daily habits that I formed over the last
couple years that has helped me create a
lifestyle that you know that has really
given me the freedoms to do what I want
in life all right so it's important that

like 6 habits and and you know mindset
and mental stuff like that not a lot of
people watch them it's because everybody
wants the the strategies and the tactics
and all of those are good and the skills
but this video right here is the most
important thing for you this is what's
gonna set you apart a couple years ago
for me I was in a position where I was
really frustrated with what was going on
I wasn't really you know things weren't
working for me I was doing a lot of
product launches and I got to the point
where I was relying on JV partners too
much and when JV partners aren't
promoting your products anymore
then you have no traffic and you have
nothing really coming in and so I needed
to really change up my entire lifestyle
I needed to change up everything that I
was doing that bet that includes stuff
that I was doing um daily on a
consistent basis that was stuff that was
doing online
I needed to revamp everything and the
blueprint that I'm gonna show you right
here is going to help you kind of change
everything that you're doing right now
ok I know you want the skills and the
strata
you know all that good stuff and you can
totally go through the videos and get
all that stuff but this is going to be
the most important thing for you so
hopefully you'll watch till the end and
that way you get all the good
information
so let me this is gonna be my sixth
daily habits for a six-figure lifestyle
so a six-figure lifestyle what is that
gonna do for you what is what will that
you know how will that help you out in
your in your lifestyle me six figures
lifestyle is something that and if you
do it from home and give you the freedom
to do what you want so let's start off
with the first one first one is gonna be
rise early now be a couple years ago I
would you know sleep in till nine ten
whatever I was up all night trying to
trying to you know do internet stuff and
then I was sleeping in and I decided you
know what I got to change up my entire
lifestyle and so what I do now is I get
up super early about five o'clock and I
just get things rolling now the reason I
do that and I I mean even to this day I
don't like doing I'd love to sleep in
till till 9:00 or 10:00 but what it does
is it sets up the day for me okay
because when you're creating a lifestyle
for yourself you got to treat this like
a business you got to treat this
differently than just some hobby or just
some job then you go to and you clock in
and out and and you know you just treat
it like that you really have to set
yourself up for success with your online
business if you treat it like a hobby
you're just gonna get hobby money and
hobbyists don't make any money it's the
professionals it's the people that learn
these skills so rise in early you know
if your and I know if you're getting up
at 9 whatever just set it back in a half
hour in half hour but you definitely
want to get up super early and get going
so number two is gonna be create a
morning ritual for me a morning ritual
is getting up super early right I get up
early and then I hit I have a spin bike
so I ride the spin bike and I ride the
spin bike for about 45 minutes and then
from there then I'll start you know to
get ready for the day
now before I had my spin bike you know
when I couldn't afford spin bike I would
get up early and I would just walk my
neighborhood super early I would
actually take my headphones and I would
listen to like motivational videos I'm
you know on YouTube right there's a lot
of motivational videos like Tony Robbins
and a lot of good stuff on there that
you can listen to so I would walk her my
round my neighborhood for like an hour
and just listen to that stuff okay and
this was a routine that I started for
myself and it's I still do it to this
day but I've created this this ritual
because now it sets me up for the entire
day it sets me up to be creative because
a lot of the stuff that you do online
you know I'm gonna show you strategies
and tactics and all that good stuff but
not everything is gonna work for you and
not everything is gonna be you're not
gonna have the skills in certain areas
now you might have skills in one area
and not the other but you the routine
that you set for yourself is gonna help
you obtain those skills okay because
you're gonna have to learn some stuff
you have to learn new stuff learn new
new strategies and all that good stuff
so creating a morning ritual for
yourself is super important so I
recommend in the morning that there's
two things that you want to definitely
want to do you want to get up and
exercise yourself in the morning whether
you walk around the neighborhood where
do you go to the gym or whether you go
get on something okay I believe that and
for me the first two two hours of my
morning is I don't go to Facebook I'd
never go to Facebook I never go to my
email I never go to any social media I
just completely don't go to it like I
know people that jump up in the morning
the first thing they do is check your
phone and I think that mentally it's not
a good thing for you and so if you get
up and you start listening to
motivational tapes or if you just get up
and and just be with yourself working
out it's going to help you throughout
the day okay because there's gonna be a
lot of stuff that you're gonna have to
go
through when you're learning these
skills and strategies and getting
yourself out there you can have to deal
with a lot of stuff so you need to have
the right front the framework to be able
to move yourself forward so create a
morning ritual for yourself that you
know like I said in the morning just
working out set up you know I would
believe I feel like you should not go to
social media or email any of that stuff
until you've done these things for
yourself number three is gonna be
establish a goal or routine so you want
to keep a schedule okay so this is
really really important for me it's it's
you know I work out of the morning I get
myself get myself right and then when I
get to the computer it's okay so I got
to make sure I get my email out to
people I got to figure out what I'm
gonna promote I got to figure out a new
maybe a new affiliate offer that I'm
gonna promote whether it be a new
product I'm going to create the routine
that I have set up in the morning is
this is I give my emails out and then I
started working on my daily YouTube
videos right so I work on my daily
YouTube videos those are two things that
I have and those that those are the
things that I work on in the morning for
my schedule okay so you're you want to
have a goal set up for yourself so you
have a couple of things that you do now
when you're going through and I teach
you a lot of these strategies I
recommend that you pick one thing that
you do almost every day that you just
can you can test consistently do on a
consistent basis whether it be if you're
going to Instagram if you want to build
up an Instagram account you work on
Instagram daily okay you don't go to
Facebook or YouTube if you want to do
YouTube you stick to YouTube daily
everyday if you want to do Facebook if
you want to just work on Facebook then
you do this every single day until you
master it because everything that you do
online there's gonna be little details
and little things that you have to kind
of master and understand like with
YouTube you got to learn keywords you
got to learn good thumbnails you got to
learn you know how to attract Google and
SEO and all that good stuff into your
videos so just create a couple videos
it's not going to help you you got to be
a you got to have a goal and a and a
schedule of things that you're going to
be doing so keep a schedule just get
like Google Google Calendar and every
day you you set up okay add like eight
my emails go out at 10:10 a.m.
