first one okay so day trading day
trading is going to be where you're
going to be day trading stocks options
forex you can do cryptocurrency if you
want it to run but I'm going to show you
a couple websites that that I've used
for a long time for trading stocks and
options and I think that if you you know
get on these and learn these you could
be good
now here's what I recommend is is
there's gonna be a lot of people out
there that are gonna be showing you how
to make you know fifty thousand dollars
a day and day trading there were they're
not making money with day trading
they're making money selling you their
course on
day trading okay so what what you want
to do is just go to youtube if you want
to learn a day trade and just go to
youtube and you start following somebody
that does day trading you know and shows
shows you there day trading like you
know strategies and tactics and all that
it just learn from YouTube a little bit
and then go try it yourself just kind of
because what you want to do is kind of
formulate your own little type of skills
with day trading just don't spend a ton
of money on day trading courses you
don't need him everything you can with
you can find is gonna be right on on
YouTube so the first one is going to be
if you go to Ali comm it's gonna be a
great place to invest in options okay so
options are going to be where you can
trade options you can make you can do it
from your you know your phone you're
gonna need to put some money into this
you know as an up front you know payment
as far as getting your trading account
going options can be very lucrative but
they can be very quick to drain your
accounts alright so you got to be
careful with that you definitely want to
learn some you know some strategies on
how to do this look at other people on
YouTube who are actually trading options
okay don't
if somebody's trading cryptocurrency one
day and then trading stocks the next day
and then trading options the next day
stay away from them they're not doing
trick day trading but if you find
somebody that says that is only trading
options and that's all they're doing
then then go with that and then you know
jump on alikom for that same thing with
forex if you go to youtube you can find
a lot of different ways to forex forex
trading is something that i've done for
a long time i've always used this
website right here oh and uh it's a
great website where you can trade Forex
you can also do a free demo account with
them so you can trade the real forex
market with forex is just a currency
market it's just the exchange between
the two different markets between US and
euro the the exchange between that you
know if you get on the right side of the
forex market you can really be is it can
be very lucrative now I recommend Oh
Anna because you can try out a demo
account they'll actually give you kind
of a fake money account but you actually
can trade on the real market
so it gets your feet wet you can kind of
you know take risks without actually
risking your money and then when you're
ready to it you can open up an account
okay so this is something you would do
through this website right here now
again I recommend you just go into
YouTube finding some people that are
doing forex only if you see people that
are doing cryptocurrency one day then
Forex the next day then options next day
stay away from them they're not doing
day trading to find somebody who's
actually inside doing day trading and
also find somebody who who's using a
real account okay there's a lot of fake
people out there that take their free
demo account go trade on the Forex and
then now they're Forex experts find
people that have real Forex accounts and
then you follow them before you open up
account alright so the next one's gonna
be tutoring on Chegg okay so this is a
great website where you can tutor people
from all over the world so you just got
to go to chang calm and you become a
tutor so if you you know if you like to
teach other people on different skills
then and you have maybe you know a
college degree or if you have some high
school degree or if you just have some
knowledge that you can pass on to people
you can become a tutor there's a huge
demand for you know kids and and high
school kids and college kids that are
looking for help - you know what check
check is gonna be a great place for you
to earn extra money everything is done
through the internet you don't have to
physically go anywhere you do it
everything through your computer so the
next one's gonna be Kart pool so this is
the holidays going on it now we just had
Thanksgiving christmas is coming up
you're gonna get a lot of gift cards and
there's gonna be lot of gift cards that
maybe you don't want to get right maybe
you just get some random gift cards like
you know from your aunt and betty
whatever and she gives you this crazy
gift card you're like thanks but you're
never going to use it so what do you do
with it will you head over to a website
called card pool comm here you can take
the the value of your card and they'll
give you about 80% of the value so let's
say you know you have a hundred dollar
gift card
they'll probably give you about eighty
five eighty eighty dollars for that gift
card but if you're never going to use it
you can turn
to cash and you know you can totally you
know do it they'll take the card and
they'll use it somehow but they'll give
it they'll give you the cash value you
know some cash value of that card so
definitely if you get some card just
holiday season and they weren't really
too exciting you know you didn't get the
good ones like you wanted like if you're
gonna send me a gift card send me like
you know Best Buy gift cards Target Gift
Cards don't send me any any department
store gift cards I don't need any I
don't need any of those I need the
technology gift cards but so if you get
gift cards and you just don't like them
then go over the card pool and you can
make some money with them
alright philia marketing I love
affiliate marketing it's been around for
a long time it's one thing that I
started with way back when when I got on
the internet affiliate marketing have
always done just because it's it's super
easy to get started affiliate marketing
you don't have to have any products you
don't have to have any services you can
just promote somebody else's Park or
service great websites are going to be
Commission Junction
CJ comm here you can grab some you know
some product right here and they'll pay
you out for promoting their offers
Clickbank is another great one if you
can't find anything on that go to offer
vault comm you can find a good product
over there another great network is
gonna be max bounty the emitter been
around for a long time they have some
great offers that you can promote and
you can promote any of these offers so a
lot of times you know you can get big
offers that that pay out a lot I mean
like some of them a Clickbank offers
they could be like a thousand dollars
for the product and then you can make
75% of that so you're making like $750
for a thousand dollar product like on on
Clickbank some of these CJ is gonna have
some really big offers Mac's bounty have
some big offers but there's going to be
a you know huge you know area that you
could figure out what's going to work
for you and you can go out there and
promote them
so next let me start a podcast so
starting a podcast is really easy
I believe it you know podcasting right
now is something that really hasn't
taken off yet just because it's so new
and people don't understand it they
don't know how to get started with it
and it's becoming easier and easier and
easier to get started with a podcast if
you're gonna learn podcast you got to go
to Pat Flynn smart passive income he'll

