it's a five ways to increase your income
so right now I have businesses for
myself I've owned businesses for a long
employees and I've had people that have
worked for me and I've also worked for
other companies and so in this video
what I want to do is just kind of break
down some easy ways that you can't
increase your income now I want to just
talk specifically to those of you that
are employees that are working for
companies I've been on the other end of
that because I have employees that work
for me now and so these are going to
really help you kind of project and get
yourself to that next level you want to
make sure you follow these because these
are going to be super simple they're
easy and all you're gonna do is just
follow them and you will be able to
increase your income and start making
that income because this is really what
we're after we're looking for increasing
more of this we want to get more of this
into our bank account we're going to
want to get more of this to where we can
travel and do the fun things that we
want in life Before we jump into the

one that you want to really focus on on
increasing your income is just becoming
a more valuable employee okay so if
you're at working at a business right
now and you're working at a company you
want to think about what is it that I
can do to start becoming more valuable
for that company what can I do to raise
my value in that company see all
businesses all they want to do is go out
there and they want to create profits
businesses are in the business of
creating profits to create those profits
they're going to need help they're gonna
need some employees to do that but they
want to make sure they're they're
getting employees that are gonna be
valuable to the company that doesn't
mean they're trying to keep you know
employees down they're trying to keep
them you know down below or anything
like that most companies that are
successful are trying to lift up their
cut their employees they're trying to
lift them up get them to the next level
and as an individual employee try to
increase your value to that company
maybe you need to learn a little bit
more skills maybe need to go learn a
little bit more
you know things that you need to do in
order to increase that income because
what happens is is company owners and
they're gonna start looking at their
employees and they're gonna see the ones
that are raising their value increase in
their their value in side of the company
that's how you're gonna give yourself an
instant raise because when companies
start seeing that they're gonna start
seeing that you're you know you're in
the company you you want to be
successful you want to help the company
grow and you always want to be making
sure that you're helping other people
around you lift other people up if
you're a manager and you're trying to
push you know those employees down
because you're afraid that they're gonna
be taking your position your your
position will be eliminated very quickly
okay back in the old days it used to be
middle management and this management
and that management today companies are
getting very lean they're taking you
know their company you know there's a
lot of automation right now with
companies so you want to make sure
you're increasing those skills inside of
your employee and just getting yourself
better getting yourself you know just
wanting the company to increase your pay
if you're just always thinking about
well I just want to come in get my
paycheck and leave that's not adding
value to the company the company needs
that value in order to increase the
profits I always you know when I see
people that are complaining about their
company I'm thinking why don't you just
increase your value to the company
because if the company sticks around for
years and years you're always gonna have
a job you know I've seen these companies
that go out of business they just
collapse and all those employees you
know they're done they got to go look
for something else if all those
employees would have just lifted that
company up and added more value that
company would have stuck around and it
wouldn't have collapsed okay so first
thing you want to do is just increase in
the value within your company as an
employee okay so the second thing to
increase your income is just moving into
profit positions now what I mean by
profit positions if you're inside your
company and let's say you are inside of
the accounting department or inside of
the front desk Department or inside of
the you know the payroll or HR
department those departments are very
easy to replace those people okay you
can put people in
out what I want to see you do is move
yourself into the profit positions the
profit positions are the salespeople
the marketing team okay these are the
positions that add profits to that
company so accounting yes they help the
company but they don't actually increase
the profits to the company you look at
HR yes they bring in good people but
they don't actually bring in the income
okay all companies need cash flow they
need money coming in with people Brian
their products they need money coming in
with people buying their services so
when you get into the position of
bringing in more profits more cash flow
more income to that company then you're
gonna start to increase your income
because what happens is if you're in a
department let's say you know it's like
accounting and you get your set salary
whether it's ten dollars an hour fifteen
dollars an hour or maybe you make only
eighty thousand dollars a year that's
it's capped that's that's the position
that's how much they pay if you want
that position you take it okay moving
into profit positions now you start to
get into the point where you can start
getting commissions you can start
getting more increased so if you if you
add a million dollars to that company in
sales you're gonna get a big percentage
of that you can get maybe you know 3% or
4% of that sales because you brought in