I create my youtube video or you know at
8 a.m. I work on a new blog post that
I'm gonna be creating ok and then my 10
o'clock you're going to post at that
blog post you know like if you're
creating a blog every day it's got to be
a schedule it's got to be okay so at 9
o'clock I'm starting to write my blog
post and then by 10:00 I'm good I can
post it and it's up everyday you'd get
up ok 9 o'clock I gotta write my blog
post and post it 9 o'clock I got to
write my blog post and post it and 9
o'clock I gotta write my blog posting
post it it get it gets repetitive but
over time all this content all this good
stuff that you create starts to add up
and it starts to multiply
number four is minimize all distractions
if you're hanging on Facebook all day
long and you just kind of reacts into
people that's a strap distraction okay
what I recommend is if that's a problem
for you get rid of Facebook just don't
log into anymore Facebook is one thing
I'm never on so people are always trying
to to reach out to me on Facebook
I'm just rarely on there just because
it's a huge distraction my feet is
filled with just stuff that I have no uh
you know interest in because it's
usually people's whatever and I just I'm
not interested in it and it's it's a
huge distraction for me I mean it might
not be a distraction for you but it is
for me so figure out what are the
distractions I mean if it's going to
YouTube it's watching YouTube videos all
day long but you're not actually
creating anything and actually doing
anything well then maybe you to zap a
distraction for you and you got a you
know eliminate that if you have you know
it's you know if you're at home and you
have kids that that are are coming up to
you I'm not saying the kids are
distraction but if you have a time
schedule where it's let's say you work
all day and you come home and your
schedule is at 6 o'clock to 7 or 8
o'clock I got to create my videos I got
to create my blog post
well then during that block of time you
got to tell your family your kids your
dog that hey don't disturb you know just
leave me alone lock the door and then do
your things okay do your thing that you
have to do and then get it out there and
then you're good so eliminate the
distractions during your schedule if
it's you know if you have your phone
sitting next to you and it's buzzin with
all people that are hitting you on
Twitter you got to get rid of that
eliminate all that okay you you've got
to focus on the things that you got to
do for the day you got to focus on what
it is that you're going to create that
day get it done
limited distractions and then you can go
about and do what you want okay so it's
small daily goals this is super
important you got to have some wins you
got to have some wins during the day so
set you know daily goals set maybe a
goal that that you want to reach a
certain point in your YouTube channel or
you want to get to a point in your blog
post or your the traffic in your blog
you want to reach a certain point you
know or just any type of small
it's gonna help you work towards those
goals you know maybe you're gonna
promote a product and you're gonna get
four or five sales you can say okay
today I'm getting five sales so that's
gonna be a small goal that you're gonna
you know create results you gotta figure
out okay how am I gonna do that I'm
gonna send out mails I'm gonna go post
somewhere and Facebook groups or I'm
gonna go go post my link somewhere set
small daily goals for yourself so you
can work towards those all the things
that I try to teach you guys online with
my youtube channel is to get a small
wind whether you know if you've come
online and you're working from home and
you promote a product and you make $7
it's not a lot of money but it's a it's
a win it's it's it's a small win and you
should you should celebrate it you
should definitely get excited about it
celebrate it and then you know that's
gonna be your daily goal and the next
day you set small daily goals don't set
big giant goals don't say oh I want a
new car today
right just small daily goals that you
can achieve and that once you start
multiplying these little daily goals
they start to accumulate and then maybe
your goals can get bigger and then you
can get you know giant goals but just
small daily goals that's it no nothing
big just figure out what it is it's
going to help you work towards that goal
okay and the last one's gonna be
journaling and just keep track of your
progress now I'm not talking about
journaling just you know like what you
did in the day I'm not saying well I
went to the to the you know the post
office and I posted mails and I went to
the grocery store and I got some some
food I'm talking about journaling what
did you do say okay okay you know what
eight o'clock
I wrote my blog post at nine o'clock I
created my youtube video this is what I
did my youtube video or my blog post is
what I wrote in that blog post you know
or my Instagram account this these are
the videos are these are the the images
that I posted on my my Instagram account
and just keep track of your progress how
many sales you make today how many you
know how many how many trap how much
traffic did you get today and then you
can go back and you can start to see
patterns to start to form for yourself
when you create this progress now you
know journaling I just use a program
called Evernote right it says it's a
free program that you can get online you
can use you know Google Docs you can use
for from Google and you know Google Docs
have the G suite you can use it for that
you know I just I like use Evernote
because I'll just type in my daily goals
and I just have a journal like a
notebook and it's just like daily so I
just put the date and then I just type
in a few things doesn't be long and does
it have to be and nobody needs to see it
like it's just just you it's just you
and your journal that you talk about but
just talk about what you did during the
day because it'll start to show that if
you're journaling and you're not doing
anything if you're just saying well I
hung out on Facebook all day long I
didn't actually do anything I didn't
create any content I didn't actually
move my business forward you'll start to
see okay maybe I need to change things
up a little bit
so that's all you that's the six habits
that you have to definitely get started
with if you can formulate these into
your lifestyle I think it's really gonna
help out your business I think it's
gonna help out your affiliate marketing
I think it's gonna help out your content
creation and it's totally gonna help out
your lifestyle as far as getting income
coming in to yourself so there you go
start to go out there and apply these
