in Jan I get mail from them saying it will be delivered in next 30 Days it never happened they don't even respond to your email - I completed forgot that I have ordered something then i Just happened to track my application online my order does not even exist which was not service you expect from this team. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I'll keep this brief: AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are FAR better providers within the same price range. 

1 - They have had an issue replying to offline email messages since 2015 WHICH THEY KNEW ABOUT, and they have not addressed the issue and it is still present to this day. 
2 - They do not follow rfc5322 email formatting standards, and they have no intention of making an attempt to follow it. This causes the errors mentioned above when replying to emails. 
3 - They have no spam protection on their chat widget. For 12 years, they have had a chat widget and they have 0 spam protection against malicious users. It is EXTREMELY easy for anyone to spam the chat with messages. 
4 - AWFUL, AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. This has been reflected in other posts, but I need to mention it here. I had a ticket for 2 months, had to chase weekly to even get replies from them, and after 2 months of pain and misery this is the reply I get: "I'm very sorry, there is no expectation of a response or an ETA for a fix for this request."
5 - They "Accidentally" charged our account for $3,600 due to a "bug" in their system. I then had to chase them for a week to get a refund and didn't even get an apology afterward. As you can imagine, the directors of our company were not too happy about being overcharged. For reference, our yearly cost is usually at ~$240. 

To summarise, abysmal support, poor quality service, terrible development practices, and far better alternatives for the same price. AVOID.

13 emails later and finally they resent me a product but I really wanted a refund but you get exhausted talking to these people they act like you never sent him an email then you have to send them picture after picture on a known defective product whenever I have to deal with them it's just a horiffic experience. I don't think any company should work hire zendesk

Worst customer service received by a…

Worst customer service received by a company using their services! The whole experience with them has been horrific. This outsourcing is absolutely horrible! The customer service agents on the chat cannot deal with any issues nor help any customers. Please offer some actual customer service that can solve an issue! It is not about the customer agents, they are not rude, they actually are very nice and polite, and they are just doing their job. I think this is a problem of the organization overall, the outsourced customer service that leaves the employees with tied hands in what they can do, and it ends up being an incompetent service! 
I would not recommend any company to get their services unless they want a ruined reputation from their horrific customer service!

Zendesk Support is Horrible! Agents are clearly not trained enough and lack knowledge in the most areas of the system. Do not provide clear and correct answers.

In terms of Zendesk System, how can you still not yet Bulk Edit Users and Organizations?

I have had one or two good experiences with Zendesk but mostly not. I have come to dislike - and avoid when practicable- doing business with companies whose customer support is provided by Zendesk.

Zendesk as a software is great

Can not get through to Zendesk Support for over a week. I raised a ticket 8 days ago and have not heard back yet. No communication at all. 

Raised another ticket 3 days ago hoping someone else will pick it up. Still no response. 

Tried to go on Zendesk to find out if there is anyone else I can speak to or how I can escalate my ticket as its now urgent. No help available on the website. Every link or page you click on takes you to Sales. The whole website is designed for potential clients, and if you are a current client looking to speak to someone or contact anyone else but the sales department, its just not possible.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Support reps do not read tickets. If everything works - you are lucky. However, as soon as anything goes wrong - you are completely stuck. If you are new to helpdesk software, strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Zendesk offer an amazing platform but terrible customer service

Zendesk offer an amazing platform, their motto is "The best customer experiences are built with Zendesk"

Yet, trying to get help with Zendesk is awful and I have never had a good experience with their customer support team, it takes weeks to solve issues, their responses clearly indicate they don't care what so ever, they always say that they are experiencing higher than usual and never apologise for the delayed response.

If you never run into issues then it's great, but it seems as if we are running into issues every week.

Wonderful platform giving to the company choosing it the false feeling everything can be manage by the automatic agent and Artificial intelligence.(AI + BOT)
thanks to my experience with scotlandshop.com I started to check if my possible supplier is using such a tool and I avoid him if I realize he is in the list of Zendesk reference list
