us at one point and early on in life we

have been brainwashed into thinking that

you know we need to do what we were told

to do or you know we need to go to

school and get a job because that's what

we thought we had to do to survive and

to succeed go through a four-year degree

or pay $100,000 for college or whatever

and then get out of college and go

deliver pizzas and try to pay off your

student loans like what the heck

happened and the lie and what the big

guys don't want you to know is that your

authenticity is the key to your success

your personality is what people can

connect to so you guys really have to

wake up a little bit and understand this

because this is going to be everything

for you this will change your life

okay people can resonate with people and

they can connect to the real you all the

mistakes because imperfection is

beautiful okay perfection is kind of

ugly we don't want to associate with

that it looks too salesy comes off just

kind of weird and you know it's not

really how people are you know how how

are you when you are at your lower state

I call it three states you have your

very low state where it's still a

positive state but the energy level is

at an

one where you were kind of this is how

you are when you're intimate with maybe

a loved one or something like that and

then number two you have a higher state

where you are talking a little bit

louder and then you have the super the

next level which is maybe something that

you would use on stage or something like

that where you were trying to impact and

empower people and get through and

deliver a message and so there's

different levels here but I want you

guys to understand that every little

personality aspect everything every

aspect about your personality is very

important to your success you need to

kind of get across as much authenticity

as possible when whatever you guys do

and your writing and your entertainment

in your videos like this whatever you

can do all your little quirks and

mistakes and you're fumbling over words

your mannerism everything like this is

so important guys like you know yeah so

it's you know even if you your mind goes

blank I know a lot of times in my videos

sometimes I'll be talking and I'll just

totally lose track of what I am saying

that is who you are so don't ever beat

yourself up for things if you guys do

videos and you do make mistakes or

whatever you think that's a mistake

whatever happened was meant to happen

that's how it's supposed to happen if

you are nervous if you are hit record

and you are nervous that's how you are

supposed to feel you are just you know

you have all these little things inside

your bodies little atoms and nerves and

stuff all jittery and everything that's

what's supposed to happen so don't look

at it like a weakness I can't do it

there's several people that every time

they make a video there's they still

have that nervous feeling I know I've

done almost over 80 videos now on my

youtube channel and I always get that

little nervous type of butterfly in the

stomach type feeling and I don't really

think it's ever going to go away but

don't try to fight it I just let it go

and I'm at the beginning I was doing a

lot of takes I would redo my videos

because I was like well how many times

do I have to do it to where I don't feel

that anymore

and it just doesn't work I mean that's

how ever I feel is how I'm supposed to

feel and how you should feel but I want

to really get back to the authenticity

it's so important I don't have a whole

lot to write down today just kind of

going off the top of my head here

something I felt like you know when I

was growing up and most of us we were

just kind of set off you know and to do

what we were supposed to do we did not

understand this everything that we have

learned and everything our whole life

revolves around stuff that's external

it's outside of us all our decisions are

outside we are not self reliant anymore

we're looking to go to other people for

for advice or information we don't

understand that we just need to take

action and just do it and start before

we know how

we were just not taught this stuff okay

and I figure like it I'm thinking like

it is a big lie and and that this is the

big secret is that personalities can

express and we need more of that and to

not hide yourself to not hide behind the

computer and come out and press that

record button and believe in yourself

that you are powerful and people will

connect to you because what's going to

happen is that you guys are going to

create blogs are gonna create videos and

stuff if we're talking about online here

and they're gonna look at you like a

celebrity right I don't consider I don't

think of myself like a celebrity or

anything like that but they are going to

look at you and you did something that

they couldn't do right like Wow because

you know all of a sudden you're this big

famous celebrity dude on YouTube because

you went out there and you know you're

you're just on the video being yourself

and a lot of people look at that and go

wow that's amazing and he's doing this

and he's such a smart guy and but then

they look at themselves and they go well

I could never do that and really you

meet these people on YouTube in real

life and they're just down-to-earth

regular people and I also want to tell

you guys that if you have a thing about

what you do however you are you're your

body language I don't know if you

stutter if you have weird hair a bald

head you have an afro you have big nose

whatever you stutter on your videos you

cough a lot you sneeze a lot there are

going to be people out there that

stutter a lot just like you there are

going to be people out there that are

older or the same age as you don't ever

think you are too old that was one thing

that was holding me back but the point

was is that there's going to be people

just like you those people are going to

follow you so there are enough people

out there that stutter just like you do

and that stumble over their word

and if you think oh I don't want to make

a video because I don't know what to

talk about a lot of people don't know

what to talk about a lot of people their

minds go blank there is no excuse guys

everybody goes through this you can ask

anybody any youtuber whatever you don't

think you know how to spell you don't

have a good enough like Abba Larry to

write a blog post it's ridiculous guys

they're just excuses you guys need to

take action you are enough you have

everything that you need it's just here

already you were born with it all you

need whatever

you were born you just came into this

