and so today here's what Kevin thought
would be super useful for you he wanted
me to share with you the five steps on
how to become financially free how to do
it through real estate and how to do it
with little to no money now obviously
you're following Kevin because you're an
entrepreneur and I love working with
entrepreneurs that is my tribe that's
what my channel is all about for the
five steps that I want to give you today
I'm gonna share the very first one with
you which is you got to know what your
number meaning for you to become
financially free what is it actually
gonna look like my number was $10,000 a
month
my wife said Chris you quit your job
when you got $10,000 a month coming in
and when you get there it's okay if
you're done I was a little nervous so I
waited till I had $12,000 a month things
started ramping up real fast and it did
take me four years it wasn't overnight
I mean these days I know how to create a
lot of money in a very short period of
time but you got to know what your
target is and it's not internal what do
you want to be worth or how many
millions you want to make we all judge
it by this what is the amount of money
you want to come in every month
automatically slid if you didn't work it
would show up in your mailbox and you'd
still get paid you know it was after my
wife and I we bought our first house and
then we bought our second house and the
basement of our first house covered our
entire mortgage so we basically lived
for free which was a huge benefit when
you eliminate that beast of burden but
then when we bought our second house we
had $600 a month of leftover cash flow
and it was right then and there that my
wife said Chris I believe in you
we should buy as many homes as it takes
and that's my question if you know your
number the question is how many homes
will
take to get to your number for me 25
homes is what created $12,000 a month I
needed roughly 20 homes to get to my
10,000 number if you know your number we
can reverse engineer how much real
estate you need the second thing that
you're gonna need you're gonna need a
winning strategy I'm gonna tell you
right now the first book I've written
several books best-selling author but
the first book I wrote was all about the
best strategy in real estate
speaking from math and stats right I
failed at becoming a doctor because me
and science we don't mix button stats I
was number one in my class I love math
and I love the the math of
entrepreneurship of business and real
estate what I did is I compared all the
top 30 strategies and I found that a
best strategy emerged the strategy that
would take the least time the least
effort the least risk and make you the
most money and that strategy is what I
call a lease option which basically
means you can buy a property for
literally no money at all or very little
money and then you can leverage that by
putting someone in the home like a
rent-to-own where they're gonna take
care of it they're gonna do all the
management they're gonna do all the
repairs when they go to buy it on these
homes they typically make between 40 and
80 thousand dollars and when you put in
very little or no money and you're
making that amount
this strategy highly profitable and
again what I like about it it takes very
little time very little effort it takes
very little risk but it has really big
upside so in the financial world they
call it asymmetric risk low downside
massive upside now I could take a lot of
time to explain how this works if you
actually subscribe on my channel or if

goes into great detail about the
strategy what it is how it works and if
you hike on over there I can give you
all that information
the third thing though that it's gonna
help you become financially free really
faster real estate is you then need to
know how to actually do deals with
little to no money now the most money
that I ever personally put into a
property was a 3% down payment on my
very first house the house was worth a
hundred and fifty thousand dollars and I
ended up buying it for one hundred and
ten thousand dollars so the moment I
bought it guess what my net worth went
up $40,000
and to get into that house it was like
3500 bucks it was like less than $5,000
but by buying that house and running out
that basement it covered my entire
mortgage that little investment when I
sold the house later and made about 80
grand on it
think about that put 3500 in get $80,000
back that was an awesome deal but that
was conventional in my book and this
through the system you're also gonna
learn how to actually get your hands on
real estate that takes no money at all
and the way that you do that is one of
my favorite strategies that I talk about
there and in my book is how do you
actually find someone that already owns
the property they already have the loan
they already have a good deal on it but
third don't water they don't want that
property I will show you how to find
those people and have them give the
property as long as they can just walk
away because they don't know how to do a
lease option and if they did it would
solve their problem really fast so you
get to solve their problem by taking
that property off their hands that's
already a good deal they just don't know
it they're tired of being a landlord
they're tired of renting you can step in
and do this simple strategy and boom
you've just turned that into a cash cow
the fourth step that I want you to
understand is that when you know what
your goal in your aim is and when you
have the best of best of all strategies
and when you have success doing a deal
guess what the fourth step is it's the
secret of the wealthy they repeat what
works so this step is just called
duplication after I found this strategy
and I tested it on my first two homes
and I saw that it worked I went and I
said let's do this 25 more times and
that's what got me to my number of
12,000 a month now back then I thought
that that was financial freedom since
then I've gone on to do it hundreds of
times now I've gone on to do it
thousands of times and what happens when
you do that is you get to a space of
perfection so I've got this whole system
fully laid out it's all in my book that
you can get for free Kevin I'll get that
to you it's in the link but once you
duplicate it's just a question of doing
it as many as at times so here's the
thing that I want you understand you
have a goal you want finance financial
freedom for one reason
maybe I'm just another stream of income
from some of the other projects that
Kevin's teaching you about but the point
is when you find something that works
because for everything that works
there's a thousand things that doesn't
when you finally get your hands on one
you've got to repeat it you've got to do
it again and again
and again so this fifth one is actually
a bit of a bonus that always throws
people a little bit for a loop they
would have never guessed it the fifth
thing for actually becoming financially
free it's a little trick that I call
personal development personal
development is for me the single single
handedly the best accelerant that you
can use to get where you want to go
personal development means that every
day you're reading something new or
you're learning something new it means
that you're subscribed to people that
you respect and that you learn from and
you understand that knowledge is power
if applied so step one is you're
actually getting the knowledge and the
number two is you're actually
implementing that I put on live events
where I bring people from all over the
world together and I teach thousands of
people how to yes become financially
free but how to have positive attitude
how to have the right mindset and how to
know what millionaires and billionaires
what my billionaire mentors have taught
me about wealth and money and mindset
all of that comes together so my friend
what I want to do today is I want to
share with you the five steps that have
created financial freedom for me and
thousands of others and basically it
comes down to knowing what's your number
to become free you've got to have the
winning strategy you've got to find a
way to do it where it's not going to
require 20% down payments it's not gonna
suck your bank account dry and then when
it works you duplicate it and you do it
again and again and again
you top that off with constant and
never-ending improvement learning and
growing reading books watching the
YouTube channels taking on programs
going to live events that right there my
friends that is what has created the
wealth for me today this year I'm buying
300 homes this year alone I'll increase
my cash flow by over $60,000 a month and
that's just this year and next year with
the recession coming it's even better in
