prepared to participate in an

interactive therapy I will say a

full-time massage may not be for the

faint of heart

you have to be prepared to be moved

around and kind of work with your

therapist to move your body I would

definitely do this again and I do suffer

from back pain a lot and I found this to

be a lot more relieving and it did
