that's called flippa.com
where people
can sell their already
created websites
to you that already has
revenue coming
in from different sources
and you can
take that over and now it's
your own
it's your own revenue
stream coming in
and what we're gonna talk about
specifically is flipping
these websites
to find a very nice-looking
website that
already has a lot of
authority and then
just ranking them up and
getting them
even more profit because of
the skills
that we have so I'm on
flipper calm
right now and this is maybe
not the best
time to create this video
because I
could only find a couple of
handful of
websites that I would
personally want to
buy but to firstly show you
how this
websites work you can
basically just go
in here you can see that
there are three
thousand two hundred and
eighty-five
results of websites that
actually want
to sell and some go for
like five
hundred and fifty thousand
forty five
thousand but you can
obviously find a
lot of cheaper websites
right here but
you can see acid type this
one is an
Android app and
monetization advertising
in-app sales and a net
profit of 1122
dollars per month this one
is a website
monetization sponsored
article and
Adsense and that profit of
one hundred
and fifty nine dollars per
month and as
you can see it goes right

I
when I started making money
online I
started buying a travel and
pleasure
website I bought it for
$1,200 as you
can see it ended like 700
days ago I
bought this two years ago
and this was a
travel website that fit
perfectly into
my plan that I've already
had so when I
bought it I could see that
they have
been growing for about six
months before
I bought it
they got Adsense coming in
not too much
Adsense revenue coming in
but I was
planning on using this
website for
something different
basically taking all
the articles and publishing
them as a
video on YouTube so
basically I started
making videos in the travel
niche and
just read those into a
microphone
get some awesome videos
going on top of
what I was saying like all
of these
videos that I've done
before doing Tai
Chi with the locals and
other tourists
will be a recording starts
to your
hectic day in Hong Kong so
you can see
they have like four hundred
thousand
views three hundred and
twenty two
thousand views a lot of
views in this
travel niche YouTube
channel that I own
and I've created but let's
go back and
let's take a look at travel
an pleasure
com so this is my website I
haven't
really been doing much to
it but I knew
that before this site was
up they didn't
have any email list
generation they
didn't really sell many
products they
didn't really review any
travel gear
they didn't really optimize
their
channel for YouTube views
as well so I
really just had a lot of
different ideas
that if I would get all
these travel
articles I could publish
them on YouTube
and make a lot more money
through that
and if we go into here I
make around
$200 per month just from
this very
passively I haven't been
posting much
since five months ago when
I tried
hiring one of my friends to
do all these
videos for me obviously
paying him to do
so but we couldn't really
make it happen
because he wasn't asked
passionate about
this product as I was but I
hope you can
see the lesson right here
that I took a
travel blog that had a lot
of different
articles I bought all of
those articles
including a Twitter page
that had about
60,000 followers I think
when I bought it and I
thought hey I'm
gonna make this into a
full-time living
I'm gonna make it happen
and I made
quite a lot of money from
it but now I'm
not really focusing all
that much on
this travel blog or this
travel YouTube
channel so I don't make
that much I get
a few guest posts per month
that is
about $20 each so it's
still making the
money to this day and I can
just get
that cash coming in but the
lesson I
want you to take away from
the website
that I created was that it
lacked
something and I had the
skills to take
what it was lacking and
making it more
profitable and making that
website earn
more money and that's why I
want you to
think about when you looked
through
flippa.com to really find
these gems
that has a website they
have reputation
they have authority but you
can see a
few different ways that you
can tweak to
sell more products to make
more money or
to do some social media
marketing for
the website and make it
even more
profitable than it already
is to make
your money back as soon as
possible and
then you have an asset that
you can just
leave that makes money on
autopilot
without that much work so

you can just basically just
buy it
instantly and when someone
ends up
buying this they will make
anywhere from
four to eleven percent of
that sale
which for forty dollars is
pretty decent
so if we go further down
the article you
can see that they sell a
ton of
different stuff right here
if we go all
the way to the top you can
see that they
have like flossing at teeth
whitening
toothbrushes and natural
want mouthwash
and if we go into a teeth
whitening and
whitening strips they have
these kinds
of articles that I
absolutely love that
are reviews of the top
white strips
there are on Amazon and
basically they
have this little chart
right here and
the customer coming through
really gets
a lot of options to choose
between and
then under here they also
have a lot of
pros and cons about
whitening strips
choose whitening strips
like what kinds
of things you have to buy
they also have
more in detail full reviews
on all these
products because they've
been ranking
them on Google and they
make a bit of
money through that as you
can see about
two hundred and eighty one
dollars per
month let's refresh this
page to see
even more so they're
getting about sixty
thousand to seven thousand
visitors per
month which is really good
but they're
only making about like five
hundred
dollars two hundred dollars
right here
so there's definitely a lot
of different
things that we can do to
sell even more
products and to market this
as well as
possible and I see that
this one has the
current price of eight
thousand dollars
there's bids going on on
this offer so
it definitely looks like a
lot of people
are interested in this page
and I see
why because there's a lot
of great
things that you can do with
this site
and the oral health niche
is a huge
niche that is everlasting
there's never
gonna be an end of demand
of oral
hygiene and oral hygiene
product reviews
and people will continue to
buy oral
products so this is
something you can
have for the long term and
just increase
the value and turn this
into a really
big profitable website but
to conclude
this video you want to find
a website on
Flippa that is really
undervalued you
can see a lot of different
tricks and
tips that you can take from
your
knowledge and from your
skills if you do
e-commerce if you do paid
advertising if
you're really good at
social media on
creating videos which I
find that that
is one of my skills or if
you're really
good at growing Instagram
pages you can
really use those skills to
take an
already created idea that
is already
making money and sending
traffic through
different ways and even if
some of these
sites maybe don't even have
email
marketing you can really
add email
marketing into a lot of
these websites
to make even more profit so
what I'm
getting at is if you have
any skills
whatsoever and you find a
website that
is lacking in that one
particular skill
that you have you can
really turn this
fast into a really
profitable website
that will make you passive
income and
it's gonna be one of your
assets you can
have it in your portfolio
if it only
takes you like one day or
two days per
month to have this site up
and running
and to get you income this
can be a
long-term strategy for you
where you can
make a lot of money so that
