different ways how you can contact your
email subscribers your email list hi

want to cover three types of messages of
emails of autoresponders that you can
use to contacts your email lists your
email subscribers these three ways have
different purposes even though you can
contact your email list with three of
them
I will show you in a second how you can
do that and what's the difference but
each one of them you should be using in
so without taking much of your time
let's jump jump right to it and I will
show you right away what these three
types of email messages that I'm talking
about so this is the email autoresponder
that I personally use is called get
response I reviewed in one of the
previous videos I will drop the link
below this video in the description
anyway getting back to email
autoresponders and three types of
messages that you can use to contact
your subscribers email subscribers so
after you arrive this is the dashboard
this is my dashboard you can rearrange
dashboard up to your needs after you
arrive to dashboard after logging in to
your account you can see right here on
top of the the panel with different
types of kind of functions of your or
get response of email autoresponder if
you are using different autoresponder it
doesn't matter because the majority of
email autoresponders have very similar
functionality and is going to call
really really in a similar way I
recommend you if you're a beginner and
never used email autoresponder before or
you're just starting out I recommend you
to use one of the first two because this
first two that I will show you in a
second they are beginner friendly and
they are kind of basic ones and they
like any any word responder will have
them
and it's really easy to use them and you
know no-brainer and the third one is
gonna be a little bit more complicated
it will need some kind of like
experience and understanding what you're
doing otherwise you can get all that
messy and it's not gonna work as smooth
and easy as the first two so when you're
around to the dashboard from the top
panel you are going to email marketing
just click there and after you clicked
on email marketing you will see another
panel on top with a submenu with
additional options within that panel of
email marketing basically right here you
will see all the options that are
related to email marketing and these two
the first two types of messages that you
can use to contact your email
subscribers are called in get response
newsletters and those responders in
other autoresponders these can be called
for example not a newsletter but
broadcast and ultra-strong well
autoresponder usually they are called
autoresponders so what's the difference
the first is newsletters as you can see
right here on top of the screen
newsletters each and let's say one time
message you can actually schedule and
use that you can write like prepare in
advance but it's a one time message you
can send right away a newsletter for
example as you can see right here
I sent like as soon as I uploaded a
video or maybe like the next day I sent
a newsletter to my email subscribers
letting them know that I uploaded new
video to my youtube channel because
youtube doesn't you know not a lot of
people have Bell button on and they
don't get notifications or even though I
have like more than like six thousand
five hundred subscribers right at this
moment only a fraction of them why I
don't know how many like five percent
are getting notification
and I'm just letting people know that
I've uploaded new videos and if the
fancy they can just click the link and
go watch the video this email for
example I sent out literally three hours
ago
because right now I'm shooting this
video on the 3rd of December and I have
746 p.m. so 3 hours ago I sent out this
email in this email I sent out for
example special private invitation to a
free pay-per-view course like let's say
video training it was a free video
training and it was free only for the
next 3 days and I found out about this
it was not planned and I found out about
these these free training - the morning
and as as soon as I got home I wrote
this email and sent out to my email
subscribers
I'm just letting know what kind of
content you can use to send with
newsletters it's something that I have
not learned or planned if you can
prepare an email for example I plan to
send out tomorrow another email and most
likely I'm gonna write another
newsletter tonight before going to Tibet
like later after shooting these videos
and I was scheduled full for tomorrow
because tomorrow I will not be at home
at the time when I want to send out
these newsletters but the idea is is a
one-time email is a one-time
communication it can be called a
newsletter or a broadcast is basically
something that you want to deliver some
kind of message or some kind of like
information to your subscribers on the
other hand oat responders is the second
type that you should know how to use oat
responders are messages that you can set
up into a sequence so that every single
subscribers will be getting them for
example I used to use autoresponders to
deliver automatically to all my
subscribers who were subscribing to my
email list to get F

