on the side you don't have to give up

your you know full-time job or whatever

you want to do but just make some extra

income on the side and what I'm gonna do

is I'm gonna go over to my computer and

we're going to go through each and every

one of these and just help you do that

so you may want to take have a pen of

paper out because I'm gonna give you the

websites address so you're gonna have to

go in and write those down so you'll be

able to go to the go to these websites

and then get started with the with the

jobs right there online all right so

let's jump right in here so this is

going to be seven income jobs to earn

money here this year so let's start off

with number seven and then I'll work my

way down to a number one so the first

one is gonna be personal shopping and

you can work you can earn anywhere from

twenty-five to fifty six dollars per

hour so the first one is gonna be

overeats

so you're familiar with maybe over the

driving the taxi service uber eats is

where you're you're able to earn on your

own schedule you can make your own

schedule and you can deliver food to

people that order it it's all done

through the app you don't have to worry

about you pick up the food

deliver it you get paid for it the next

one is gonna be caviar you get paid

instantly for each delivery which is

really good

boom right away you get paid as soon as

you deliver it so you just got to go to

that website right there

and you just apply and you can sign up

in your area so the next one's gonna be

instacart you get paid to shop so you're

going to go to stores you're going to

shop at stores and then you're going to

be able to you know deliver the food and

then you get paid for that okay

you also get tips on that so this is a

really good service so shoppers you just

got it instacart calm at that website

right there to sign up so the next one's

going to be grub hub it's very

competitive you get to keep 100% of your

tips so anybody tips you on top of what

you did as far as delivering it you get

100% of that which is really good and

all of these are done through the app so

you don't have to you don't collect any

money or anything like that you just

deliver it and you can make you know the

money doing that door - give me the next

one you can use your your bike you can

use scooters you can use your car you

can walk whatever you want to do they

talk about exercising and helping out

the world with door - so just go to door

- and you can sign up for that service

and the last one's gonna be post mates

okay you take 100% of what you earn so

anytime you earn an income and you take

1% for that so the app is all done

in-house and everything is done through

the app so somebody goes to the app on

their phone they order something you go

pick it up you deliver it and then you

of building up you know they're their

marketplace and so

kind of taking off right now so you can

be your own boss with this you can set

your own schedule and then you can drive

people around I've taken lyft I've taken

over and all those other ones and I've

heard stories of people that you know

like on a on a busy weekend making eight

hundred almost a thousand dollars just

for driving people around so this is

something you can really do and it's

really good because it's all done

through the app you don't have to you

don't collect the money you don't any of

that just people get in you take them

they get out and you get paid for it

so the next one's gonna be goober it's

pretty much the largest network right

now what I suggest if you're gonna do it

do both with lyft you get paid a little

bit more with lyft but with uber that's

like where they're the first the market

so they have most of the you know

everybody's used in uber right now okay

lift is kind of like the second tier to

Ober

but they still both work they both they

both work great and another one that's

kind of coming up is wings so you got to

go to this website here wings that Emmy

it's a peer-to-peer network that

connects passengers and drivers I really

like what they're doing here this is a

more you know it's kind of a more direct

to consumers and drivers so try those

out okay so ride Sharon is a very good

way to get some extra income coming in

it's a great side income so you can do

this on the weekends you can do it on

your days off and you can make some

great extra money doing that okay so the

next one is gonna be renting your stuff

out you can make anywhere from 50 to

$200 a day doing this so let me show you

some website so you can do this at so

and here's a couple different things you

can do so spot okay this is going to be

renting out a desirable parking spot so

if you're in an area and you have a

parking spot this could be a at like in

New York City if you own a parking spot

you can rent out that parking spot it's

super easy and it's very in demand right

now if you have a apartment complex that

has a parking spot you can rent it out

so any spot that you have that's in a

busy place you can rent it out the next

one's gonna be place where you can rent

your space for events so if you have a

big room you can rent that space out for

maybe a conference or a

or something like that you can rent that

out if you have a big yard that's next

to a big stadium you can rent out that

space for event or you can rent out your

backyard for a wedding or something like

that so this is a really good way for

you to earn some extra income and not

really do a whole lot to do it

RV share so if you have an RV and it's

just sitting there in the storage or

sitting in your garage sitting in your

backyard

