are is just templates that are ready to
go okay and you can build these and you

what you do is you just create this
theme and you can upload this to theme
forest the forest handles everything for
you somebody comes to the marketplace
they like your theme and they can buy it
and theme for us will actually pay you
the money so you could be making money
while you're traveling because theme for
us will handle everything for you so you
got WordPress you can make themes for
WordPress and all themes are just a
template you if you're creative with
template for any particular you know
platform so you got WordPress is a
platform HTML is going to the platform C
CMS ecommerce okay so these are going to
be different platforms
you could build themes on and they

on to number six so start a blog if you
haven't started a blog definitely want
to start you definite start a blog
because google loves blogs they love
content and love fresh content and they
love to
they love to rank blogs on their search

be a great place to start a blog it's
free you can sign up and you can start
creating content and what you can do is
you can have content that's out there on
the internet once you create the piece
of content it stays on the internet it
so it's not going to disappear it stays
on the internet forever as long as you
know you have your WordPress account set
up but Google will take that content
they'll the listed in their Google
search and they will rank that piece of
content and inside the content obviously
you want to put some affiliate links in
there you could put some some banners in
there you could use Adsense if you want
to I believe with WordPress
and then you can make some passive
income with that because that content is
always out there you know so people can
see it another great place is gonna be
blogger com so you can start a blog
there and you know blogging is just
about you talking about your journey for
whatever you're doing whether you're be
traveling or you're starting a business
or you're getting into sports or you're
learning a new foreign language anything
like that you can journal it and you can
blog about it and somebody out there is
going to be excited about it and then
what you can do is you can you can give
a good piece of content and at the end
of that content you can refer somebody
to an affiliate link and get and make
money another great one is gonna be
tumblr calm for creating blogs okay so
let's move on to number five selling
stock photography now we know we have
our iPhones we have our smart phones we
have our Android phones we're always out
taking great pictures but the thing is
is imagine if you were traveling and you
took a picture of a mountain that has a
sunset and it was perfect you could take
that picture and without uploading it to
Instagram take it and you could put it
on places that sell photos
that and let people buy the photos a
great place is gonna be shutterstock.com
shutterstock will pay you a royalty fee
for when somebody uses your photo and
there's just you can imagine all kinds
of people out there that want to buy
photos for four different type of
graphics for maybe their Instagram page
maybe their their Facebook page you can
get creative on how people would buy
that and once you create the image you
know obviously you use your phone you
upload it to Shutterstock shutterstock
handles everything for you they take
care of it all for you they send you a
check you make money from your photos so
all those photos on your iPhone Android
you could put them up on to shutterstock
and get it get those photos going I mean
you could just imagine some of the
photos that you've taken over the years
that you could upload here and make
passive income from that okay the next
one is gonna be Kindle eBook publishing
like I spelled that wrong publishing
Kindle eBook publishing so Amazon and
Kindle are the largest it's really much
it's pretty much the largest marketplace
in the entire world and you know before
back in the old days when you want to
create a book you had to write out the
book you had to send it to a publisher
and the publisher had to get it out
there to the marketplace well now you
could take your content you even have to
you don't have to write it out you can
type it up and in fact you don't even
need to do all that yourself you could
hire a virtual assistant or a virtual
ghostwriter to write your content for
you put it down on to notepad get it up
into the Kindle publishing platform and
then Kendall handles everything for you
they send you a check they take and so
they send you about 70% of your fees of
your book so if you sell a book for you
know ten bucks you know they're gonna
send you $7 for that for that book okay
which is going to be great because once
you create the book it lasts in the
Kindle book forever and people are
coming to the marketplace all the time
you just get paid over and over and over
again
for that one time of content that you
created another cool thing is that they
can turn your ebook into an actual
physical book so those people that are
out there that wanna fizzle
book you they'll trip there turn into a
physical book there's no additional cost
for that they actually have a
print-on-demand
program inside of Kindle publishing that
will take your ebook put it into a you
know a real book alright a real book
with paper and it opens and it binding
all that and they'll send it out to the
person that buys it and you can make
passive income with that it's a great
way to to earn you know just passive
income you don't really have to have any
investment the only investment is you is
going to be your time
okay so the next one's gonna be sell a
course so if you have some knowledge out
there whether you know you might think
you don't have any knowledge but you do
I there's things out there that you know
that other people don't know that you
could teach them how to do it and you
could charge a fee to do that now how do
you do that well you're going to use a
web different website there's two of
them really good ones yeah the first one
is gonna be udemy
okay udemy calm what you do is you just
you can create a video course you can
create a PDF and what you what you do
then is you upload it to you Demi they
have a marketplace of people that are
coming to udemy they're looking for
different things to do they're looking
for how-to information you could create
that course upload there they handle all
the payments and then they send you you
know check at the end of the month
another great one is going to be skill
share okay so skill share is another one
just like you to me there's a
marketplace that you can upload your
content to your course and you can sell
your course right there on the
Skillshare marketplace it's totally
passive all you got to do is spend some
time to create the course upload it to
these two websites and once they're up
there you're ready to go you can start
earning money
all right so here we are number two this
is going to be affiliate marketing
affiliate marketing is where you get to
promote other people's products you get
to promote products that people have it
there and you split the Commission's
with that person okay so Clickbank is
going to be one of the best ones out
there to to use affiliate marketing with
they have a huge marketplace of products
so look at these different products here
that you could market I mean here's
here's a guitar lesson one here's here's
German Shepherd hat hat you know hand
book here's a Fitness one here's a
another fitness nutritional one you so
you could promote these products and you
could earn Commission on these products
another great place that go is going to
be offer vault and this is going to be a
place that has upwards of 80 1000
different products to choose from but
let's I wanted to just I forgot one to
add in here but Amazon Associates
okay so Amazon Associates is if you know
if you if you ever bought something on
Amazon more than likely you you clicked
on somebody else's link and that product
that you purchased on Amazon
somebody got a percentage Commission
from you clicking on that link so if you
ever go into a YouTube video and you see
somebody that gives a maybe gives a
review on a camera right and you click
on the link in the description and you
go to Amazon you buy that camera that
person is going to make a commission for
that it starts off with about four
percent the more sales that you make is
going to go upwards of seven or eight
percent so I think it's maybe ten sales
you get seven percent so the more sales
you make the bigger the percentage
you'll get okay so this is a really good
and easy way to earn affiliate
Commission so Amazon any of the products
in the Amazon catalog you can promote
and you can make a percentage of the
sale of that product okay so so it's a
great way to to earn passive income
okay so the last one it's gonna be video
channel YouTube
okay so creating a YouTube channel like
this is totally passive income and the
reason why it's passed there's two ways
that it's passive income number one is
you could earn you can earn income from
the ads that pop up over the video so
when you go to a video and you see an ad
that pops up a lot of times you skip
through it or you know whatever you do
but those ads that pop up you can make
money from people that place those ads
on there okay and that's done through
the Google Adsense program so Google
Adsense they'll handle all of the the
ads for you you don't have to worry
about that they're going to send you a
check every month for that they'll send
you a check you can do check you can do
usually bank deposit they'll just
deposit right into there and and once a
month they'll deposit the funds right
into your account another way is going
to obviously create a review of a
product and then you could send your
your links to the Amazon associate and
you can earn percentages of that okay
you can also create products or create
videos in your channel and you can send
them straight to your Clickbank offers
so there's multiple multiple ways of
earning passive income with a video
channel it's just one of the best ways
right now online to do that okay so

gonna give you the most affiliate
Commission's and Adsense commissions
