My Morning Routine For Success And Abundance


hey guys what's going on big mark here
and in this video I want to share
something with you something that I
really get excited about and that's
personal development I'm gonna share
with you my morning routine what I do
every single day what really gets me
pumped up and I've been doing this for
consistently for five years now and this
has had the biggest dramatic impact on
my life with everything that I do you
know online offline with family business
everything okay even when I'm out and
about and hopefully if I could share
with you one major thing on my entire
channel something that will really just
kind of give you that third eye and just
see the whole world differently and
maybe will possibly impact you inside
have the biggest effect on your life if
there is something so powerful that can
do that and I believe that it's it's
what I'm gonna share with you on this
video okay and that's just my experience
okay and so what I'm gonna do here here
is a notebook right here this is
something that I have been carrying
around with me for the past five years
and I wrote this a long time ago I just
add on to it as the years go on
I have lists of different affirmations I
am different things I am that I am
grateful I am this and there's a lot of
really good ones here a lot of them that
I've learned from different readings
that I've done and so I want to share
these with you and recently I upgraded
so I have two here and this is the old
one I had some typos and different
things there were some affirmations I
didn't really like so I just went ahead
and removed those and just made it a lot
neater and so I've recreated it with a
new book okay so what I'm going to do is
just put the old one aside and I want to
read you guys and go over some success
rules and different things that I
believe that everyone should program
into their mind every single day okay
just by reading what's in this book I
mean even if I've forgotten to read it
but then as soon as I read these little
affirmations the gratitude that's in
this book when I read it I feel totally
different than when I sat down you know
maybe I've gone through a stressful day
or something like that it will it will
really change you and I didn't believe
it from my mentor when when he talked
about doing this I I was like yeah
whatever you know you know just show me
how to make the money right but when I
wrote down everything here and and I
started reading it on a consistent basis
I it totally changed me I just I felt I
just felt happier and we have to
sometimes remind ourselves about
different things so without further ado
let me go ahead and just jump in here
the first page of course what I've done
is I've written the top 20 things that I
am grateful for all right now read these
every single day so I'll give you some
examples okay I'm grateful for your
wonderful and loving wife of course and
and my children and my children's health
I'm grateful for wealth I'm grateful for
this wonderful food and I'm grateful for
my talents you know the talents that I
have to do what I do I'm very grateful
for that and I'm grateful for a loving
family I'm grateful for a positive
attitude whatever you want to be maybe
you feel like you haven't had times of
positivity and and you want more of that
well just be grateful for that now and
I'm grateful for freedom the freedom
that I have not having to go work a job
I know sometimes there are many of us
working online we we don't go to a job
and we're just not grateful for the fact
that we don't have to go to work every
day there may be some of us that have
achieved what so many people want and
that's being able to work at home and so
and to be grateful for that because
there have been times where I have I've
forgotten because I've been working at
home for so many years and so I'm
grateful for my low stressed life I'm
happy and grateful for my hell
and then it just continues and so the
next page here I talk about some IMS and
I am only giving energy to what I want
I'm always noticed the good things in
people ok this is a kind of like a
little trap that we can fall into we are
just not grateful for other people we
always kind of we may notice the bad
things we don't really always notice the
good things because there is good in
everyone I believe there is good and
everyone I always notice the good things
in my relationship so this is another
one if you have a spouse or a girlfriend
or something like that you are in a
relationship it's really easy to fall
into that default state of the mind
which is always negativity and that's
why it's so powerful to remind yourself
and read these every single day because
if you don't and I've had this
experience many times we go back into
that negative kind of slumpy kind of
mood and attitude and feeling about all
you know I wish I could make more sales
and blah blah blah blah we get into that
woe is me kind of thing and and this
will really pump you up and remind you
about what you already have out there
I'm grateful for everything everyone has
the right to co-create a lot of us don't
even let other people live their lives
let other people co-create and and do
what they got to do right I think you
know we're also get so wrapped up into
our own life's and because other people
are not doing what we're doing you know
we think oh well they should do this and
whatever and why are they doing this and
why doesn't he just go get a job or
whatever and you know we have to let
other people live let them co-create
which is really important you have to
