these are the three apps that I'm using
on a daily basis to get done and in
the next ten days I'm going to be very
productive and as you can see I'm on the
first day right now and I want to
schedule everything like this and I want
to make a video for you guys so you can
understand how I stay productive and how
I structure my life in order to get the
most things done so if you don't know me
I have a business and I also have a
YouTube channel and I make a lot of
videos using YouTube as the way that I
built my business because YouTube is
basically just content marketing video
marketing and it's very easy to build a
business through YouTube and utilizing
the views to build a stronger and bigger
business now I don't want to get into
the technical about that but now you
know what I do and what I have to focus
on so you don't need a youtube business
to follow this tutorial if you need to
get your work done if you need to get
some school homework done if you need to
be more productive in your life in
general or if you do some health or have
a business yourself this is gonna help
you immensely because I've been going
through and testing all the best ways to
become productive and I've basically
just condensed it down to these three
tools to make sure I am as productive as
possible and get done so let me
explain all the apps before we start to
do this it's the best to do this app
that's out there
we have habiddig ah we have habits we
have habit bull a lot of different to-do
list apps I like this it's so clean it's
so nice and you can schedule everything
it's very clean looking and that's
really what I like about it it also has
the ability to put emojis on the side
for the projects that you want to have
and I feel like this makes it a little
bit more personal it's a little bit
nicer to have everything like this so
basically you open your to do its app
you put in emoticon right here and it
shows up on the computer as well which
makes it look a lot cleaner a lot nicer
but that is just the first tool to do it
very good tool get it start making to-do
lists but the way that I used to do is
is basically whenever there comes a
little tiny thing that I have to do I
push it down in my to-do list app with
doing so I always know what I have to
do and there's a saying that goes when
you write it down it gets done when you
write it down on this it gets done and a
to-do list is going to be the number one
key component in your life to become
more productive and have more success
like this and I'm going to create a
seven-day plan
in this video I've just made a few of
these but then I realized hey why don't
I make a video about being productive
and how I stay productive in this period
so on the right here we have a calendar
and this is basically to add the most
important things to your calendar I
tried just using to do this for a long
time but I found that having a calendar
and looking at the week like tomorrow is
Monday okay I need to get video 1 done
and on Tuesday I'm also gonna make some
food I've already found the recipes that
I'm gonna make so I know exactly which
day that I can make that and basically
all throughout this week throughout
these 10 days I'm going to make a video
every single day and that is going to be
the most important part in my business
and now we come down to Evernote and
Evernote is a tool where you can
basically put your notes so I have all
these notebooks right here this is
basically an TfL I have some ebooks cool
videos goals some rambling stuff videos
video ideas tools that I want to use
testimonials stories and words that I
can use that I found interesting and
basically just ramblings notes and stuff
like that in projects I have all the
projects that I'm doing so basically
right now we're in June I don't have a
huge project for June I just launched
the tube takeoff Academy which shows you
step-by-step how to build your own
profitable YouTube channel and not a
YouTube channel but rather a YouTube
business because that's what you want to
do and as you can see the number one
thing that I have to do in my business
is to create videos so if we go up here
we have video 1 2 3 4 5 and I will
basically create a new notes entitled
video - I don't know what these videos
are going to be about so what I'll do
today is research which videos am I
going to create what are those videos
going to be about
and basically I start filling in the
blanks like for example I write the
intro is the most important part so I
basically just write the intro and then
I taste some notes right here like
relate to them instantly I want to tell
you that this is not just for youtubers
this is for everyday life and the
importance of having a Evernote or
having a notepad where you can put all
your notes like this and categorize them
is very very important because you have
everything in the same spot and you have
everything you need to get done in a
orderly fashion like this so let me
create ten right now

so right now I want to go through the
thought process of what goes through my
mind when I start a new week where I
start a new productive period and how I
structure it because this is a little
bit skimpy we can do a lot better than
this so basically the first task is just
writing down as much as you can what do
you have to get done what is on top of
your mind like oh my god I have to do
the financials so basically I do this
myself I go into my PayPal I see how
much money have I received I write
everything down my expenses my cost and
my profit and that's what I have to do
I've been lazy I haven't been doing it
for the last two months so I have to
catch up on that I've already created a
video yesterday and I'm gonna publish
that today so I just have to make it
thumbnail and I also have to upload it
to YouTube there's a support button that
I have to fix inside of my tube takeoff
Academy I also have to create a new
sales video for to take off Academy and
that is something that's on my to-do
list but the first day is always going
to be research video research finding
out and figuring out this calendar
because a nice calendar is always going
to help you so much so whenever you wake
up you know exactly what you have to do
in order to have a very very productive
day and I always like having three big
key points that you have to do every day
and you should ask yourself the question
what three things can I do today that
will give me the most improvements so
answering emails for example is
something that a lot of people do that
isn't really not very productive and it
will not grant you so much results
because your time is limited and for
example making a youtube video is going
to reach out to way way more people than
just answering those emails so the first
day I've written in this in Norwegian
what are all the videos gonna be about
that is my number one priority today and
I know that I won't have time to create
the sales video I know I have to publish
today's video I can do that I have to do