earth and that's enough okay you don't

have to know anything you've just born

stepped on the ground or rolled around

on the ground whatever that's it that's

all you need that body that image

whatever it is that unique personality

that is unique every single person has a

different personality we all have

different unique abilities each one of

us do something better than anybody else

in the world okay because of the unique

ability that we all have and it's

something that you guys can tap into

it's like a superpower like a like a

superhero whatever he has you know each

superhero has a different ability

sometimes the abilities are similar to

other superheroes but he has one that is

very kind of unique and that's the same

thing that you guys had I'm telling you

this you guys need to believe that you

are enough all right press that record

button go out there and do it all right

I'm telling you hit that record and and

and just let go and don't worry so much

about what other people are going to say

the people that do not like you they are

not going to follow you and don't look

at it like as a dislike it's that they

just can't connect with you okay there's

just maybe there's some other guy maybe

you have too much energy maybe you don't

have enough energy in you for them to

like you maybe you're you know they just

can't they can't to us

with that so they're gonna go to another

guys Channel and maybe in the same

market they're gonna go listen to

somebody else I know there's some

successful guys that are out there but I

don't watch their videos and I don't

subscribe to them because I just um I

don't flow with their their movement or

whatever they're thinking and how they

speak and stuff it's not that I don't

dislike them I respect them for what

they do it's just you know it's just

this thing is this natural thing I have

to not fight it and just kind of be more

drawn towards those people that are just

more like my pace I guess or speed or

whatever so yeah so that's this video

guys just wanted to put this out there

for you that I see this a lot and I see

a lot of people that are scared they are

afraid of people and do not be afraid

because there are so many people that

can't do if you make a video you've

already have been you've already

accomplished so much more than probably

99% of the people out there guys if you

start something or business or beside

that you're gonna burn your bridges and

become an entrepreneur and change your

life for you and your family how many

people do that I don't have any family

or friends close to me here that are

doing those things it's just kind of a

very rare thing guys so yeah I don't

know where I was going with that but I

just wanted to put this out there guys

because what I did is I just hit record

I didn't really know what was gonna come

out but I press that record button which

was the most powerful thing you guys can

do right now and however it is however

it is if you guys make a mistake you

whatever I don't even think they are

mistakes they're just you are you okay I

don't know what else to say but you guys

just stay awesome

you were already awesome when you were

born and it's not like you're awesome

when you're born you're born you're

you're a child and then you're fearless

as a child for many many years and then

what comes next is judgement okay if

your fear of if you have a fear of

judgment that's because you are judging

all right so we have you know this phase

we go through you know we're all like

four-year-olds I wish we were

four-year-olds but we do have that still

you know we certain age we get over the

over eight nine ten years old and we

start judging more and then so therefore

we think people are going to judge us we

don't have that fearless kind of feeling

anymore where we can just go and yell

and scream and run around we don't do

that but we need to get back to that

because we come from this we're born

into this energy and then later after a

few years it goes down we find ourselves

working at a coffee shop you know we're

just we've lost our posture and we've

lost our confidence because we think

we'll be judged and people will not like

us and we will not be accepted and you

know mommy and daddy said to behave

yourself

they said don't do that don't do not be

rude being nice all the time

behave yourself right and we took it

seriously we you know don't hurt

anybody's feelings be careful what you

say be polite all those things guys

there those are a lot of good things I

believe that you guys should always be

nice be nice my mentor you know let me

see a lot of cocky guys out there and

stuff but my mentor says to be nice and

I truly believe I agree with him a

hundred percent because you never know

who you are going to run into in

business you know the people you meet on

the way up or the same people you meet

on the way down okay

so just don't forget that but you guys

make it an awesome day you're so

powerful I wish I could you know put

this through to you I wish I could give

you guys just like a fist pump right now

and a high-five or whatever and just

give you me a hug man I mean just like a

boy hug or whatever

if you're a girl just to give you a

handshake or whatever I mean I don't

know however that comes across but um

but I can only do what I can do and I

took me well before I got it before I

actually could really get it

took me many many years and if you guys

if anybody thinks that this is something

that's really happened very quickly for

me know it took me like almost 20 years

to really get it to understand to get my

mind right that is a long time yes I

have regrets of not being able to do

this earlier I'm 45 years old now so but

I could have the excuse of I'm too old

but then I see guys out there that are

older than me and they are doing it and

it's just like I'm so dumb when I'm by

IMI even thinking that that's ridiculous

I'm going to do it no matter what and so

don't use that as an excuse if you think

you are too young you are going to

attract people that are just like you

they are just the same person or not the

same person but you're gonna develop and

have your own audience your tribe

whatever it is

guys just don't worry please do not

worry anymore and work on your mindset

will help you and empower you and maybe

that will kind of make you move to the

about family and friends if people don't

situation that they're and if they're in

despair or unhappy or whatever it's not

their fault they were also conditioned

as well just like you were we were all

kind of brought up with the same

teachings it's okay

but I'm hopefully I can be here to tell