first lesson right away but the next day
you would receive the second lesson on
the third day you would receive the
third lesson is also called after 9 days
of training after you received nine days
of training you would receive some
additional information and on the 19th
day I would send you this email you
would receive this exact email with this
information and let's go to the third
type of email messages that you can use
using autoresponder software
it's called automation so after like
from the dashboard you can go to
automation and you will arrive right
here you can call it like email
automation or workflows like is called
in get response this function email
automation also have the majority of
let's say the biggest players in the
market of email autoresponders so if you
don't use get response and use any other
get like autoresponder you should have
something like this I'm not sure if all
of them have it these days but the
majority of them they do have indeed
this is something let's say advanced and
you can eventually all try it out like
play around and see yourself how it
works and see if it fits you if it's
comfortable for you to use and if you
can Inc like and if you find it actually
applicable for your business models for
your current state of your kind of
online business so let me show you one
of the workflows that I have created for
my money is awesome
project it's actually the only project
that I use this email automation for for
the rest of them I always was using
autoresponders and for money is awesome
I was using alt responders as well at
the beginning but these days I'm using
automation and here how it looks the
automation for my nine day free

sending out these days so this is just
one automation this is just to send out
ten messages nine messages nine lessons
of my free affiliate marketing course
and a couple more messages at the very
end so this is how it looks
so what workflow or email automation is
is basically a condition based whose
responders so the email autoresponders
that I showed you in the previous tab
they are basically straightforward you
create a sequence and they get sent out
one time but you know I programmed in a
certain sequence and in workflow you can
create a condition based code responders
let me give you an example for example
when somebody is subscribing to my free
affiliate marketing course I sent the
first lesson right away the first email
then I put the condition if they opened
that first email if they did open that
first email
then they go this path they wait for one
day after they opened the email and they
received the second email and this goes
on if they open the second email then
they wait for one day and receive the
second email but what happens if they
found out in the email because you know
a lot of people don't open emails they
miss image some emails can get into spam
or I know they didn't have enough time
they just didn't pay attention that they
received email from like for this free
affiliate marketing course that they
subscribe to and if they haven't opened
that email in the first one they're
going this path so this condition is
basically if they haven't opened the
email they are receiving exactly the
same email the second time if they
haven't opened this email for the second
time after 24 hours then they are going
to another kind of sequence the shorter
way and right here on the right you can
see the conditions you can see if they
click the link for example if you sent
out the the email with the link and you
can put the condition in to click the
link if they haven't click the link you
can send another message or if they
click the link you can send another like
a different message or send them to
another sequence and so on so forth and
then these are the actions so for
example if the message is opened you can
send another message or copy to the list
or copy to another workflow or weight or
tag so workflow or email automation you
can also use to contact your email
subscribers well guys these were three
types of email autoresponders that you
can use in order to contact to
communicate with your email list you
email subscribers one thing I have to
say in conclusion that well there are
actually two things that I want to say
in conclusion the first one is that if
you are just a big
if you're just starting out and you're a
beginner I recommend you to start with
email autoresponders only well email
autoresponders and newsletters and don't
pass workflow because it's you know it
will distract you from the main thing
from the contacting your email list and
autoresponders work great and they have
great and deliverability and like
functions and it's really easy to
understand and for you as a beginner
it's will be more important to
understand the whole concept and the
second thing the most important out of
all this video out of all this
information that I covered in this video
that it doesn't matter which way you're
contacting your email subscribers you
can use only newsletters and you can
write every single day and you letter to
your subscribers what is more important
what is the most important in in email
marketing is copies is email copies
emails the letters the information that
you're sending out the information the
weight how you're communicating and the
value that you are sharing that you are
delivering to your email subscribers so
if your autoresponder will take too much
time for you to set everything up maybe
you should go with the easiest way but
what you have to focus on you have to
focus on email copies make sure that
they are all great called quality of
great value and that you're doing your
best to deliver the best possible value
