all right in this video I'm going to
show you guys how to make a youtube
thumbnail for affiliate based marketing
if you make youtube videos for affiliate

videos product or just tell people about
your product or services using YouTube
when we show you guys how to make the
thumbnails that I create a lot of people
have been asking me Alex how do you how
you creating these thumbnails every time
I watch your videos I click on the
thumbnail they're very appealing so let
me show you guys proof that obviously I
know what I'm doing when comes to
thumbnails on YouTube I have over five
from the plus videos on this YouTube
channel about affiliate based mark me
ever since 2017 so let me show you guys
for affiliate base Martley so the first
thing I want you guys have to do is come
to the search bar up here now whatever
video you're trying to rank for or
whatever your video title is about what
you guys want to do is type that in the
search box then after you type your
keywords inside a search bar you kind of
want to look at like the top 10 results
because the reason why you want to look
at the top 10 results or the top 10
results are the top 10 results for a
reason very good people are watching
them before someone even gets a chance
to watch the video what's the first
thing that they have to do person has to
click on the thumbnail or click on the
title of the video so your title and
thumbnail are highly important when it
comes to affiliate based marketing and
ranking your video to the very top for
whatever type of video you make review
video product review video testimonial
proof training video whatever type of
videos you guys create so you would look
at like the top thing and whether most
of these people have in common a most
YouTube videos especially for affiliate
marketing have a picture of themselves
like usually on the right or left hand
side so as you can see right they all
have a picture they all have words on
the left hand side and the reason why
they learn the reason why the words
usually are on the left hand side is how
your mind works and how your how your
mind to I read something usually you
read it from the left to the right hand
side this is why you read the book in
that format it's just that psychological
trigger inside your head and tell us
your eyes will look at so most of the
time as you can see or right here so
after you you do a little bit of
research
see that what you guys like we come over
to a website called camera comm so you
were signing up for camera is one hummus
and for free and right here is going to
say YouTube thumbnail right so let's
pull up one of my many designs so what I
normally do is come down here and go to
the left hand side and this one this is
generally the one that usually use all
the time that this thumbnail
anyway I usually do is delete the
background and just start with a blank
eye cameras at first and then as you can
tell right by doing your research on
what kind of thumbnail your competition
is using so for this one if I really
kind of just want to do a thumbnail for
this video that I'm making right now I
could do something like this now what
you guys want to do if you want to get a
picture of yourself like I can still
image this image right here is called
that PNG image I don't know exactly what
stands for but it's a PNG image so you
will come over to Google your best
friend and type in how to make a PNG
image and go to the first link that pops
up you will click this button right here
this is where you will put your image
that you want you know kind of just like
like your face your face you standing up
your a copy pasted right here that will
give you a transparent image you
download that image to your computer and
upload to canva.com so say if I wanted
to put my face or a picture of pretty
much anybody really but what are you
making affiliate marketing videos I
highly recommend you take a picture of
yourself because when you're doing
review videos product review videos
people join people and not business
opportunities so this is the best way to
stand out and build like know and trust
factor among that person very very
quickly once you go that like know and
trust faster you'll be able to sell more
affiliate products faster and easier
with this method so obviously we have my
PNG image on right hand side right here

I said before most of what I would you
just come back here and just do a little
bit of research I'm like okay boom so
right you know so what this video is
primarily going to be thumbnails I think
that toggle with the thumbnails in under
seven minutes right because this video
will probably eat probably under seven
minutes or just about seven minutes so
this is what I'm going to put it all on
the theme just to give it you know
create some curiosity among the person

alright how to make a YouTube thumbnail
in seven minutes I'm doing this live in
front of you guys think you guys can see
my routine and exactly how I do
everything right boom something like
this you can increase the size now when
you're doing like the worthy you kind of
want to keep like the number of words
you have to around three to five words
so it doesn't I jumble up over um on the
screen so you can be like this make this
color red you know to make it stand out
yellow red green and blue make it stand
out now if you guys want to put like an
image down here right as you can see on
the left hand side I have plenty of
images right here on you know just
different images that's good so say if I
wanted to come down here and just add an
image right I could put a computer
screen right here and you can find all
these on Google right so just go to
google and type in whatever you trying
to look for PMG image so let's go down
yeah I think I know I'm going to use
already but this is how you create
affiliate thumbnails on YouTube it's
very very simple and easy it's only ten
minutes you really just have to do it
now sometimes this will happen but we're
going to correct this mistake as you can
see I do this all the time so I'm very
very fast with it but if this is how I
create the thumbnails
for my videos a lot you guys have been
asking this question so I decided to
make a video about the question you guys
asked for but as you can see I'm just
adding it over the finishing touches

know give them a little small
call-to-action increase the size boom
and just like that that's what the thumb
there is it gives them either with some
curiosity obviously this video is about

after you after you create your
thumbnail like this you simply come down

you guys want to do is when you download
it to your computer this is the we give

right so whatever you save it name it
the keywords that you're trying to rank

because YouTube and Google can read the
file name if they read the file name and

they know that this is similar to what
you talked about inside the video and
they can pick up on that data and help
it run faster on YouTube because they
read the file name and it says that your
keywords so just help it helps it rank
better it just gives you a slight edge
and you know just more ranking power to
do that and then once you create your
thumbnail you obviously go inside your
back office or you know you edit you
just go to edit inside a YouTube and you
would come down here and just hit add
and the thumbnail change thumbnail and
find it on your computer save it and
then upload it and there you guys go
