hey miles here miles Becker calm in this
video you're gonna learn the three
funnels that I've used to generate
multiple millions of dollars online I'm
gonna show you how these funnels work
the step by step flow that a user goes
through so you can understand the
funnels that have made the biggest
difference in my business then possibly
more importantly you're gonna see how
these funnels work together how they're
stacked together in a way that maximizes
the lifetime value of each of my
specific traffic sources for each funnel
because they are a little different
Before we jump on the computer and I
show you how this all works I want to
make sure you're clear I don't use any
fancies funnel software I don't think
you need to go by any fancy funnel
software and I'm definitely not going to
be pitching you any funnel software I
have a successful business
I don't need commissions from an
overpriced funnel software what I use is
WordPress with a specific theme that
allows me to build out these types of
pages because all in all a funnel is
just a series of pages in order it's not
anything special so if you're interested

WordPress going in a way that it's built
with a funnel that'll pop up above my

series next but let's jump on the
computer right now and actually get into
the funnel structure themselves so I got
to get my screen drawing tool out here
and let's get to work so the first one
is what I'll call my cold traffic funnel
okay so this is number one and it's my
cold traffic funnel and how it works is
we have all of my different traffic
sources so I've got blog traffic this
goes through a pop-up and a ribbon which
sits on top of the page okay so every
blog entrance from Google or Pinterest
or wherever they come from
then I've got Pinterest traffic then
I've got YouTube traffic then I've got
Instagram stories and then I've got
Facebook organic and Facebook
pay-per-click so this is the traffic
side of things and that's where everyone
starts and then they come in to a
landing page and this is just a simple
opt-in page right so what the often page
does is it offers them something free in
exchange for their email super simple
stuff after they opt-in two things
happen first they get added to my email
list right so they get a follow up
sequence and at the end of the follow
ups equal
they move on to a broadcast list where
we continue to build the relationship
and give them value right now I believe
the follow-up sequence is somewhere
around seven or eight emails then after
the opt-in they see what's called an OTO
page this is our one-time offer and it
shows our first product for sale now
we've tested a lot of price points in
this position everything from seven
dollars all the way up to ninety seven
dollars currently we're running a twenty
seven dollar special for a product that
I believe originally retailed at seventy
seven dollars so it's a very significant
discount after the OTO we do make an
offer for users who check out and that
is our one-click upsell now this needs
to be an actual one-click upsell which
means they don't re-enter their credit
card a second time this product is a $97
product and it's actually retail about a
two hundred ninety seven dollar product
we're giving them an extreme value it's
a certification course that teaches a
specific modality and we're giving them
for our most advanced or kind of most
ambitious users I think is the right
word we're giving them the option to get
one of our best courses at an extreme
discount right it's about 30% which
means it's about 70% off so this funnel
right here is what we run most all of
our cold traffic to and it is
essentially it is creating the budget
that I need to go reinvest back into the
Facebook Ads so the money that comes out
of here right this is my front end value
and this money that actually comes out
this does not go into my pocket I dump
this right back into our marketing
campaigns I dump it in to help from my
SEO team I dump it in to help from my
Pinterest marketing team I dump it in to
help and paid ads from my facebook
advertising as well so that's the whole
goal of this funnel number one is
essentially to be a self liquidating
offer that allows me to generated enough
cash flow from the sales to really go
dump that money right back into ABS
growing my email list right so the
byproduct of this is a big email list
now let's go on to number two so I'm
gonna go ahead and clear this out funnel
number two is what they see after after
they have purchased after they've become
a customer after they've been on our
list for a little bit of time they go
into our membership funnel now
our membership program has two different
entrance points and they're used
differently so the first one is just the
monthly and I've got a couple of
membership programs that vary between
thirty seven dollars a month and ninety
seven dollars a month and then we've got
a dollar trial and this is for seven
days access right after the dollar trial
they go it automatically adds on the
monthly and then both of these have an
annual upsell and what the annual upsell
does is it gives them an opportunity to
save about 50% on paint pre painting for
the full year again this is an actual
one-click upsell which means they don't
enter their credit card a second time so
they might have entered their credit
card for let's say our thirty seven
dollar per month membership program and
on the next page it says hey great but
by the way do you want to save a little
money over the course of the year I'll
give you a special offer one time or
they purchased the dollar trial which
means they're entering their credit card
for a one dollar seven day trial and
right after that happens it says great
by the way would you like to save a
bunch of money if you're willing to
commit to a year so the traffic sources
there's two traffic sources I use for
this funnel and first one is email our
email list is converting the absolute
best and we generally drive our email
list to the monthly offer first we do
occasionally send them over to the $1
trial we also have facebook ads and the
facebook ads run in two specific ways
so the first Facebook ad is just
retargeting people on our list who are
kind of interested and our customers so
we've got our just our standard list
people who have opted in but then we've
also got our customer segment of our
email list both of those see offers
directly to the monthly purchase okay
then what happens when someone sees this
first monthly offer so they go in and
they're checking out the monthly offer
and they actually click to the checkout
page which is right here I'm gonna put a
check over that they click to the
checkout page but they do not purchase
we then put them into a retargeting
