Teacher’s primary responsibilities:

Salary is
Base rate offered with or without class
Enrollment Bonus

Requirements and skills required:
Know the basic principles teaching ESL courses
A fluent English speaker with a neutral accent
Energetic, patient, responsible and cheerful

Willing to take trainings and make improvement as requested
Have a reliable workstation with stable power supply and internet connection
Candidates with one of the certificates: TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/IELTS/TOEFL/TOEIC/B.A. in English are preferred
Evening and weekend shifts will be offered a higher base rate
Your salary is based on your performance too.
Basic Hourly Rate, 55%-85%
Completion Bonus, 10%-20%
Performance Bonus, 10%-20%

Your salary can reach up to 50,000 pesos.
It depends on your performance, if you are attentive
and chinese students liked you surely you can have bonuses too.
If you are interested becoming a online tutor, you just need to submit your online application.
First, fill up their online application.
Second, you will have 1 on 1 Skype interview
Conduct interview online with our instructors,
accept offer and you will receive your contract.
They required a webcam or any laptop with front camera.
Your face must be clear
and you are required to use a microphone.
Headset with microphone, thats the best!
Third, you will have your online training.
Forth, demo class.
And last, be qualified as an online tutor.
Lets recap the requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old and above
NO EXPERIENCE and CERTIFICATES NEEDED
High school graduates are welcome to apply
We will provide free training after passing the initial interview
You do not need to know the Chinese language to teach with us. Pure english only and no need mandarin.
Lesson materials are provided by our company
Additional requirements:
With desktop or laptop computer (mobile phone, tablet and iPad are not allowed)
With DSL or Broadband (LTE) connection **Pocket Wi-fi is not acceptable**
A microphone and headset (with noise reduction/cancellation is preferred)
A video camera or any webcam, clear face and should motion to your camera
About the Salary:
Paid thru Paypal (bi-weekly)
You get paid for the opened slots
Hourly rate ranges from 90-130php per hour (Filipino applicants)
Salary increase (hourly rate)
