yeah so at this point I have eight
different websites sorry about that
not known headphone now I have eight
different websites I have a team so I
writing actually she's a former teacher
which is just you whatever command she's
very good with grammar that sort of
thing because I don't need her like I
don't need her to look at the content so
much because I create the content briefs
and I quote I create the content
templates for people to write from so
generally speaking and I you know I kind
of almost outline the article form so
generally speaking they're going to hit
on the right points that I want anyway
but she'll basically read through them
look at the content make sure that you
know the grammar is good in that so
she'll do that and then I have writers
depends on the website but I have one
writer that writes for three websites I
have one writer that just focuses on one
website and then I have a virtual
assistant who basically helps me with
all the other stuff that we're doing and
then I have I'm trying to think so right
now I really work actively with trying
to think for different writers total
even though I have eight websites that's
because two of my websites I'm not even
producing content on right now they're
basically sitting there and I'm kind of
just trying to figure out the next move
of them but the other ones we are
actively producing content so one of the
websites it's you know one article a
week another one that's 12 articles and
we it just depends on what we're doing
so that's basically my team it's really
a pretty lean you know my my profit
margin and everything is really high I
try to keep a lean team with everything
and that's pretty much what I do and
then yeah just so something gets I
create the content or I create the
spreadsheet with the keywords if then
gets pushed or I give it to the the
writers the writers pick a topic they
read about it it then goes to the editor
the editor reviews it it then goes out
of there into my virtual assistant my
virtual assistant then takes it and she
posts it to the website and she takes
care of like Amazon affiliate linking
when it's needed she takes care of all
the different you know just formatting
and all the junk that I don't want to do
so there's plenty of times to be honest
where I don't even see the content I'll
just go in every week to kind of keep an
eye on it you know to make sure I'll
randomly spot
check but I definitely 1,000% do not
read through everything going through my
websites at this point perfect and just
quick reminder Ron has income reports
very thorough
he shows top-line revenue expenses check
them out there's years of information if
you read them you'll be like stalker
level intimately like familiar with the
broadens like life yeah yeah yeah and I
just a quick little thing that I just
tried this last month so you and I know
this but I have a big push on my same
name YouTube channel I but they pushing
my youtube channel right now I'm trying
to do that for 2020 and one of the
things that I am doing now is I'm
actually creating a video version of
that income report to kind of talk
through it and go through it you know so
I go on a few tangents you in there and
they're pretty long videos they're about
20 to 30 minutes so they do take some
time but if you prefer a visual version