the profit thing and expenses that's
gonna take a quite a while so I'll also
push that for tomorrow I know that
figuring out what all the videos are
gonna be about and writing some notes
about it it's going to take up a lot of
my time today and I also want to fix the
support button because that's very
important I also want to publish today's
video that is also very important three
tasks that I have to do today in order
to feel fulfilled at the end of the day
and as I can see over here I need to
have a video published every single day
so basically video one is going to be
right here I'm gonna have this as a
priority number one as you can see you
can prioritize them as a priority two
but let's prioritize all these right now
so when I'm writing vid 1 or vid 2 or
vid 3 that means video is going to be
published and I know that if I don't
have anything else on my plate I can
make about 2 to 3 videos every single
day and that is going to be it so
basically the question is how long does
it take to get through all of these I
also see that I have to message everyone
on Facebook I have tons of messages on
Facebook that I need to answer I have to
create new emails in my autoresponder
that I send out to people that join my
email list I also have to create a
three-part YouTube video series where I
basically have a three-part course that
teaches you exactly step by step how you
can make a YouTube channel and why it's
so damn profitable and easy to do so
these are the things that I have to do
in this week in order to feel fulfilled
and be productive I know that the sales
video is going to take a long time to
create because it takes a long time to
make that video I'm also going to have
to release video 1 so I need to edit so
like I said I can create 2 to 3 videos
every single day when I don't have
anything else going on so basically what
I want to do is have vid 1 film I want
to have vid 1 edited and I have one to
have vid 1 thumbnail that's basically
the three steps to create a video right
you have to film it you have to edit it
and then you have to create a thumbnail
and then you have to publish it to
YouTube which is just a vid one and
these three things can move around quite
a bit I'm very very interested in
batching for example so batching is
basically making all the thumbnails at
once so I have to find
what are all the videos gonna be about
and then I start creating all the
thumbnails for all the videos because I
want to get that out as quick as
possible so I don't have to create one
every single day you kind of end up in a
flow where you can create thumbnails
really quickly if you create them one
after another so I'm gonna go down like
so and then create all these

so right now I have everything I need
for the first six videos and what I have
to do is find which day would it be best
to create all of these thumbnails right
and I think that creating these
thumbnails is a very important thing
that I have to do really early on
because I want to get it out of the way
and not focus on creating more
thumbnails and I have to so I really
want to have this as early as possible
in the week so I can see here that once
we know what all the videos are gonna be
about and once we publish today's video
and stuff like that so as I can see
right here what all the video is gonna
be about once we've done that we can
really just push hard on the thumbnails
I know that I won't have time tomorrow
cuz I'm go and create the sales video
I'm also gonna edit video 1 which is the
essential productivity apps the video
you're watching right now so I think
that's gonna take up most of my day so
we can push all of these down right here
video - I'm also gonna add the sales
sales page build because we have to
build the sales page as well so this is
gonna take up most of my time tomorrow
on Tuesday I can have the message
everyone on Facebook probably leave that
out until Wednesday so it looks like
Tuesday we're only going to create one
video we're going to do the profit and
expenses and then we're gonna move this
all the way down to the emails I'm also
going to have the thumbnails made on
Tuesday because just one video and doing
the financials it's not going to take so
much time so we can have all these
thumbnails go right into here we're
gonna just move them all up through
right there Friday thumbnail I'm also
gonna add this for a video 7 to 10 I'm
also going to have them all in one color
because I like having it organized and
nice I also have to create this video
this has a higher priority than making
the thumbnails so I'm gonna have that as
well filmed edited published on Tuesday
so that's gonna be Tuesday Wednesday you
can see that we have all this video 3
filmed and edited and now we have
something that doesn't take too much
time
this has a high priority to me creating
the new emails also messaging people on
Facebook and the three part YouTube
video series is going to be a part of my
videos so basically maybe video three
can be one part of the YouTube video
series maybe video four and the five can
be part of that series and basically
what we do then is go to video for
YouTube
part one YouTube part two YouTube part
three so as you can see it starts
fleshing out and it starts getting
really really simple to know exactly
what you have to do in each and every
day and whenever you find something that
you can put on a task just add the task
go for example I know on Tuesday that
I'm going to create some food and I can
basically add that I'm gonna create some
Thai curry and that usually lasts for
two days and then I can create a recipe
right here as well and I think you
understand the process and I think you
understand why this is so important to
have in your life to become productive
because if you don't do this you're just
going to wander around let every
opportunity to distract you distract you
and when you have for example when you
have homework you know you have to do
that homework within a certain time
period and also you can leverage your
time to see which days can I do this
which ways can I do the worst tasks that
I really have to do and you'll see that
instantly when you start creating lists
and when you especially start creating
to-do lists you'll do a ton more then
you're already doing you'll find the
time to go through all of this and
you'll have the discipline to actually
go through the list because you know
already what you have to do in that day
so that's the three productivity tools
that I use every single day to do is
Google Calendar and also Evernote they
are all free by the way and the key to
being extremely productive is to use
these tools every single day you're
going to get so much done and you're
going to get everything you need to do
in your life done
you're going to be immensely more
productive than you already are and it's
important to realize the three big
things that you really have to do in
order for you to feel fulfilled at the
end of the day because you've been
productive so that's going to be today's