get it up on rub on RV share and then

you can rent it out to people and let

them drive it while it's sitting there

then the next one's going to be zai

Locke so you can rent out stuff that you

have like power tools you can rent out

venues so this is something that if you

have a power tool there are things

laying around your house that you can

rent out maybe you have an old TV that's

are not old but maybe a Bettina is not

working I mean maybe you have a TV

that's that you're not using that you

want to rent out to people you could do

that and then store at my house this is

where you can list your storage space so

people could come and if you have a

storage space or a garage space people

could come actually store things into

into your garage or into your storage

space and you can rent that space out to

people I mean it's it's a very good very

good system people will just come in

store it you get paid everything is done

all through apps okay this is not

something that people are interacting

with money it's all done through the

apps people put credit cards in there

and then it's all done through the app

on mobile mobile device and then you

have boat setter so here in Florida

people have tons and tons of boats

they're all sitting in the docks

nobody's nobody's using them and

nobody's you know driving them so what

you can do is you can rent out your boat

so if you're in an area that that you

have lakes or rivers or oceans you can

rent you can take your boat and you can

rent it out so you can just go to this

light and rent it out and you know might

as well if it's sitting in the dock rent

that thing out and get some get paid for

it the last one's gonna be style in you

could wrap your clothes this is really

good for people that have a ton of

clothes in a closet and they want to

rent it out I mean maybe you have some

dresses that you could rent out to two

other women or men you have shoes you

want to rent out you'd be surprised I

mean

people just need a quick outfit maybe

they just need a quick suit or a quick

pair of shoes real quick belt that they

just need for one time they don't want

to go spend a ton of money on maybe a

new pair of shoes they just want to rent

an out one time use it and then bring it

back so you can rent out your clothes

earn anywhere from 25 to 50 dollars per

hour Pet Sitting so if you love animals

then this is definitely going to be for

you so the here's a couple of great

places to go so you can go to Rover so

you get you get if you go to go to Rover

comm you're gonna get paid to play with

dogs so you can hang out the dogs and if

if you know people bring their dogs over

and you get to play with them so this is

a great website for you to hang out play

with dogs and just if people just don't

have time to hang out their dogs during

the day this would be a really good

service fetch pet care ok it's a dog

walking and pet sitting job so this one

would be people would bring the dogs

over to your house or you would actually

go to their house and you would feed

them or walk them and all that it's all

done through the app right there at

fetch pet care the next one's gonna be

holla dog so you just got to go to this

website right here this is dog sitters

it's a nanny Service daycare and it's a

walking service just similar to fete

fetch pet care holla dog is going to be

a service where you're going to be able

to take care of the dogs this is a

really good service because a lot of

people don't want to put their dogs into

kennels they don't want to put their

dogs into places where their dog is

going to be crated up the whole time

this is going to allow people to let

people come over and play with their

dogs they'll feel safe about it they'll

feel good about that knowing their dog

is with somebody that cares you can go

to CARICOM this is a directory of jobs

that people pose so if people have

things they need done that they're going

away for the weekend they need to they

need some sitters to come over and feed

their dogs or walk their dogs this would

be a great director to go to and you can

pick up jobs that people are posting so

it'd be good just go there and say hey

there's somebody's in your area

they're looking for a dog-sitter go

there and pick up that job there pet

sitter calm this is going to be where

you find Pet Sitting jobs near me so

this is going to be similar to care this

is where people list the jobs of they

need they need a Pet Sitting done over

the holidays or need need Pet City and

done you know during the summertime or

wherever they're doing this is a

directory listing that you can go to

pick up jobs there and you'll be able to

do that in your area so just go there

and look for things in your local area

on that website okay so let's move on to

number three selling your stuff online

so this is anywhere from fifty to five

hundred dollars and even plus even more

than that selling your stuff online so

this is all stuff that maybe you're not

using this is stuff that maybe you're

that you've collected that you're trying

to get rid of maybe stuff that you

create that you're trying to sell all

these websites are gonna allow you to

put your stuff online and you can sell

it and make great money with it okay the

first one obvious is gonna be eBay if

you haven't been around eBay has been

one of the originals you can take

anything and put it on eBay I mean you

just think about all this stuff that's

said you don't use anymore

I've seen DVDs and seen books I've seen

old VCR equipment on there that nobody

use anymore people are selling that take

all that old stuff put it on eBay and

