best ways to start earning passive
income we're gonna talk about real ways
that you can scale into full time

be a good one alright guys so number
five is flipping products right
everybody's heard of e-commerce
everybody's heard of Amazon everybody's
heard of Shopify and things like that
there are great ways to make money but
it's it can be difficult to start one of
the best ways to make some money $1,000
a month you can easily do right we were
doing this years ago when I was a
teenager we would find products on
section Facebook marketplace free
section or even find cheap product no we
would flip them I used to have you know
a lot of success finding appliances
washer/dryers right furniture things
like that and also sports equipment
right like snowboard cleats and
snowboards and surfboards and things
like that because oftentimes when people
are moving or they just don't have space
or anymore they'll give these things
away for free you can take them put up a
quick picture take a nice picture and
you can sell this on Craigslist on the
Facebook Marketplace on apps like let go
and you can make a hundred percent
profit margin because you're getting
this stuff for very very cheap or even
for free number four is creating a
Kindle book everybody's probably heard
of ebooks most of us have probably heard
about or at least bought a Kindle book
ourselves but a lot of people don't
realize that it's not just big published
authors that are making Kindle books
anyone can make a Kindle book it's
actually very easy to do and all you
have to do is sit down and write out a
book in like a Microsoft Word document
and then make a basic table of contents
and that's it and I have friends who are
selling their ebooks for you know one
dollar and 99 cents $15.99 and they're
making a significant passive income from
doing that right because once you do the
upfront work then you can actually start
to earn passive income without doing any
additional work which is kind of the
point of passive income and so what
would you actually make a Kindle book
about well you can make it about
anything right whatever your skill sets
are I've seen people make money selling
Kindle books on how to meditate right
how to do Amazon FBA how to do Shopify
and so you can learn things on YouTube
that people are interested in and then
you can translate that from you know
YouTube videos or your own knowledge or
blog posts or wherever you find the best
information you can create a Kindle book
and then when you create a Kindle book
you can sell it on the Kindle Store
and when people search for specific
subjects on Amazon to buy those books
then they can purchase your Kindle book
and it's a really really good way to
earn some additional income you know
every single month and if you want more
ideas of actually what works as Kindle
books then go look at the Kindle book
store write more search for specific
keywords look at what's popular on
youtube or on Facebook and see if
there's also popular books on the Kindle
Store if there's not right then you
might have found a hole in the market
that has more demand than it has supply
and you fulfill that market and then you
capitalize and make the money for it
number three is YouTube revenue YouTube
is one of if not the most powerful
social media platform that's ever
existed people always say Kevin why are
you making all these YouTube videos
right aren't you not making any money
from it well first of all you know I
make a very significant income strictly
from YouTube advertising revenues
because every thousand views that my
videos gets YouTube pays me a certain
amount of money right and then it might
not sound like a lot when you're only
getting a thousand views but in the last
28 days right we've had over
four-and-a-half million
organic views on YouTube which really
adds up to a significant you know
multiple multiple five-figure a month
income from just YouTube ad revenue and
that's not even close to actually how
much money you can make from YouTube
through affiliate marketing right
through selling online courses through a
ton of different mediums right so
there's nothing that you could possibly
do that's more profitable than
capitalizing on the actual power of
YouTube and people don't realize that
those youtubers out there you know the
biggest youtuber PewDiePie he puts out a
video and gets 10 million views in the
first day his CPM which is how much
YouTube is paying him for a thousand
views it's probably between two and
three dollars so on a 10 million view
video he's literally making thirty
thousand dollars a day just from his
YouTube ad revenue and then that has
nothing to do with you know all the
other things that he's selling linking
in the description one of the best ways
to get started on YouTube is looking at
what other successful youtubers are
actually doing with their channel and
with their time what are they making
videos about what if the thumbnails look
like right what are the titles look like
how are they incentivizing people to
click and watch the videos look at what
other successful people are doing don't
ever try to reinvent the wheel when you
don't need to and what you'll notice
especially is the more that you actually
start looking is a lot of popular you
tubers make videos about the same topics
because those topics have been proven
interesting to all the people who watch
videos on YouTube so all you have to do
is catch one viral trend right have one
video really take off and everything can
change for you because YouTube's gonna
be paying you a lot of money everything
can change for you cuz your subscribers
gonna start shooting up but the problem
is most people just aren't willing to
put in the upfront work that's required
to actually get to a point where you do
have a viral video most people give up
long before that right so you don't want
to be like those people who give up you
want to be somebody who just starts no
excuses record it with your phone if you
have to record it on your laptop
computer when I first started my youtube
channel I literally use my laptop to
record all of my videos it sounded
terrible I look terrible the lighting
was terrible
but people still watched it because
there's millions and millions and
millions and millions of people on
YouTube searching for videos every
single day right so there's no excuse
with YouTube it's the number one thing
that you should be focusing on I mean
you have to actually just get out there
and start to do it number two is
affiliate marketing and the best way to
affiliate market is using YouTube
because YouTube is the best way to get
other people's attention and when you
have a lot of people you know watching
you and you have a lot of people finding
value from what you teach a lot of
people will start to trust you right and
then the things that you recommend
especially if you do your research and
really care about your audience those
people are going to buy and so it's a
really powerful thing when you think
about affiliate marketing because what
happens is you make a recommendation you
have the relationship with your
subscribers and then they buy it because
they trust you you know it doesn't have
to be a huge channel if you have a
thousand subscribers and let's say 1% of
them buy what you tell them right which
is 10 people if you sell 10 things with
in affiliate marketing let's say it's a
$100 product with a 50% Commission
that's still 10 times 50 B is 50 s half
of 100 right 10 times 50 is $500 so even
if you have a thousand subscribers and
you recommend even a very cheap for like
hundred dollar product you can make five
hundred dollars with a single video
right this doesn't have to be some huge
YouTube channel but think about it if
you have 10,000 subscribers all of a
sudden that's a hundred times 50 which
is five thousand dollars so it really
scales up very quickly especially with
affiliate marketing if you know where to
find the products and the products that
I like to affiliate market for our
courses large high scale high ticket
courses
you know my Amazon my Shopify my
Facebook course because what happens is
if you get a single sale from one of
them and you they have a 40% 50%
Commission right for $1000 product
that's $400 for just one sale so you can
make reviews of popular courses that
people are constantly looking to see
reviews for right because they want to
make sure that it's actually a good
purchase before they buy something it's
$1,000 and so what you can do is you can
make affiliate marketing videos showing
how to find products on Amazon right and
then all you do is link to somebody
else's course you don't have to go make
it if you don't want to you can link to
somebody else's course or another way
that I started to become you know a big
affiliate marketer was I just showed
tutorials on how to do Amazon product
research or how to do Shopify product
research and then I would just link to
popular software from my particular
affiliate link and so I would start to
make a lot of money and I wasn't even
saying hey go buy this software I was
just saying this is how I do product
research this is the software I use

