you're not making money on line
that's exactly what we're gonna talk
about today right on this video what's

so why should you listen to me well I've
been making money online now for almost
twenty years
yeah it does show my age quite a bit but
I've been around I've seen everything
come and go and in all this and you know
I so I've been on the ups and downs I've
had my failures and setbacks in life and
so I've been here a while okay so in
this video I'm gonna show you probably
one of these reasons one of these five
here is going to be why you're probably
not making money right now and maybe
you're just making a little bit of money
but you're not really where you want to
be so let's go ahead and get started
alright so number one you're chasing
money okay and what really needs to
happen is you need to follow the vision
of where you want to go and stop chasing
the money so let me just draw something
here real quick all right so let's just
say that you're here right now this is
you and this is a timeline of what
you're gonna have to do in order to
achieve your goals and get to where you
want to go right so this is your vision
this is the vision that you have for
yourself for you and your family and
your children and in what you want to do
the type of lifestyle that you want to
live that's right here all your goals
your money goals and everything but see
you're still stuck right here you were
still stuck right here you're trying to
look for those little ways to make money
and you can't seem to get you're so
focused on the money
maybe it's because you are so focused on
a money maker and you're you're not
trying to run a business all right
you're just trying to run a money maker
or something like that and that can
happen for a lot of people you just hop
focused you don't have a plan you're
just trying to make money and it never
happens and so what's going to happen
you need to do is you need to focus on
your vision because when you do that
then it's going to start to pull you in
this direction okay and the more you
focus here not here because when you
start a new business you you got to plan
on making no money at all that's just
the way it is I can't even tell you how
many products that I've created there
have been months even a whole year went
by without making any money from these
products that I created and I had to
wait all that time until I actually made
a profit or made any money at all and
that's just how it works so you need to
focus on the end result here where are
we going what's the goal what's the
vision that you have who are you going
to become well that's right here and
when you focus on that then you're gonna
start to you know you're gonna have that
gravity or it's going to start to pull
you that magnetism is just gonna pull
you more in that direction and all the
work and all the failures and all the
setbacks and all that stuff are not
gonna mean so much to you because you're
so focused on on your goals and your
vision of where you want to go all right
so I just wanted to just give you a kind
of a visual thing there let's move on to
the next one all right so number two
it's not enough hours how many people do
you know out there on the internet
making money right well let's just take
something very basic like a blog or
something like that someone making like
five or six figures a month on a blog
well look how many hours that they put
into their craft into their business
okay
or if this is on YouTube you see
somebody successful on YouTube well go
look at all their videos go to their
channel and look at how many videos they
made they put in the hours they put in
the time and effort and they put into
the work to get what they want so have
you put in enough hours to get what you
want are you quitting too early is that
what it is because most people will quit
just before they reach success as a
matter of fact there are several times
when I felt like quitting I was I mean
even
my YouTube channel I started making
videos every single day for like three
months a lot of people say that I had it
easy a lot of people don't know this but
I don't even have a hundred subscribers
on my youtube channel until I made 70
videos 70 videos so many people would
have quit until then a lot of people
leave me comments on my channel they say
Oh mark I've created five videos and I
have no views or subscribers what am I
doing wrong you're doing nothing wrong
just keep going alright so how are you
putting it in enough hours really come
on guys seriously if it was that easy
then everybody would do it
you have to be willing to do the things
that other people are not willing to do
alright that's how it all works on the
internet and in any business offline or
online let's get on our next one all
right not taking enough action which
pretty much means the same thing as
number two are you waking up early
enough are you really kind of like
jumping over to the computer pumped up
have you set enough time aside told your
family hey honey I got to do this and
this is how it's going to be for a while
and then nose to the grindstone get on
the computer and start focusing more
eliminating distractions turning off the
phone because all those things they get
in the way and they pervade you and
block you from getting things done and
you can't even take action even if you
wanted to really this is number one
right here you know when you break it
all down good action the right action
the you know to take is is also
important as well okay so make sure you
guys are taking plenty of action I know
you guys have heard this a hundred times
but it's true it works so number four
you don't have a plan alright you don't
have a plan you put tons of hours in
without making any money if you're
looking for ways to make money today
then you're always going to be looking
for ways to make money today okay you
see how that works so stop doing that
stop doing that think long term have a
plan say
down don't even do anything yet get a
whiteboard like this get a piece of
paper start drawing out what you want to
happen in your business how do you want
things to go if this is YouTube start
planning your video say ok we're gonna
have an intro I'm gonna talk about this
and then we're gonna have an outro you
know I'm gonna be doing this I'm going
to be doing some live videos here what
what is it I'm gonna be doing one video
a day two videos a week every Monday
Wednesday Friday I'm gonna do a video
have a schedule have a plan guys
how many when you're gonna do those blog
posts what are you gonna post those
videos on Facebook what is that okay how
much ad spin are you going to put every
day what is the goal what is your budget
I mean you guys you have to do something
where is the vision where are you going
to go who do you want to become what is
that and what do you have to do to get
there okay alright so let's go ahead and
go on to number five because I think I
beat for number four so alright avoiding
failure this is the interesting one
okay so avoiding failure now this is a
really good one I left this one at the
very last because I struggled with this
one too as well alright for most people
they don't want to waste their time
people don't want to waste their time
but you know what all the great things
in the world all the people that have
been so successful that we know out
there wherever it is offline online they
all had to fail miserably have major
setbacks even athletes you know they
would hurt themselves they had to get
back up had injuries people get sick I
you know they they lose money they go
into debt and it's just it's required
and you just have to make friends with
failure you got to make friends with it
because it's inevitable it's going to
happen no matter what you do no matter
what kind of business you go into and
you know so many people are looking for
a shortcut to avoid failure all the time
every day you know they don't they don't
want to do all this stuff
they just want to get straight to the
money right away and it doesn't exist
I'm telling you guys right now it does
not exist this is the only way okay
there is no magic bullet there is no
secret out there it's gonna get you
where you want to go all right

really focus on the vision take action
every single day have a plan put in the
hours because somebody if you're not
somebody else is and they're getting
results okay and if you hate it
and you're making money and you hate it
that's that's not great maybe it's time
to move on maybe it's time but you guys
gotta put in the hours at least put in a
year or two years and really give it
some effort so you know because a lot of
times most you won't even know where to
go until you actually do it you won't
even be able to find yourself you won't
even know what your passion is until you
just start trying things this is what
happened to me I don't know where I
belong to this whole thing so I had to
do all kinds of stuff I made products I
was a graphic designer I I make youtube
videos I tried you know I'm doing like
paid advertising
I'm just trying all this stuff to find
what I like to do and I believe that
passions can be grown you know lots of
people say a lot of things about maybe
you shouldn't follow your passion you
know is it profitable there's a lot of
factors in that you know is it scalable
what you're doing is it truly scalable
have you reached a plateau a ceiling
others are if there's zero threshold is
there a big enough margin in your
brick-and-mortar business you know to
really make any profits and you you know
Tony Robbins said you know if you do the
same thing every day you get the same
result you know you're always going to
get that same result if you just keep
repeating what you're doing over and
over and over again okay guys you know I
kind of screwed up that quote but so
there you go those are my five reasons
