Alright, so for today's video guys, we are going to talk about BIGtoken's latest announcement
As you can see here guys
They have published the top 10 users this August and as you can see guys
unfortunately, I am not included! (OUCH!)
in the top 10, but it's okay guys the important thing is we are able to redeem our points
starting on September 1, and if you observe the points of these top 10 users
they earned a lot of points for the whole month of August and they are way too much from my accumulated points
even my total points haven't reached their points accumulated this August
and right now guys, we are going to talk about the redemption starting on September 1
like the Frequently Asked Questions
from BIGtoken users

We are going to discuss it and I will also share my thoughts and reactions about their BIGupdate
BIGupdate International date payments and they posted it on August 27
So, it's just recently
First question,
when and how will I get my
1000 points so to celebrate a the payments we are
rewarding all users located outside
of the US
1000 points. So all you have to do is open the BIGtoken app on
September 1st. Yeah, all non-US users will receive 1000 points
So all you have to do is open the big token app on September 1st guys, we need to open the
BIGtoken app
on September 1st, or else we won't have 1000 points
So how do I qualify for International data payment?
So here are the qualifications guys starting September one big token users worldwide
Qualify for data payments so this was our problem before because we don't live in the USA
Big token was exclusively
For US users only so yeah
Your account goes through an auditing process to ensure that your information is accurate
and that you are qualified for redemption in order to redeem. You need to fulfill these requirements
So here are the requirements requested by BIGtoken
So you have been a BIGtoken user for at least 30 days
You have not redeem points in the last 30 days
but for sure we can redeem on September
since we didn't redeem for the past 30 days (it wasn't allowed)
next, you have at least 21 USD or points will vary depending on your local data value and
Also guys must have a verified phone number
so, it's not really necessary
US number guys any international number will do you don't have pending transactions
You have an approved payment platform like PayPal, so guys
to others who were asking if there's available payment other than paypal
So, we have no choice guys... the only payment method is Paypal
What is the value of the points in my country?
So the value of your points is based on the estimated data value in your country, and it's reflected in USD
I'm wondering, maybe the value of points will get cheaper because it depends on the country
because it's international
(THINKS...)
I don't have any IDEA guys
Hopefully they won't change it.. every 100 points = 1 USD
I hope it will still be the same. This statement gives me a bad feeling...
Next question: What international see the payment options are available?
So all data payments will continue to be cashed out by a paypal and in some countries
We will be offering gift cards and other payment solutions
Please check your redemption page in the application
To see what's available where you are so, they will have an update
on redemption
aside from paypal, they will have gift cards like vouchers and stuff
just like what common earning apps offer

for more ways to redeem/cash out points from this app
Next question guys how often can I redeem points so you can redeem points once every 30 days
And as I said guys once a month, how much can I redeem?
currently, you can redeem
25% of your total points
So this limitation is in place because we are not
Selling your data to advertisers at scale and we are paying this out of pocket
you can only get 25% of your total points accumulated, I'm not quite sure
I've heard they have maximum amount of withdrawal and it's not mentioned here
As far as I know you can only redeem 100 USD, you can't redeem the whole
25% if it's greater than 100 USD
I hope there will be no limitation
Can I have multiple big token or associated PayPal accounts?
Every user can only make one big token account and every people email address can be associated with one big
token account. One BIGtoken account for each
person and one BIGtoken account for each paypal email address
And then next my redemption is currently on hold. Can I still redeem after September 1 if you're a user
outside the United States and
Have attempted a pay out before September 1st. Your account balance may be on hold. So please email
[email protected] to get this resolved so that you may
Attempt a new Redemption appropriate for your country. To those who haven't updated their
Location and phone number
So guys, it's better to update
your address and phone number ASAP, remove your 2nd line number
and put your original phone number based on your country where you at
and your address set it to your country, btw, a lot of people were asking on how to change their
postal/zip code because it can't be changed they said
well guys, in case your postal/zip code is only 4 digits or less (just like in the Philippines)
You just have to add zero at the beginning of it
But how long does it take for my data payment to reach my PayPal account?
So it takes about five business days for your data payment requests reaches your PayPal account
This does not include weekends or holiday is next are there any fees when redeeming points?
there is
0.25
USD for every transaction so
it's not too much, most especially if you're going to redeem big points.. it's better if you would
just let it reach the maximum withdrawal of 100 USD (if there is) so you wont spend too much
on transaction fees, and then next guys
What else should I know about
big token payments?
all big token redemption requests undergo an account auditing procedure to ensure you have not displayed
Signs of fraudulent activity big token has the right to decline any Redemption request if fraudulent
activity is detected
the account audit could take up to
seven business days
please expect a small delay. However in the first few weeks of
International payments we expect a very high
Volume activity and we'll need extra time for that reason. If you noticed that
you haven't received payments from BIGtoken and it's already been a week or so
it's okay since it's stated here that they will do some checking on our account
and it will take
more that 5 business days because of their auditing procedure that will take up 7 working days
so, we just have to wait if it happens, that good thing is we are rest assured because we can redeem our points already