the power of YouTube and when you mix it
with the power of affiliate marketing
there's almost nothing better but that

Shopify how could I make a digital
course there's so many different digital
courses out there I have friends who
make courses on how to paint I have a
friend who made to a course on how to do
a handstand and these are people earning
tens of thousands of dollars a month
doing that I have a friend who has a
course on how to jump higher there's 8
billion people in the world there's
people that want to learn everything and
most people now understand and they
would rather pay for an online digital
course then go pay for some expensive
college you know textbooks and things
like that most of that data is
antiquated and you know
date anyway so people are becoming
accustomed to and like learning things
from the internet and so the best way to
make money in 2019 is actually creating
your own digital product so how do you
actually think of ideas that you can
start to use well a method that I like
to use is looking at the top udemy
courses right on you de my.com
I look at the top most popular courses I
also like to look on the - comma Club
right for clickfunnels the - comma Club
lists all the people who've made a
million dollars with a single funnel I
like to look at all the different things
that those funnels are about you know
some of them are about Fitness some of
them are about how to make money online
right so I can get a lot of different
ideas looking at you to me and looking
at the - comma Club because those are
all proven courses that have thousands
of reviews thousands of people that have
gone through them and so when I gotten
to think about what I could create a
course on I'm looking at proven courses
that have already worked right I'm not
trying to reinvent the wheel and go make
some course on how to be you know an
underwater ballet dancer I want to make