remind yourself about this allow the bad
service allow unfairness if you see
something on social media that's unfair
allow it because what happens is is you
bring yourself down to that level you
know you you go out there and there's so
many things in the world that we may
think that's unfair and it's not right
and but the thing is once you draw and
you bring yourself into that
environment you start to feel you start
to feel kind of dull you have that
negative kind of that it impacts you in
a certain way I feel very dense I don't
really feel so enlightened when I
respond to that or if I if I start
reading about that I see a lot of stuff
on even on Facebook that I really don't
like I have to block a lot of things
that come up in the timeline I don't
even know how it gets there but you know
there's a lot of abuse and stuff like
that it's just um it is unfair but you
know it's like I'm not responding to it
because yeah so I will allow gossip
allow gossip and bitterness that other
people do alright so even if you're if
you go out to get your hair cut wherever
you go if you're going you're around
other people you go to a coffee shop and
you listen to other people having gossip
and stuff like that just allow that
don't get all emerged into it don't get
into it where you feel like you have an
opinion about it or the fact that they
are wrong or don't even you know get
yourself into that kind of conversation
let other people co-create allow you
know allow them to gossip okay it's only
as long as you don't do it you're good
okay and and you focus on what you want
so I have so many more here that are
super powerful and these are going to
this is like the law of attraction your
your you know we've for so many years
we've programmed our subconscious mind
with all the negativity and all the
self-doubt and all the ways and
different things that what the ways we
feel about ourselves which is usually
not really great we don't always tell
ourselves good things and so this is a
really great way to do it if you can't
remember all these write them down and I
am more confident today than ever I
speak I speak so clearly with confidence
and enthusiasm and I notice the good
things in people my bank account is
growing at a steady pace my business has
improved all the bills are paid thank
you for my prosperity
thank you for my abundance and and thank
you for my
mental healing all these are really
powerful and it's easy to make friends I
attract positive and optimistic and kind
people into my life and I am okay as I
am I accept and love myself just the way
I am I am calm and peaceful and I am
focused and persistent I treat everyone
with kindness and respect I just made
our video recently about being nice and
it's just kind of a weird usually you'll
if you type being nice on YouTube you're
gonna find a lot of videos I talk about
not being nice and I don't want to
confuse this with being a people pleaser
okay I believe we should be kind and
nice you know like this was an old Sain
especially in business you know the same
people you meet on the way up in
business are the same people you meet on
the way down so just don't forget that
it happens you know you have times of
you know you're doing great and then
sometimes you'll have a little slump
there you're gonna just run into those
same folks and it this is this is really
true stuff here so being nice and kind
in a different way where you are by by
being kind to others and being nice I
don't want you to get this confused with
being a people pleaser okay that's not
what I mean I mean just random acts of
kindness and because it's good for you
it's good for others it it changes the
it makes the environment better around
you wherever you go it makes you feel
great it makes other people feel great
it just it changes everything why
wouldn't anyone want to be in that type
of environment um so this is something
that you can do a matter of fact I was
just talking on the phone the other day
I called a phone company a cell phone
company I'd asked the guy how his day
was going and he said no one's ever
asked him that before as long as he's
worked at the company and I thought
really well in a way I felt like I was
kind of sad but see there's just not
enough of that
you see what I mean I think we just get
all wrapped up into our own brains our
own minds and so and then here I'm
almost finished here but we've got some
I am affirmations I am happy so these
are these are very basic
I like these I as simple as they are
they really pump me up so this is where
really energizes me and normally I'd be
walking around and every time I do an
affirmation I will just pat my chest a
little bit so I know I'm having feeling
more of a physical engagement in some
way so I that's what I'll do I'll just
be like I am happy I am wealthy I am
secure I'm positive I'm blessed I'm
grateful and I'm confident also use some
incantations some power moves I'll be
like moving my arms a little bit
I am grateful I'm courageous and I am
excited about today and I am loved and
when you really put your body into it
because you know when it comes to the
law of attraction
it's the feeling is is what works it's
not necessarily the words that you read
it's the it's how the words make you
feel okay because words don't really
mean much to the universe sort of speak
it's it's that it's that gut it's that
feeling that you have inside the heart
and and so that's something to really
remember I think a lot of people get
really caught up in the words and so if
you're kind of reading it like this
