and jump into the video and I am super
tired today I didn't get any sleep last
night but we're gonna do this anyway so
let's go ahead and check it off
everybody knows about Fiverr right
everybody knows that you can go to
fighter and you can get work done like
programming and graphics and logos
a.split covers and different things like
that well you can also get youtube
thumbnails ok and you can actually be
the person creating the YouTube
thumbnails but hold on a minute I know
what you're thinking I know what you're
thinking you don't have Photoshop you're
not creative you're not talented you
don't have any skills to do this well on
this video I'm gonna show you exactly
how to do it without Photoshop using a
free program that's right online and I'm
gonna give you templates yes I'm going
to give you my own templates well here
are some templates that I've created and
so I'm gonna show you exactly how to do
this this can be a starting point for
you if you don't have any templates to
start your business then you can use
these available for download in the
description down below okay but first
let's just go right over here and check
out one of these examples so here's
somebody creating YouTube thumbnails
they have different plans you can offer
different plans on five
starting at $5 going all the way up to
$20 or more and what what I find is that
a lot of people and what I do personally
is I'll choose a plan that I want on
Fiverr but I always end up choosing the
faster speed so in other words the
default setting is two days it's gonna
take two days for them to do it for five
bucks but I can go ahead and upgrade
that and have them do the work in one
day for an extra five dollars which
makes the total order ten dollars
another thing that you guys can do when
you're offering a thumbnail service is
to always offer different packages so
for an example like the standard package
what you can do is you can actually
offer the original source file okay so
let's just say that maybe the client
wants to edit the text or do something
that like that later on for the basic
plan you're just going to provide them
the JPEG just the regular image that
they upload to YouTube but if they want
more then you can create the standard
package give them the original source
file and most people are gonna upgrade
to $10 anyway for the standard but if
they upgrade to have the work done
faster in one day then that's gonna give
you a total of twenty dollars okay so
what's the first thing that we do what
we're gonna do is go right over to photo
P this is basically a browser-based
Photoshop and it's free and it actually
works really really well surprisingly
everybody's talking about it it's all
the rave right now but it's over at
photo P I will leave a link below for
this down below in the description of
this video so here's what you are going
to do first though is that you want to
get the files you want to get the
thumbnail templates that I'm going to
provide to you so just go right over
here I'm gonna leave this link below
here's the link right here so let's just
go ahead and do this right now so I can
show you exactly how to do this so what
I'll do is I'll copy that and you can
just click on it if it's down below in
the description but I'm going to open up
a new tab and then just paste that up
here and that's gonna take you to the to
the wetransfer comm website and so as
soon as you get there right over here
you're gonna find a little download
button just go ahead and click on that
and that's going to download some big
mark thumbnails that you guys can edit
and customize now I want to let you guys
know that when you download and you
extract this file you're going to have
to
different types of files for each
thumbnail so one thumbnail is going to
be for photo P and then there's going to
be another version of that thumbnail
that's going to be for Photoshop now
Photoshop is gonna give you a little bit
more flexibility you're gonna have some
more cool features you know you're gonna
be able to like you know warp the texts
and stuff like that okay now photo P
doesn't have that but you can still
create amazing thumbnails okay so let me
show you how this works let's go back
over to photo P and photo P or photo Pia
I don't know I think it's photo P anyway
let's go over here to file and over here
to open and then what I'm going to do is
just choose a thumbnail that I want to
edit so let us come in here and let's
just choose right here I'll make sure it
says photo P at the very end and then
I'll click on open and boom it just
loads up really really fast okay so it's
just like Photoshop guys you know you
have all your layers over here you have
the picture of the girl you could put
anything you want you can drag or insert
or place different images right into
this program as a matter of fact what
you can do is go onto Google and then
grab an image or a photo of somebody and
actually drag it right from your desktop
or right from the browser right under
photo P which is really really cool just
to make the whole workflow process go a
lot faster but I've got this little
starburst effect over here on this layer
which kind of you know gives a lot of
pizzazz and everything but the text
layer right here what I did is I made
sure the fonts and everything worked
within photo P so you're not gonna have
any problems with that go ahead and just
double click the layer okay I wish I
could zoom into this a little bit closer
but double click on that text layer
right there and then it's going to
select the text and you can change this
for anything that you want right it
doesn't have to say make $1,000 a month
are you going to put whatever you want
alright you could put a picture of
yourself over here on the right or a
picture up the client okay so check it
out guys I got a whole bunch of
templates here that you guys can use we
got cool YouTube thumbnail actually the
thumbnail that I used for this
particular video I'm gonna go ahead and
include that to you for free okay I'm
just gonna put it in the package so make
sure to go over to wetransfer
and download my complete set and if you
do have Photoshop well that's good for
you because you're gonna be able to
utilize a lot more features and
different things really really cool
stuff guys this is totally awesome so so
I don't know I mean you could start your
own business on fiber do
this and maybe go over here and just get
some inspiration and see what other
people are doing just to get inspired
and you guys can start to do this okay
you could make like a hundred for up to
four hundred dollars per week okay now
if you guys would like to make a little
bit better use of your time maybe you
don't want to create thumbnails maybe
you don't want to do any of that maybe
you don't want to create graphics well
