using automatic websites all you guys
got to do is just plug the website into
your own server and watch the money come
in month after month after month I'm

that we're gonna look be looking at on

that are already earning automatic money
every single month so you don't have to
create the website it's already created
for you so you're essentially what
you're doing is is you're purchasing a
business it's kind of like a business in
a box it's already generating income you
just need to make the investment and
then plug it in and have your own income
coming in okay so I'm gonna show you
guys what to look for so you guys can do
the least amount of work and maintenance
to maintain the website and earn as much
money as possible okay so go to flip up
and sign up for a free account and then
what you're gonna do is over here next
to the logo there's a little menu here
select websites because we're gonna be
looking at websites today and then I'll
click on this button right here that
says see all websites I think I'll just
zoom in here so you guys can see
there we go
okay so there's a list of different
websites that are for sale over here on
the right side and what we're gonna do
is we're gonna look for very specific
websites and so we're gonna use the
filter here over on the left side we're
not going to enter a keyword but for the
asset we definitely want this to be a
website and then down here we can select
what type of monthly profit is this
website generating well I'm going to
select at least 500 dollars a month
because even if we find a couple sites
that are only generating 500 ollars a
month you could buy two websites and
just have those running at the same time
so that'll you know in yield you over a
thousand dollars a month now for the
monetization you guys can filter on on
really kind of like what you're looking
for for this video we're gonna be
focusing on we're gonna be looking at
websites that that are going to require
the least amount of work on your part so
you're not gonna have to pay for ads to
drive traffic to the website we want the
traffic mostly coming from Google
because that's free traffic and we don't
have to pay for any extra traffic we
don't have to do any marketing to keep a
site going or to generate income we just
want it to be you know totally automatic
in run by itself and so what I'm gonna
do is select for the monetization we're
gonna select ad sales definitely Adsense
because that's a Google Adsense if
somebody you know you just it's just
ads on the website when people click on
the ads you get paid you get a check
from Google every single month Amazon I
Amazon can be automatic because this
could be affiliate sells and so when you
purchase the website you can just plug
in your own affiliate ID and then you
can start earning the Commission's from
that I'm gonna leave that unchecked for
now and go over to Clickbank and make
sure that's checked for websites that
are driving traffic to Clickbank offers
and you guys can get the Commission's
for that drop shipping probably not
because that's going to require a little
bit of work
from my part ecommerce dropship
ecommerce kind of the same thing
subscription not necessarily I'm going
to leave that unchecked so I'm just
gonna have ad sales Adsense and
Clickbank yeah you know let's just go
ahead and click on Amazon why not some
affiliate sales that we can make now for
sale type this is going to be all status
we can just we want to make sure that
the sale or the auction is open if you
don't select a status it's going to show
you websites or auctions that are
already closed so just make sure to
click on open age and that's who picky
about that right now I'm just gonna
leave that revenue source let's just go
ahead and leave that open and then
that's it so let's go ahead and click on
search and see what we got
okay so we've got one here at the very
top
URL hidden this is $11,000 a month
profit this guy's selling it for a
pretty hefty price there let's look for
something a little bit cheaper and kind
of like within our price range let's
come down here to millenia money mama
millennial money mama now here is the
title of the website okay this is the
current price the the price which the
website is being at the current bid
anyway what the price could sell for or
it could also sell for higher than the
current bid if there's two days left
this price could go up but what you guys
are going to want to look at is the
monetization so how is the income and
how are they generating the income
because if you purchase the website this
is how you're gonna be generating the
income now for this it's Amazon ad sells
Adsense so this looks pretty good it's
going to click on this see okay so we
got a little preview here of the website
I'm going to scroll down a little bit
now to see all this information if you
guys want to see the profit the website
is making what type of all the details
regarding the site you guys are going to
need to sign up for a free account with
Flippa okay just want to put that out
there because if you don't have if
you're not signed in then you're not
going to see all this information what
you guys want to look for is the growth
of the website if it's in a big decline
going down I don't know I would be very
cautious about that but if you find a
website that is increasing in traffic if
the profits and the income is increasing
as well that might be a good sign maybe
something to look into
so here's the traffic it looks like the
traffic is going up financially it's
going up and if I scroll down here's
some more traffic but if you go down a
little bit further you can see the
profit so back in January 18 or January
2018 there was a $300 a month profit but
now in April of 2018 the profit is up to
over $1,300 per month so on average I
guess they're just kind of doing an
average because there
they're claiming about 682 dollars but
down here last month they made thirteen
hundred eighty three dollars so you can
see that increase there and so what do
you guys have to do I mean what type of
work is going to be involved well that
will be down here at the cellar notes
you guys can just scroll all the way
down and figure out what's the
monetization how are the streams of
income you know where are they coming
from
they will list that here and also the
traffic according to Google there is
fourteen thousand page views per month
says right here last thirty days let me
go ahead and zoom in here a little bit
for you guys
I'm gonna figure out what do I have to
do here we go what is required to keep
the business operational okay this is
the most important question because you
know you don't want to buy a website and
then find out oh my gosh I have to do
all this work it's a full-time job just
to keep this thing going you want to
figure out you know what am I gonna have
to do to maintain this profit or this
income every single month this is going
to tell you right here so for this
particular website it's 2 to 3 hours per
week to publish new content and promote
this can be outsourced ok not sure what
they mean by promote but like some more
details about that how does your
business generate revenue adds affiliate
marketing product sales are there any
expenses okay so here's the expenses you
know this is what you're going to have
to pay for hosting 11 dollars a month
that's no big deal you guys can even
host this on cheaper hosting plans if
you want to digital product hosting $44
automation software for social media
posting ok so they're probably using
something like buffer where they can
schedule their posts for social media to
go out at a specific time
not a huge expense they're still we are
getting a big big profit from the site
now if you only have to post you know
some content every week maybe like a
couple articles that's not a big deal
because let's look up here
this is a millennial money mama is a
worker at home website okay so it talks
about like how to work at home how to
make money online that type of thing you
guys can look at the preview of the
website now I have a similar blog like
this right now called the work at home
guy.com and when you guys all you have
to do to make an article is you just go
out there and you look at other blogs
and you get ideas and you do research on
different ways to make money from home
in this case depending on what the niche
is it could be something else if it's
the dog niche or if it's the honey niche
then you go to another hunting web site
and you see what they're talking about
and get ideas for creating articles this
would be worth it if you guys want to
keep this income coming in month after
month after month just writing maybe a
couple articles per week just to
maintain this is not bad that's a pretty
good business now but the thing is you
guys can have multiple websites like
this generating income for you on
autopilot let's go back here to the
search results and let's find another
website for this video something else we
can include here
okay so I'm three