you're kind of like oh I'm grateful and
worthy you know it's just not gonna have
that that's the same feeling so really
it is get yourself up I walk around
that's really changed it I feel so much
better going from like just really
feeling kind of down to to just getting
up and in and then walking around that
has really changed made me feel so much
better day by day in every way I'm
getting better and better this is a
classic day by day in every way I'm
getting better and better and so I get
results I make a difference I love how
much energy I have I am enough I am
amazing and so to end this I wanted to
give you guys some success rules
something for like before you start your
journey and I
these down and I look at them
occasionally because I remind myself
about these are these are I wrote these
five years ago I wrote this okay the
first one is no complaining absolutely
no complaining you know we when you
don't complain you're gonna start to
really notice other people complaining
okay even my children will complain
sometimes my wife maybe my complain your
spouse could complain and that's okay
but but just for you you know you're
letting other people co-create and for
you you are just not going to complain
if something doesn't go as planned you
know you buy something and it's rotten
know the expiration date went out or you
purchase something online and it doesn't
work right you know you're just like it
is what it is and I will take care of
the situation I will return it I will do
what is needed but I'm not going to sit
here and complain because this is really
going to break you down all right the
next one is no criticism no criticism of
others you know again allowing other
people to co-create allowing them to do
what they want to do and if you see a
video or something like that on YouTube
I used to do this and sometimes I have
had to remind myself to not criticize
people okay you let them figure things
out for themselves they are growing
they're also going through a personal
journey themselves okay it's not you
don't have a place here to criticize
them they're not asking for any
constructive criticism from you you just
allow all right the number four is not
worried about what others think okay
pretty basic and and now that's it's not
it's a little bit different than not
caring about what other people think I
think it's almost impossible not to care
about what other people think I think we
should care a little bit if you make a
video or if you post something on social
media or on YouTube you know you want to
hear the feedback you want that social
feedback I think I have some other word
for it kind of like that recognition
there too to get feedback so you can
kind of see
where you're at you know and then make a
little adjustments so by getting the
feedback and and and caring about their
response from others I think it's very
very important but not going around and
just caring about what other people
think to the point where it's there's so
much you don't do anything at all
because that you are afraid that they
are going to judge you now that's a
little bit different but Sarah Seth
can speak today set clear intentions
okay
about what you're gonna do set goals of
what you want be a hundred percent
authentic be yourself not your ego okay
and have no excuses at all and ignore
bad service talked about that before
this is how it's going to be period and
you make up your mind on what you're
going to do and say this is how it's
going to be period
I am absolutely ruthless show no pity or
compassion for others I cannot be
successful unless I embrace confusion
and overwhelm I know when we're all
starting something new we are getting
into some type of new business adventure
something online maybe and we have to
use all these different tools and
different pieces of software and how
that can be super overwhelming and so
what I would do is just embrace that and
understand that a lot of those things
you only have to learn once and then
after you learn at that one time the
next time is going to be a little bit
easier and then that way you can you
know not worry about those little
tedious tools and software's that you
got to do your you're gonna be more
focused on the business and and
conversions and things like that so so
yeah don't get it so wrapped up into the
tools and different things and being
overwhelmed with a new program with new
information a new book or something like
that a new audio book where you're
confused listen to it over again there's
been many times I've just listened to
audio books more than once because the
first time it doesn't quite click and I
know if I listen to it again I pick up
little things along the way this can
also be the same for different courses
and different things that you learn
online if you don't quite grasp it the
first time go ahead and listen to it
and I think you guys are gonna pick up
new things along the way that'll give
you better insights so you can so you
can start your business and start seeing
some success so though that it that's my
little morning wake-up kind of warm-up
for the day kind of my little routine my
little ritual that I do and it really
helps me despite my past and where I
have been and the things that people
have said to me and maybe even the
things that people have said to you by
doing this you are programming your mind
otherwise because this is the truth
because I believe there is only love in
the world and if that's the case then
why not let's just focus on that and I
think the world would be a much better
