exhausting solid I'm trying probably
next week for SMA when it's a right
amount of clients to bring on the sales
associate I would say honestly between 6
& 8 clients I would consider starting to
bring a sales associate on why not bring
one right away to try and be more sales
and do only commission basis or you can
do that that's what I did when I was
to start mine yeah see the thing is my
sales associate also does the management
too like I have him do other work so
he's kind of does everything how often
do you post on each social platform week
you want to go first
ah for if you're managing a client I
would definitely do tog truck shoot for
seven but five to seven times a week
each platform but you don't have to if
you're gonna post one picture on
Instagram just post it on Facebook and
Twitter you don't have to change like
the picture you know what I mean maybe
the hashtags don't put 50 hashtags on a
Facebook post or a Twitter post okay I
don't know if this is just a me or you
but what's the difference between
affiliate marketing in your other course
so I think he's talking about social
media but I've talked about affiliate
marketing in Amazon Amazon's completely
different you're selling your own
products and whole separate thing
affiliate marketing is pretty much
showing people what they're looking for
so if you type in maybe I'm running a
Facebook ad to a skincare product I
target a certain amount of people they
click they buy every person that buys I
get $40 if I can run my Facebook ad and
get sales for under $40 that I'm making
money not Sara shooting that and Oh
Tommy actually I remember hit Tommy he's
in my he just joined the social media
marketing course so this is a great
addition to social media marketing like
once you get you know if you get a
client I would consider starting
affiliate marketing too on the side
because it's just very passive so you
just what we're doing is grabbing
attention and bringing it to a product

but as of lately we have a lot of people
just holding holding longer-term stocks
because the market is
keeps going up so yeah if I pay my cells
associate 50% of the first month
retainer and 25% for the rest of the
months while I do all the posting work
would that be fair I don't think you
have to give them anything after the
initial what I would do honestly is
first month give 100% and then be done
or give them 10% reoccurring yeah one of
the two I wouldn't do 50 and 25 gravies
using the new texting animation tool any
ideas what tool it is no idea I haven't
see and I don't really follow Gary that
closely I don't know I haven't seen it
so yeah do you think he can automate all
work for clients do tonight yeah yeah
you can automate anything you should I
mean what do you think Gary Vee is doing
if you think that he does Facebook ads
and he does all this stuff no he's a
decision maker he has a whole team of
people running his agency all he does is
same with any big person that's the only
way you grow that's the only way girl he
is solely responsible for growing the
business by sitting down with business
owners right he sits down with top level
CEOs and just talks to him that's it
best way to get consulting call with you
for a segment uh you can just shoot me a

slowed down significantly

are there good margins so I think it's
probably too competitive I don't know

business owner who their customer is and
I would narrow your audience to a
specific niche
of people nice

you promote through affiliate marketing
looking into it skincare does really
well on Facebook I have one of those and
then I have a survey one and you know
advice on how to get more clients
approached more people you need to be
out going out there and approaching more
people calling or business owners
there's no other way there's no way
around it you just have to talk to more