just go ahead and click on that

income making $130 a month steady
profits okay so they're saying about
somewhere averaging around seven hundred
and eight dollars per month it's a blog
based off of WordPress the site's been
around for seven months let's check out
the growth here traffic's going up
pretty high not a whole lot of history
here it looks like it might have just
came on Flippa so alright so here's some
revenue
looks like the revenue is steady so
that's important you don't again you
don't want a huge decline or anything
like that you want to make sure the
profit is steady and the cost five
dollars it says right here let's scroll
down a little bit here's a little bit
more about the website promotion
marketing done to the site a lot of work
that he's done to the site already so
possibly you don't have to revenue is
now running on autopilot this means you
don't need to run any advertising
campaigns so that's good so I don't have
to put any money out of pocket to pay
for ads or anything do I have to have a
Google yes okay so payments received
from Clickbank key points here the site
is making an on three dollars a month on
a regular basis no need to maintain site
except posting articles okay so again
you guys are just getting to need to
post a few articles per week you do not
need to spend any time on SEO or
backlinking no prior experience require
the site is built on WordPress and the
revenue is running on autopilot there
you go guys plugin it's a business in a
box this is probably going to go up
because there's ten days left by now for
seven thousand dollars I don't know it
seems a little bit maybe a little bit
high for something like that you guys
could probably recruit recoup your
expenses if I put if you were to buy it
let's say okay so if you were to buy it
at seven thousand dollars divide that
over the course of maybe like let's say
somewhere around an $800 profit that's
going to take you around almost nine
months to recoup your expenses on that
but after that point it's just all pure
profit from there guys and I'm sure by
by the end of you know six seven eight
months from now if you guys keep posting
content on this website in a regular
basis your monthly income most likely is
going to be way more than what's posted
on here now because that aging that's
happening over time and as the site
builds in popularity and content you
guys are just gonna make more money okay
so I just want to also put that out
there so I don't want you to just look
at this 700 or 800 dollars that's going
to be the same you know every single
month for the next eight months okay
this could definitely increase all right
so check out flipper guys I hope this

can choose any type of filter that you
want but there is a load of opportunity
here for you guys now this is going to
require in some cases it's going to
require a bigger investment to get
started but once it gets going you know
it's kind of like real estate you make
an initial investment at the beginning
but then later you guys are gonna make
those massive profits down the road if
you guys are looking to looking for
something that's a little bit smaller
investment you guys would like to earn