in fact here in 2018 it's a complete
step-by-step guide to it that's when I
learned podcasting he's the guy I went
to to learn how to do it so you

a website called Lipson this is where
you know in a nutshell if you're gonna
do a podcast all you're going to be
doing is just talking into your computer
you can use GarageBand to create the
podcast on your Mac if you use Windows

like oh I think audacity audacity is
gonna be a great free program you could
speak right into audacity it'll output a
mp3 file which is just gonna be an audio
file you would take that file and you
would upload it to Lipson okay so the
Lipson right here is going to be the
platform that would host your podcast
then Lipson would would send the data to
itunes and all the other podcast
platforms like Spotify and and all these
have the good stuff when somebody wants
to listen to a podcast the first place
they're probably going to go to is
iTunes okay iTunes gonna be the biggest
so Lipson will send your podcast to
iTunes so if anybody's looking for your
podcast we'll go right to iTunes and
find it usually Spotify and the other
podcast platforms will grab the content
from iTunes to create their own podcasts
okay so it's real simple but if you
really want to jump into it learn how to

to get start with a podcast totally you
know this is totally the place to be and
then the last one is going to be an
influencer now the influencer you see
like you hear a lot of people talking
about influence or marketing and all
this where
you you become you get a big YouTube
channel you get a big Instagram channel
and then what you do is you can you know
you can I guess suggest products okay
the Kardashian girls they're huge
influencers right now I mean you can
argue about what how they influenced but
they have like you know combined all of
the girls probably a billion people as
their followers so they have a huge
number of people that they're
influencing they could promote I mean
they could they could recommend a
product and that product and owner would
get huge amounts of sales but they
charge a lot for that so you know I've
heard that that one of the Kardashian's
girls you have to pay her three hundred
thousand dollars to for one post one
post on their Instagram account three
hundred thousand dollars I mean that's
huge now you can become an influencer
the way you become an influencer is just
going out there and creating value is
just creating content creating value
that's gonna help other people so if you
know something if you know a skill
create a video around it create a
podcast around it create a Instagram
account around it create a Twitter
account around it and every day you just
create new value you create something
that's going to help somebody have
success okay so every day become an
influencer all you're gonna be doing is
just helping other people have success
you can create a YouTube channel become
an influencer through their once you
become you know as your status as an
influencer grows then you can start
charging people to post on products on
your your feed you can promote other
products on your feet you have a lot of
options when you become an influencer
now it's important you understand an
influencer is not going out there and
buying a Lamborghini or a Ferrari and
sitting around taking photos of it with
your Ferrari because number one you
probably couldn't afford it okay number
two you that's not that's not how you
influence people okay
people are not influenced by that people
are influenced by you lifting them up
with you know with your value that you
bring to them okay so just understand
don't go out there and try to buy your
your Lamborghini in now you're all of a
sudden you're an influencer that's not
how you become an influencer create
value for the people
help people have success and you will
become a big influencer by doing that
