fear and anxiety are two of the biggest
reasons that people don't find success
that they're looking for and in this
video we're gonna be talking about how
to overcome fear and anxiety in just 30
seconds and we're gonna go over just a
few small tips that you can start
utilizing literally today to overcome
fear and anxiety and start to live the
life that you want to live

alright guys so in this video we need to
break down exactly what fear and anxiety
actually are because without
understanding what fear really is you
can't actually start to overcome it and
move beyond that fear so really at the
end of the day all fear is is false
expectations of what could happen but
hasn't right so it's your brain tricking
something that literally could happen
but hasn't happened yet so you fear you
know walking up and talking to a
beautiful woman or man or you know you
fear going and talking to some important
business leader and you know you're
literally in your brain establishing a
false expectation of what could happen
you know maybe they could reject you
maybe they could you know treat you like
you're nothing right all of these
scenarios in your brain that are
literally creating false expectations
inside of your mind of what could happen
but hasn't yet happened the end of the
day fear is just an emotion there's
literally a physiological effect when
you become afraid right the hair on your
you know body starts to stand up you
might get a feeling in the pit of your
stomach and you literally are afraid and
there's physical reactions from your
body so I want you to actually start
thinking about that and realizing you
know when you feel those things when you
really think about fear what it actually
represents right it was necessary you
know tens of thousands hundreds of
thousands of years ago when you know
people were running away from predators
or dinosaurs or whatever the case may be
right but fear isn't necessarily you
know as relevant in today's day and age
is when we walk out our front door
normally you know depending on where we
live there's not immediate pending
danger right so fear was necessary for
us to evolve and survive as a species
but now because we have you know a safer
society it's not as necessary as it once
was but in certain situations we have to
learn how to actually accept what fear
is
and then overcome that fear to grow and
evolve as a person and really the key is
to feel the fear and accept that it's
okay to feel that fear but to do it
anyways right force yourself to do it
anyways whatever you're afraid of maybe
it's you know skydiving or bungee
jumping or going and talking to some
person you've wanted to talk to right
you have to overcome that fear and just
feel it accept that it's a necessary
part of evolution right it's in our
brains it exists it for a different
reason
and accept the feeling that you feel and
then literally overcome it and do it
anyways because really in essence all
fear is it's like any other emotion let
me feel like happiness or sadness or
anger right and we're not afraid and
letting happiness you know dictate our
decisions right it's literally just a
different chemical in our brain that's
making us feel afraid versus feeling
happy right and both of those emotions
you can overcome as a human right we all
have freewill and we can make our own
decision so all you have to do is commit
to yourself that you are going to
overcome that fear and just doing it
once right makes it so much easier
because fear like anything else right
it's just muscle memory it's just
experience so once you overcome that
fear once right overcoming that fear a
second times becomes easier and easier
and easier until all of a sudden you
don't even have that fear anymore and
you've literally grown as a person as an
entrepreneur right fear is very common
fear to take risks fear to build a
business fear to invest right fear to
put your money or yourself or your name
or your reputation on the line to try to
do something that you believe in right
but I know one thing the one thing that
we truly have control over right is our
body and our choices and you can either
choose to let fear control you or you
can control fear because something that
I do know is that failure is a hundred
times better than not trying right and
nobody ever remembers the people that
didn't try people only remember the
people who failed enough to actually
make it work I had a ton of businesses
that failed before I started my youtube
channel before I started you know Amazon
Shopify Facebook Ads before I started
making digital courses I had a ton of
failed businesses right but nobody
remembers those failures they only see
what you know what I've become now and
that's the same thing with you if you're
just starting out or you've had some
success nobody's gonna remember your
failures I know it feels very real and
very personal to you and you know
rejection sucks as a human being but
trust me when I tell you that it will be
worth it working through those failures
and actually coming out better on the
other side the next thing you need to
understand about fear and overcoming
anxiety as an entrepreneur or as a
person in general is to understand what
you are actually focusing on I can
almost guarantee you that if you are in
a state of fear or anxiety then you're
focusing on the things that actually put
you into that state let's take going up
and talking to a beautiful woman as
example right if I was gonna do that I
might be afraid that you know she might
reject me or not be interested or maybe
she has a boyfriend and the more you
focus on those things that you're afraid
of right the negative outcomes the more
likely you're going to actually make
those outcomes to come true instead you
could be focusing on the positive
outcomes right maybe she wanted you to
come up and talk to her maybe she's been
you know looking at you two and she was
just too embarrassed to come up and say
something to you right there's always
two sides to each equation and you can
either focus on the positives or the
negatives and if you're you know
respectful and you walk up and talk to
someone the worst thing that could
happen is that they're having a terrible
day right and they say that they're not
interested right but that's a very
unlikely scenario right the very most
likely scenario is that people just
never take action right they never walk
up and talk to that person they let fear
dictate their lives rather than
dictating fear within their lives and
actually taking control over their life
your thoughts become your focus right so
you have to think to yourself what are
you actually spending your mental energy
on are you thinking yourself oh you know
I'm too fat or I'm too ugly or you know
why would anyone want to talk to me if
you're thinking those things all those
key words and phrases are going to
produce a different emotional response
because all fear is it's just an
emotional state that you put yourself in
and when you understand that pattern and
you understand that you have total
control over that emotional state then
you understand that you can shift that
emotional state and actually steer your
direction and how you feel and your fear
and the emotions that you feel in
whatever way you want that gets you
closer to your goal and a good question
to ask yourself is what is the opposite
of fear and maybe for you it might be
you know certainty that you know you're
gonna be able to have a good time
talking to someone or meeting a new
business owner or certainty that a risk
and your business is going to work out
right or confidence a lot of people
associate confidence as the opposite of
fear and I want you to think of yourself
how would you stand right how would you
hold yourself different
how would your body language be
different if you were confident and if
you did feel certain right if you
weren't afraid because literally body
language actually communicates to people
more so than verbal language in many
cases and so if you were confident and
you were certain right would you stand
up straighter would you smile more you
know would you be more confident in how
you actually portray yourself would you
breathe
deeper how would you feel would you feel
happy or sad because the thing is when
you have certainty and you feel
confident then your body language starts
to reflect that confidence and then you
smile and when you smile you get
feedback from the world around you
people smile back at you and you get you
know that feedback loop starts where
you're happy you're confident you're
standing up straight you're smiling
people are doing the same to you which
makes you happier right and then there's
this positive feedback loop instead of
the negative feedback loop where you
know you're kind of to yourself you have
like weaker body language your not
smiling you know you're not making eye
contact with people and then what
happens is people feel the same way they
feel awkward around you they feel
awkward by you know the energy the
awkward energy that you're putting out
right and that actually just continues
the cycle of feeling afraid so just
start with very small things like
forcing yourself to smile I know it
feels weird right but people are humans
right human being should react to other
human beings and you know the their body
language very intrinsically and kind of
subconsciously without even thinking
about it so if you smile other people
are going to start to smile when they
see you right and you can start the kind
of avalanche and snowball effects
positively in your favor rather than the
other way around
because at the end of the day it's an
amazing thing seeing the difference in
just basic things like smiling and your
tone of voice and you know how you hold
yourself from a posture perspective
because when you understand that fear is
just an emotional state and you control
your emotional state with your thoughts
and how you carry yourself and how the
world perceives you and how you perceive
the world then you realize that fear is
something that you can control and
overcome because the beautiful thing
about being human is we all control our
choices and this is just one thing that
I wish I had learned much earlier in
