you have in

even support you a little

gonna tell you my story as
well because
I had some problems with my
mom being a
very skeptical about this
when I first

story right now as I
started all the way
back in 2015 and I started
Kindle
publishing which was
basically published
books on Amazon that other
people have
written for you so you can
publish it
and just go into Amazon and
make money
like that it's a very legit
way to make
money online and I thought
hey I've
struck the gold in mind
right now I'm
gonna tell all my friends
about it I'm
gonna tell my family about
it because
I'm so excited I have this
dream and I
have this passion about
making money
online and I'm gonna make
it happen and
that when I told my
remember this very
specifically when I told my
friend I was
like super pumped and I
told isn't this
entire story about how this
is so damn
profitable and he said
to me are you sure you're
gonna do that
sounds too good to be true
man like
maybe it's not really how
it is and he
was so skeptical about what
I was doing
and I felt like okay yeah
great but I
continued going on and I
found that this
Kindle publishing business
wasn't really
for me I was a little bit
more lazy back
then I had the comfort of
just living at
home and not really care
much about my
money and stuff like that
just playing
video games and then I
moved here to
college where I am right
now I still
live here although I don't
go to college
but all my friends are here
I'm back in
my hometown they're really
as much
friends left because
they're all at
their colleges so that's
how it goes but
very specifically what
happened about
half a year ago was that I
got so much
traction with my online
business and I
really saw the potential
and I could
back it up with logical
reasons of why I
should continue doing this business
and
I hadn't told my mom about
this yet
because my plan was to go
to college
right here and in the first
year I went
to college and I did a
little side thing
on the side and then the
other year
I continued hustling hard
on that side
business to make that into
a full-time
income and what I didn't
tell my mom was
that I had planned to quit
college and
continue driving forward
with this
business and when I told
her I saw this
look in her eye of huge
disappointment
and she was really
unsatisfied with my
decision of quitting
college and
actually starting an online
business
instead and this went on to
a big fight
between my mom I think I
don't think
I've ever had a big fight
like that with
my mom for a long time
where I stood my
ground and said I'm gonna this
is my
dream this is my goal in
life I know you
have some goals to yourself
about being
the judge or having the job
that you
have and I know that other
my brothers
have their own goals about
being holders
and programmers and stuff
like that but
that's not me I don't want
to work a
nine-to-five job I want to
make money online I want to
have freedom
and the life to live my
life on my own
terms and we continued
fighting on and
fighting on and fighting on
but she'd
like destroyed all my
arguments and I
destroyed all her arguments
and we
actually ended up being
friends at the
end of it because even
though she really
wanted me to go to college
so probably
you should could tell all
her friends
that oh my son is educated
in real
estate because you have to
go three
years in college to become
a real estate
agent here in Norway and
she probably
had a lot of pride because
real estate
agents here in Norway kind
of have this
little bigger status I
guess and for me
I thought real estate was a
good thing
to go into but finding out
that the
online business is way
better than
working the nine-to-five I
really didn't
want to do that but the
conversation all
came back - she just wants
me to be
happy and I think that it's
imprinted in
your parents minds and your
friends mind
when you go through the
life that the
path that's already laid
out for you
when it comes to you go to
kindergarten
you go to school you go to
college you
get a job you work that job
for 40 years
and then you to retire when
you go out
of that a lot of people
will look at you
and say are you crazy dude
are you crazy do you know
how
much risk it it takes you
now know how
unstable that stuff is you
should stop
doing that and just go on
the path that
everyone else is taking why
are the hell
you're not doing that and
it's true it's
more risk and it's more
unreliable when
you do it on your own and
become an
entrepreneur but that's
what
entrepreneurs do they take
a risk and
they take it a lot of
effort and hard
work we actually have
bigger ambitions
and bigger goals than some
of the other
people that are around
there and after
we had that fight with my
mom I
remembered this so
specifically that we
didn't end up on good terms
that day but
she came down to my room
the other day
and she said I completely
understand you
I completely understand
your situation I
completely understand what
you want to
accomplish and I completely
understand
that you don't want to
the nine-to-five lifestyle
and moving
forward I'm going to
support that
because I I understand that
I really
want you to go to college
but if this is
your dream and if this is
what you
actually really really want
you should
go ahead and get it because
she left her
own dreams a little bit in
the past
where she wanted to do
something but she
didn't actually do it and
she because
she got kids like she got
me my brothers
where she wasn't really
able to pursue
that dream of hers and she
actually kind
of regretted it and she
thought hey
you're still young you
still have a lot
of time left to cook before
you got all
these responsibilities and
it turned out
very very well after that
fight I was
one of the worst fights of
my life she
has become more and more
supportive
she's sending me articles
about
entrepreneurs in Norway
that she loves
and the habits of
successful successful
people and stuff like that
so it's fun
that just one fight could
completely
change what happened
between us and that
she could see my spur
spective from it
because it's hard for a
parent to hear
that oh I'm gonna do all of
this and I'm
gonna be a real estate
agent and I'm
gonna sell houses and then
all of a
sudden that's what they
they tell
themselves every day on my
son it's
gonna be a real estate
agent and then
snap it's not anymore
and you're going another
path and that
path is dark and it's
filled with
spiders and snakes and
risks and not not
spiders and that path is
filled with
risk and mistakes and
failures and a lot
of people can't even do it
and you're
trying to do something
that's very
unlikely for people to
actually do and
I'm gonna leave you off with
this little
quote that I actually
really like people
that has left their own
dream left their
own goals and life goals
are often the
people that push down on
others that try
to accomplish their goals
because it's
not that they're hating on
you trying to
achieve something good it's
just that
they don't do it themselves
or they
might even think that
they're trying to
do you good like they think
that saying
that you shouldn't go into
this is for
your own better good like
they want to
be skeptical and they want
to be pushing
you down because they don't
believe that
this can happen themselves
but the crazy
thing that is is that they
have never
done this themselves
they've never ever
started something on their
own they're
just hurt other people talk
about how
hard it is how full of risk
it is but
they actually never have
done this
before if there actually
were to help
you they would actually go
into your
business and see the
numbers and see the
stats and see why should
this be able to
work but they don't they just
try to
discourage you because they
think that
this is the best thing for
you so I'm
gonna leave it off at that

gonna be
light-hearted and fun and