audience now this is a Facebook
advertising that comes out and the
Facebook ad begins to display so the way
the kind of automation works if they
make it to the actual welcome page to
the thank you for purchasing page
they're removed from this retargeting
audience so this is
only people who reach the checkout page
but don't purchase these people get a
special advertisement that offers them
the $1 trial the theory here is that
they were interested enough to click all
the way to the checkout page but for
some reason whether the timing wasn't
right for them the kids fell off their
bike and came running in the house you
know bloody elbows and knees and they
had to stop what they were doing
whatever that reason might be or maybe
they just didn't trust it or they didn't
believe it would work for them
whatever that is we then retarget them
with a $1 offer and this $1 offer
essentially allows us to give them a
very very very low risk opportunity to
try out our membership and our average
customer value on the front end is
somewhere around $60 $70 because of the
annual upsells and then the lifetime
value is is hundreds of dollars for
people who take us up on this so
although this is one funnel it works in
a few different ways I'm able to
leverage this funnel in different ways
there was a time that I did actually run
advertisements from Facebook directly to
the dollar trial and I ran this for a
while the conversions really weren't
great with cold traffic I would convert
on the front end but the lifetime value
of those customers weren't as good which
is why I started really focusing in on
people who have taken an action
previously and I found with these
membership funnels that having people
who have taken some sort of a specific
action previously whether it's
subscribing to the list or becoming a
customer they have a higher likelihood
of sticking around for years not just a
couple of months to check things out
because that's ultimately what I'm after
so that was funnel number two and then
funnel number three this is absolutely
the simplest funnel that we run and it's
it's worthy of noting so funnel number
three is literally you ready for it
it is a offer and that's it
just a sales page so we've probably made
more money with standard basic simple
sales pages that sell one thing there's
no one-click upsell could i potentially
improve on this maybe could i tweak this
and test other things for sure is that
on the roadmap maybe but this works so
beautifully well and the reason I wanted
to include this here as number three is
really to make sure you realize how
simple it can
there's people going out making it seem
like you have to do all this fancy nests
and for the first four years of our
business we really did pretty much
nothing
other than sending our email traffic to
an offer and sending Facebook ads to the
offer now the Facebook ads are generally
retargeting audiences or look-alike
audiences right so those are the two
structures that I'm using most in this
scenario but I'm usually just
retargeting people who have already been
on our email list or people who have
purchased as a retargeting audience back
to our offers we make lots and lots and
lots of offers we have created and
offered hundreds of products literally
over 200 products this has given us so
much time to practice copywriting so
many opportunities to try different
products to see what works with our
audience what does not work with our
audience and is really through that kind
of iteration through trial and error of
testing hundreds upon hundreds of
products over the course of nine plus
years that we've learned so much about
our audience we now know the specific
things that we run we ran like this for
about three years I would say and then
we finally kind of stacked on the the
one-click upsell on that one and I
started doing the opt-in page first
which was the first funnel that you saw
but for about three years and we still
generate the lion's share of our income
from this right here nothing fancy
nothing amazing we build relationships
with people on our email list we then
help them solve their problems achieve
their goals right we help them with the
things they want help with in their life
through our product offers through
simple sales pages that are delivered
instantly digitally and this is where
most of the income comes from within our
business and that's it those are the
three funnels that are doing the heavy
lifting within our business I believe
there's a whole culture of people who
are making the whole world of funnels
way too complex and they're putting way
too much emphasis on the funnels the one
big reason why our funnels work why our
business works is because we've taken
the time to publish thousands of great
pieces of content that truly help people
solve their problems answer their
questions and get on the path
to solving their achieving their goals
then we get people on our email list we
brought in hundreds of on hundreds of
thousands of subscribers to our email
list and my wife and I both email our
lists extremely frequently with the
focus on giving more value to help these
individuals get results in advance we're
always focused on helping them get
answers and get solutions before we
start to really hit them and bombard
them with with offers because the big
problem most people have and people who
aren't making any money is they're going
straight to the offer they're just offer
after offer after offer and they're not
giving value they're not building trust
they're not becoming believable that
they are the ones that can help their
audience solve their problems because
they haven't taken the time to build
that relationship everything for us
hinges on that relationship which is why
my biggest funnel is the goal of that
big funnel is to the number one funnel
is to simply grow the email list that's
really the entire goal I'm 100%
comfortable bringing in ten thousand
dollars a month from that funnel and
then go putting all ten thousand dollars
each month back into Facebook Ads
because the result is a very large list
of prospects and customers then our best
prospects like to jump onto our
membership that was funnel number two
and then for all the people who want
something one-off time and time again
throughout the course of the year as we
launched our individual products which
we're launching on average one small
product or more per month then we just
send it out to the list and surprise
surprise hundreds if not thousands of
people purchase when you get scale
behind you you can sell products for
seven dollars eleven dollars and
seventeen dollars etc and you sell a few
hundred of them in a couple of days and
it surprisingly makes a noteworthy
amount of revenue come in quickly I hope
