How To CLOSE A DEAL For $1000-$5000 (Any Age)

this is Ryan hildreth here with Evan my
sales associate we're here on the
Skydeck but we wanted to talk to you
about how to close a deal for a thousand
to five thousand dollars a month okay
this could be in any industry how do we
close a deal the number one thing we
want to do is really it's more of an
exercise I want you to call at least
five business owners or meet with five
business owners with no intention of
actually closing a deal okay
we practice this often because as you
may know I mean I do it you do it Evan
does it we all do it we go into a cold
call or a business meeting or whatever
with the intention of closing a deal
okay and when you have that on your mind
when you're like okay I want to close a
$5,000 deal it puts this added like
weight right it's just a it's just a
weird feeling that you give off to the
business owner exactly it's like this
added weight this pressure that you feel
like you need to close this deal or you
need to make this money and really it's
and the business owner could feel that
okay the business owner can feel that
it's more of a take take take
mimimi rather than I want to give and I
care about you okay that's that's the
number one mistake that most people make
including myself I've done that so many
times we're all get on a cold call and
all get nervous
I'll get nervous because I'm telling
myself oh I got to close $1,000 deal
today I got to close a $5,000 deal today
and we all do that we all get nervous
but you just got to breathe and I
realize that that's not your purpose
that's not your value that you're trying
to bring to them exactly you have to
remember the value you're going to bring
to them so a good exercise we like to do
is actually call business owners with no
intention of actually closing a deal
okay we just call them get to learn more
about their business you know see where
we can add value maybe give them some
tips that they can you
to increase their sales by leveraging
social media just free tips value and
you'll notice it ends up leading into
them asking you so you know what can you
do for our business right without you
have no intention of closing a deal and
they end up asking you what can you do
for our business right so that they
pretty much closed the deal themselves
with you and you'll notice you'll get
these results when you start doing that
so what I want you to do is actually go
cold call or go into you know various
various businesses and with no intention
of closing a deal I want you to do that
today they will close the deal for
themselves that yeah and this happened
yesterday I actually walked into a
business and the owner wasn't there and
then called him this morning and he
literally said what can you do for me
so today I'm going to go have a meeting
with them and hopefully close the deal
exactly exactly it's more it's all about
giving rather than taking because people
could feel that energy when it's all
about you and it's all about taking
you're not going to close the deal
people can feel that it feels really in
genuine so if you want to close a 1000
to 5000 dollar deal today or any deal
you want to close a deal today go with
the intention of not closing the deal
right because you're they're going to
feel that okay this person actually
cares about me in my business because if
not about them it's about it's about you
right it's not about yourself it's about
them so you know that pretty much that's
that's the biggest advice I could give
something that we've both learned from
our own experiences and closing thousand
dollar deals so if you want to close a
deal go with the intention of not
closing the deal and just giving off