make a ton of money with it so the next

one's gonna be Amazon FBA so if you

didn't know that but over 40% of the

profits from Amazon are through

independent sellers and dependent people

that take their stuff and put it into

you Amazon's warehouse and then Amazon

will actually ship out the products to

the people so you can take products that

you create

maybe products that you have drop ships

from different locations put it into the

Amazon FBA and then you can put it into

the marketplace and Amazon will send you

a check for all the stuff that they sell

and they do all the deliveries so you

don't have to worry about that all you

do is you send it to them one time and

they will do they'll handle all that the

deliveries and collect the money ok Etsy

this is a handcrafted it's a vintage

it's custom or unique stuff so if you

are a you know if you create stuff if

you create some kind of pillows or

blankets or anything creative like that

paintings or framework things like that

can put that into the Etsy store and you

can sell it okay the next one is going

to be mercury so you can sell it ship it

and get paid this is similar to eBay

okay it's gonna be where you can be able

to put your stuff in there people will

go there and then they'll see it you

ship it out and then you get paid for

that the next one's gonna be declutter

so this is a smart way to get rid of

your tech stuff so you have a lot of old

tech phones or or gaming systems or

games or CDs and stuff like that get rid

of this stuff through your through

declutter and then you're gonna get paid

for that so what they'll do is they'll

send you out a box put it in the box you

send it to them they give you a price

and all the stuff and they send you the

check for it okay Poshmark this is going

to be for women's fashion so this is

going to be more of like ebay where

you're gonna be able to put up your

fashion stuff if your have a ton of

clothes or accessories things like that

you want to put it up into Poshmark so

there you go there's a lot of good ways

right there to sell your stuff make some

great money using the websites online

again all of these websites that I'm

showing to you they're all done through

through apps you don't collect any money

all of these websites will collect the

money for you and they'll send out the

checks will either send you a check

they'll send you PayPal money whatever

they'll do you know they'll send you a

check or deposit right in your account

it doesn't really matter though they'll

create a way to get paid or to get the

money to you you just got to figure out

which one is going to be more convenient

in your area okay number two is gonna be

sell your photos so if you're taking

photos all the time you get your

smartphone maybe you're a professional

photographer you can actually sell your

photos it's really cool again you know a

lot of the smart phones we have nowadays

all the deals all the cameras are so

good they're just so powerful right now

that that anybody could take their

photos really good photos and they can

upload them to these websites and these

websites will sell them and you get paid

for it so the first one's gonna be folk

okay so you upload your photos to the

mobile app and then you earn money

that's it pretty simple there's an app

that you download on the iOS device on

Play Store download the app upload your

photos and then they'll

promote the photos inside their

marketplace and you get paid for that

SmugMug is another one

you're gonna showcase share and sell

with SmugMug it's take your photos

upload them let them promote it to their

marketplace and then you're gonna be

able to make money with that the next

one's gonna be Shutterstock shutter

stocks been around for a long time

they've paid out over five hundred

million dollars to people that have put

their photos in their Shutterstock is

the king of selling your photos so what

I recommend is hit and Shutterstock

first before he hit any of those other

ones

okay so number one is gonna be mystery

shopping if you haven't done this before

this is super super cool you can make

anywhere from thirty to sixty five

dollars per hour with mystery shopping a

lot of businesses out there a lot of

restaurants out there they need people

to go in there and just kind of shop and

see what the customer service is okay so

these are gonna be great websites that

you can use you can go to market force

comm help businesses improve their

customer experience so you would go into

a store you would shop maybe go into a

restaurant you shop and you give your

opinions on it and then they would pay

you an hourly wait on this or maybe even

a one-time rate for doing this the next

one's gonna become Pharaoh so you gotta

go to that website there help clients

gross sales they build brand loyalty and

increase bottom-line results that's what

they do for clients that's what they do

for customers that come to them and

they're looking for people to actually

do mystery shopping for them right and

then give feedback on what it is they

bought and how the experience was going

in there and then about-face okay so

this is gonna be another website that

you can shop on I like all of these

because if you already love to shop

these they're gonna pay you to actually

go in there and shop for them the last

one's gonna be gab Busters so just go to

the website there you get paid to shop

going through that so all you have to do

is just go in there put your information

in there they're gonna find your local

area and they're gonna find places for

you to go into and find good you know

good places for you to shop and get paid