that income so you want to find where
are the cash flow income positions
within your company okay what where are
they at most some are going to be sales
most of them are going to be the
marketing department those are the
departments and there's those are going
to be the ways that you're gonna
increase the profits for the company
find out where they're at find out how
to jump into those positions find out
how to get more value to those positions
and then once you get into those then
you just take off and go crazy with it
okay and then that's how you're gonna
increase your income by moving into
those profit positions within your
company alright so the next way to
increase your income and getting more of
this is just becoming an intrapreneur
now you've heard of entrepreneurs
entrepreneurs are independent people
that are working for themselves
entrepreneurs are actually entrepreneurs
within the
company so if you come to the owner of
the company and you say you know I got a
great idea
a new project that I think it's gonna be
great I'm gonna you know work my tail
off I'm gonna handle everything for you
know within that business and I'm gonna
start creating within the company
and then the owner is gonna say that wow
that's great that's become an
entrepreneur that's becoming a notch
more entrepreneur within that company
okay you always want to whenever you're
inside of a company don't just think
about it is it as if getting a paycheck
you know coming in and and clocking in
clocking out you want to come in right
add more value and then as you add value
the company's profits start to increase
so as an entrepreneur you are going to
be an in you know like an entrepreneur
inside of that company so you're gonna
bring projects to the business owners
you're gonna think outside the box
you're gonna think about new ideas that
you can bring in okay those are the
things that's gonna help grow the
company and those are the things that
the CEO the people that write the
paychecks are gonna look at that and
increase your income also what it is if
you create something brand new within
the company and that part of that
company grows and profits go crazy you
could probably get a good percentage on
that you could get maybe 10 20 percent
on that increase in that profit okay so
become an entrepreneur within the
company and that will help you get more
of this help you get more green okay so
the next thing you want to do and to
increase your income is just start
creating and generating more high income
skills okay so this is something that
you want to be doing on the side you
want to be creating more high income
skills within your department this could
be more sales more you know creating
better ways of generating more sales in
your company better ways of getting more
profits in your company high income
skills are reaching out to new customers
and bringing them in okay or creating
some kind of copywriting that you can
use for the website of the company if
the company is running ads for let's say
Facebook you want to create a better
higher
a high-income skilled by maybe going out
there and creating better ads for people
you know or creating better you know
just better copywriting for the company
okay so you these are going to be skills
that you'll learn that it's going to
help the company grow it's going to help
you as an employee grow as you increase
this you know your high income skills
high income skills are just being able
to take individuals getting that a
service and products in front of them
and being able to take that service or
product and get them to buy that service
or product and it's gonna help them
improve their lives when you help people
and help their lives improve then you're
gonna have that profits are gonna be you
know the profits will be able to come to
you quickly you'll be able to make more
of this income for yourself when you
have a high income skill okay so just go
out there and generate that high income
skills and you will be good okay so the
next thing and this is how you're gonna
be making some really really good income
this is how you're gonna really increase
your income as this is on the side
you've got your company you're working
as employee and you're you're working on
your high income skills you're becoming
more valuable in the company you're
adding more profits as a company on the
side which you want to be doing is
taking that high income skill and start
to create a little side business side
income coming in okay something that if
you start to within that company you
start to learn how to generate better
Facebook Ads as a side business maybe
you can go off and start helping other
businesses run Facebook ads and you can
have a side business going okay if you
are good at search engine optimization
within Google within the search engine
results you could go on the side and
start helping other companies do so SEO
so take your high income skills that you
learn high income skills you know could
be SEO marketing it could be Facebook
Ads it could be creating YouTube videos
it could be creating social media post
any of that is going to be a high income
skills that's going to attract the right
people and you can do this on the side
and once you do this on the side you'll
be able to make the side income doing
that now you might get to the point
where your side income is bigger than
your
you know the income that you're creating
inside of your company and you might be
able to leave and move and move into
that and create a booming income for
yourself okay but the first thing you
want to do is just increase your value
increase your value to the company as
you do that you're going to get more
profits you're gonna get more income as
you create more value you're gonna start
to learn better high income skills and
those high income skills are gonna start
to pay you a lot better start paying you
a lot more and you'll start to earn more
of this green right here okay there you
