don't stick to any specific niche you
could choose jewelers I know that's a
good one
personally because we have a jeweler
client real estate agents are good
there's tons of different niches that
are great I would recommend just kind of
staying broad and then narrowing down to
the people that you like to work with ah
Brian yes the stock market mastery
program work works from anywhere I have
currently students from 11 different
countries in the program
so into today just signed up from the UK
and yes I have about three students from
Canada
Omar is taking Tanner's course soon nice
nice looks good looks good um any advice
for a target market for lawyer Facebook
ads so I would find out what the lawyer
is exactly like what type of law do they
do what type of customer client do they
work with specialize in is it you know
are they a divorce attorney are they a
probate specialist right you need to
know what specific type of law they do
and then you're going to target people
within that niche so you have to be very
specific right wasn't it funny it looks
good

live in Facebook tomorrow on the the
private group so if you have a question
I recommend going there to the live
stream obviously answer all your
questions in the private Facebook group

up sure I mean it's always good to set
up a business for the long run but you
don't have to if you add plug-and-play
ads for an attorney client I'm gonna buy
your course ha ha ha that's pretty
tempting okay well I am working on those
ads when I come back from Russia I'm
gonna be doing tons of more ads for
different niches that we're gonna be
adding in there so don't worry that that
will be in there I'm gonna write that
down actually where's my pen and paper

tips for starting a YouTube channel so I
recommend making documenting your
journey whether it's in business
entrepreneurship what are you doing who
is your audience going to be and try to
rank for certain keywords within that
niche like if you're taking Tanner's
Amazon course I know a lot of the people
in the mastermind are taking Tanner's
Amazon course and the social media
marketing course so what they're doing
is they're doing a review right they're
doing a review of our course showing
their journey of how they're starting
off from zero to making thousands of
dollars per month from either an Amazon
product or social media marketing I
recommend starting a channel like that

hair salon nail businesses ya know those
are
definitely good those are definitely
good hair salons for sure um what are
your thoughts of taking a commission on
facebook ads instead of a flat fee yes
Scott so that would kind of be like
equity in their company right because
you'd be taking a certain percentage of
their sales no I that's that's what I
have um with my real estate agent
because I don't have him on a flat fee
I'm charging him a certain percentage of
what he makes per home sale so that's a
great that's a great thing to utilize
how many students do I have from
Massachusetts I don't know probably
probably none I don't know I'm not sure
we have a lot of students in the social
media marketing course I have you know
over a hundred in my stock market
mastery so I have over you know two
hundred plus students so I'm not sure
you know there could be many people from
Massachusetts who knows hmm um Kelvin
says can we get a dumbed-down way to
present the results from Facebook yeah
so I print out that data I provide that
data in the course so you can literally
print it out and it just shows how many
people you reached how many people
clicked on their link right and then
they could determine how many sales they
got by looking at they're on it either
you embed a pixel on their website or if
their real estate agent they had a
certain number of leads or calls and
they're able to track that data so or
you know what I did is I went over in
the mastermind group as well as the
course social media marketing course I
showed how to run a lead page on
Facebook advertisement so that's all
through Facebook you don't even have to
have a landing page or anything you can
get leads off Facebook and it's just an
easier way and you could download the
email straight from Facebook into an
Excel spreadsheet so you can do it that
way as well

