and today marks day number one of my
investing series that I'm making for you
all the reason I'm making this is
because of a prime statistic that I
learned about 80% of Americans can't
come up with $2,000 if they needed it in
an emergency and two years ago that was
me I was living paycheck to paycheck
just sick of it I was financially
responsible and I didn't have the
savings so if anything ever happened to
my truck or had I had a medical bill I
wouldn't be able to pay for it and that
drove me to change my life drastically
so what I did was I read great books
about money and Finance money and
investing such as one up on Wall Street
by Peter Lynch the strategic dividend
investor by Daniel Paris and mastered
the game of money by Tony Robbins and I
immersed myself into the world
finance I shadowed a hedge fund manager
in New York multiple financial advisors
in LA and I implemented those strategies
into my life what I did first was I
saved 50% of my paychecks and I know
that's a little aggressive IRA I would
recommend saving at least 10% of their
paychecks but I put 50% into a savings
account built up my savings account then
to half of that and put it into the
stock market where I invested in great
companies such as Chevron which is right
down the street from my apartment
Starbucks all companies that pay great
dividends and they're well known by
everyone in the community so but the
fact is is that unique America and the
average American needs about two and a
half million in retirement to retire
comfortably so they need that in their
investment account or their four
but basically I'm starting this series
to teach you the financial backgrounds
and the ins and outs of investing so
that you can achieve your financial
success earlier on in life but if you
