hi guys welcome to a new video and in

this video I will show you how to make a

table of contents there are a few ways

you can do this you can write it out

yourself but that usually takes a lot of

time so there's a much easier way you

can do it it starts off by giving all

your headers a proper heading page so on

home you can give it a different kind of

title I usually go with heading one for

example over here heading one too so you

have to give all of your titles or all

of your headings you have to select them

as a proper heading so now you can see

with this little arrow on there it's a

proper heading you could also customize

these headings so you can modify them

and you can change them to your liking

like change the color change the bolt or

Getman lines so do whatever you want but

you have to get all of these headings a

proper heading and for example you can

also give them a jump you can give this

a second heading or even a third and I

will show you in a bit

what that would look like let me go back

so now when you go to type of contents

you go to references and on the left

side table of contents and you can

select your style of heading oh it's

your style of table of contents so I

usually go for the first one and as you

can see now we have a proper type of

contents and I will show you the

different way you can do it like for

example over here what if I give this a

heading two there's also heading two for

example just to show off this is the

proper way to do but I will give you a

heading I will give this a heading 3 and

now when I update the time

we'll update the entire table it will

show different type of headings so this

is how you get a table of contents in

words without having to type it out it's

just quick and easy and I hope you guys