Robert I don't have a I drink some
coffee but it's not enough caffeine it's
not enough I had zero caffeine today
usually I have one screw one scoop of
pre-workout so I take c4 in the morning
just to wake me up and before I you know
obviously go to the gym and then I
usually have like a monster Red Bull but
today I just have like a little cup of
coffee so that's barely any caffeine
Ryan what do you think about a business
partner for a marketing agency Alberto
you know I suggest starting it on your
own at first if you can utilize a
business partner to grow together I
would pick a business partner that
already seen some success this is just
for my experience right because if you
pick a business partner that has had
zero success what can they bring to the
table right if they have no track record
or no um drive themselves like they
haven't gone out by themselves and
gotten some results so that that would
be my opinion on a business partner I
would make sure that they have some you
know success or at least they've gone
out and approached some businesses and
gotten some leads you know it could be
very beneficial to you but for me
personally it just wasn't what I wanted
to do i sod it Jacob Lambo versus
McLaren I'm gonna say McLaren what was
that baby haha uh Tatiana said you can't
compare Brian McLaren all the way ah
yeah McLaren all the way I don't know
Tanner's Tanner's Lambo is pretty fast
though that thing is quick guys I was
driving here no no I've never sat in the
McLaren so I was racing around
irresponsibly with Tanner the other day
and I literally he went around a corner
so fast probably I would say 50 miles an
hour
didn't didn't even break loose I came
around the corner give it a little gas
literally got a little bit sideways I
was like oh and then it came back
it was crazy it was crazy
um Tanner's car is a beast so uh why did
I want the Shelby Cobra so honestly Adam
its it was an exclusive car right they
only made 47 and 2015 in 2016 they made
3,000 I believe and now it's a
production vehicle um so I got a 2016
it's just very exclusive car and it
packs a lot of punch behind what you get
for the money you know it's 527
horsepower 420 pounds of torque it's
just a beast car one of the fastest cars
on the track so that's kind of why I
went for it's just it's just an awesome
car and you don't see many of them on
the road I've only seen one other GT 350
um nice Joel nice at what point do you
bring in another person or employee to
help you with your social media
marketing business okay so Robert I
would in everyone here I would bring in
an employee when the cost of you
managing other clients is higher than
what you actually get paid right so like
if you're I don't know I would say I
would just say after five clients you
know start thinking about bringing on
someone to help you out what do I
include in my two-week trial so I run a
Facebook ad for them for 14 days and I
post for them every day and I get them
results how far away are you from
hitting seven figures net profit haha
well taxes here in California if you
make over I think two hundred two
hundred twenty-five thousand your tax
they're like forty seven percent so
almost fifty percent um I don't know I
I'm on track to make half a mil this
year but we'll see because taxes if I
have to pay fifty percent so that next
week I'm meeting with my CPA and we're
sitting down and talking about tax
strategy so that I don't have to pay
fifty percent in taxes right so if I
make a half a mil I don't have to pay
two hundred fifty thousand in taxes so
we're gonna kind of get it define a
strategy for me whether it's investing
in my business buying certain things for
my business expensing this and that in
order to reduce my taxes so we'll see I
don't know how far I am from hitting
seven figures I mean if I keep going
like this then next year I would hit
that
how long does it take to start making
money with your stock market program so
I mean some people made money in the
first week of trading after they took
the program you know there was multiple
traders cameran I'm going to upload a
interview I did with him Cameron made
$125 in five minutes on Shopify and that
was his first trade ever um so you can
you can start making money anytime after
you obviously invest in the program take
your time to learn and then open your
account and trade so Sean Chung made
like five thousand dollars in 15 minutes
on snapchat those crazy um oh man don't
ask me that
whose course should I invest in first
they're both great Tanner's course is
awesome I'm in Tanner's course he got my
first product coming in obviously our
courses great me and Haden my stock
market mastery is great I think they all
complement each other so whatever you're
interested in uh you know you can go
from there you also look at startup
costs to UM

out there because we have the
door-to-door right we have those hidden
cam hidden mic videos we have I did a
cold call the other day we I took a
video of that and kind of walk through
the call and you know what was good what
wasn't so that you can learn from that
we do Facebook advertising for you

the data for you that you can show to
potential clients and say that you ran
the ad with me

associate how do you manage different
cities at the same time um that's that's
fine I mean you can have businesses from
different cities that's even better so
you don't over saturate your Facebook
Ads right as they sean said no way I
live for the mastermind there you go

love going on the mastermind like I
enjoy that every week doing the
mastermind live streams with you guys
freaking awesome and the giveaways are
good too um it's just very I don't know
I feel very productive when I do those
michael said why are you hiring your
brother instead of outsourcing online
via fiber up work like you teach in the
course so michael we teach both ways
right we teach how to outsource on fibre
up work or outsource by hiring someone
at a local community college or
university right because it's all about
preference do you do you want to be do
you want to have someone that you can
you know quickly contact or kind of look
over the shoulder make sure they're
doing everything right or do you want
someone to trust someone someone you
know across the seas like that's up to
you if you are fine with that that's up
to you for me I gotta meet the person
face to face especially if I'm handing
over a password or login logins and
passwords you know it just it feels
weird doing that over fiver but that's
just my preference I know a lot of
people that outsource and are not cool
with giving their passwords away to
whoever's there outsourcing or work -

of discussing that I'm you know from now
on every client that Evan gets he'll get
70% I'll get 30 but that would be for me
and doing nothing all right all right
yeah of course of course I would target
all restaurants in one specific area how
do I keep from stepping on each other's
toes
wouldn't do the same restaurant same
type of food in the same area if it's a
sushi restaurant in an American Grill
that's fine you could target different
people that enjoy those different types
of foods but I wouldn't go to to manage
two burger places yes I do
be its forward revenue Mediacom um best
content for real estate you can so we go
over this in the course as well uh
different types of posting but I would
do some type of data post showing a
statistic of the area and real estate
and then I would do a post where you put
up a nice picture of in a state that the
real estate agent recently sold or
helped the buyer with yeah just post
like that
um the client sending manage
Andy how many hours should I put in per
day for each client um you know you can
do it all in on one day on a Sunday
running the Facebook ad and posting on
using the publishing tool for the week
you know that would be five hours right
four or five hours so I would say per
per client like 30 30 minutes a day um
or you could do all in one day 30 to an
hour right it depends it depends because
at first it's going to take a long time
but then once you get all their posts
published and you have their
advertisement running you really don't
have any work to do
so alright guys I gotta get going um it
