okay so one of the greatest things in
the morning that I do is I'm able to
check my stats in the morning am I able
to see what kind of income I was able to
earn overnight now I want to show you a
couple websites that's gonna allow you
to earn money while you sleep if this is
a totally new concept for you yes it's
because you're stuck in a job that you
hate and you're stuck in some sub job
that you're going to some boss who's
just an absolute jerk-off and you're
traveling in your car and you have to go
what do they do
they don't trade time for money they
leverage their skills they leverage
automation and they leverage the ability
to earn money while they sleep for me
when I travel I love to be able to check
my email see what kind of income is
coming in while I'm traveling when I'm
never even taking my laptop with me I'm
not at my computer all I have is my
smartphone I can check my stats see the
money coming in I wanted to show you a
couple websites going to help you kind
of get up and get that process going now
you can pick from all of these you can
you can pick from one it doesn't really
matter but it's totally up to you
whether you want to start generating
income online and whether you want to do
it while you sleep it's one of the
coolest things you can do wake up see
the stats see what kind of money you
made and then you can go about your day
if you want to continue about your day
if you want to go play if you want to go
hang out with your friends you want to
go run around with your family whatever
you can you can do that all right so
we're gonna jump into that I'm gonna go
to my computer I'm gonna show you all
you know all the videos that you can
jump into here is my channel right here
if you haven't gone to my channel and if
you haven't seen some of my other videos
head into those videos there's lots of
them in there you can go in there and
see what all kinds of good stuff that's
gonna help you make money online it's
gonna help you really make that passive
income right that's what you that's your
goal should be to make passive income it
should be to get you know make money
while you sleep that's the ultimate goal
for you because you want to be able to
spend more time with your family
you wanna be able to spend more time
with your friends and not be stuck at
some some dead-end job and dealing with
some some jerk off boss who really could
care less about you all right so let's
jump into this let me show you some some
different websites that you can get
started with so let's jump into the
first one here now Lending Club is going
to be where
you basically can become your own bank
okay so what you're gonna be doing here
is you're going to be just investing
your money into Lending Club it doesn't
have to be a lot it could be little bit
money here and there but it's important
that you start to stop put some money
away could be $25 a month maybe $100 a
month whatever you gonna do you got to
put it away and you let and
Lending Club start to invest that money
for you now this is all FDI insured and
it's it's all legit Lending Club is is
you know they've they're all set up but
to to to really go out to invest your
money all right they're gonna help you
invest and they're gonna help you make
that money
that's where rich people do they they
invest their money and it's into things
like stocks bonds real estate and then
let those investments start to earn
their money then they start earning
passive income they earn money while
they sleep anybody can do this you just
got to go to Lending Club that calm and
you can get set up with them all right
so the next one is going to be Apple
Appy pie now what I like about this is
it allows you to create an app that you
can put into the Google Play Store you
can put it into the iOS store why would
you want to do that and how do you make
passive income doing that you create an
app super simple you put it in the Play
Store and then you make money overnight
because people are downloading your apps
maybe they're they're put you know
they're buying your your apps or they're
clicking on the links inside of your
apps
okay so how ever you monetize your app
you can do that but what Appy pie allows
you to do is you don't need to know
anything about creating an app you don't
know you don't even have to know
anything about anything about coding
anything like that they help you create
your first app that you can put into the
Play Store so example like this mighty
quest for epic loot this is a big huge
game right here when you get when you
download this game they're gonna have
banners inside of there there's a AdMob
is a big Google it's you know it's
promoted by Google but AdMob will
actually put banners inside of your game
and then when people click on those
banners they go out and AdMob which is
Google they'll pay you every month for
that that's totally passive income
because people are downloading that that
app they're playing with it they're
clicking on that banner you can check
your stats every day as your stats
starts to grow
you start to earn more money okay so
just go to a peopie figure out a good
game that you can create and put into
the play store put some AdMob banners in
there and then you'll you'll earn that
passive income with people downloading
your apps so you're not really trading
time for money right you're just
throwing it in the App Store and then
let the Google Play Store let the iowa's
iTunes Store let them promote your apps
for you when people play with them you
earn passive income doing that
okay so the next one is gonna be fun
Rhys use it's the same type of investing
you're going to be investing in you know
real estate you're gonna be able to earn
about 8% 12% historically annual returns
again this is another way to use an app
you can vest into a portfolio of real
estate okay so you see a lot of these
real estate right here so you don't
really have to invest big money into
real estate if you don't know how to do
it you come to fund rise you invest what
you can and then they go out there
invest that money into real estate when
the real estate flips and they make a
profit they turn around and they pay you
out into your account this is something
that you just sit back and let it happen
alright but look if you don't have a ton
of money just put like 25 put a hundred
dollars in there do what you can to get
some money in there get it working for
you and let it start to invest it'll
start to accumulate and start to add up
alright so go to fund rise calm and you
can be able to invest in real estate
without actually owning any real estate
so you can see right here this is some
of the different properties that they
have set up right here so you'll invest
into these properties in here you can
see right here is eleven point four
percent annual return 11 percent right
here nine percent that's really good
I don't think you can get 11 percent on
the stock market I don't think you can
get and you definitely aren't gonna get
eleven percent inside of your savings
account in your bank banks pay like they
don't even pay one percent savings
account is terrible if you have a
savings account stick it into fund rise
and then earn a way better return on
your investment okay and you can see
here's the returns for the past couple
of years so right around looks like
averaging around ten percent for your
annual return which is really good okay
so the more money put in obviously the
more return you're going to be able to
get and you earn a your passive income
while you sleep so the next one is gonna
be a tee spring tee spring is you create
a t-shirt one time you put it out there
and then you're going to be able to
promote that and as your link and you
can you know put ads into it but
everything is done through the tee
spring platform they handle all this
shirts for you so if somebody comes in
at 2:00 a.m.
buys your shirt teespring will handle it
they'll take the
they'll take and create that shirt and
they'll ship it out to somebody you
could be traveling and you could have
all kinds of orders coming in for your
t-shirts while you're traveling okay so
T spring is a great passive income
source for you you just got to go to T
spring calm create a nice design you can
do mugs you can do iPhone cases there's
socks home decor pillows lots of other
good stuff that you can do inside of
teespring
obviously with peril you can do
sweatshirts and and you know shorts and
other things you can do with that but
just create a nice design put it in T
spring and then you can start promoting
your link people can buy your products
anytime the day it's 24/7 and you earn
that passive income using this platform
right here
so the next one's gonna be Skillshare
Skillshare is one of those great
platforms where you create a program you
put it into Skillshare and then scare
Skillshare is going to promote your
program so what you do is you become a
teacher right here so if we click on
become a teacher and then you create a
product okay you create a product become
a teacher you put it in a scale share
and then skill share go out there and
promote your product if somebody comes
to skill share at 3:00 a.m. they buy the
product you're you're sleeping okay you
you're sleeping somebody looks at your
product your course they buy it
skill share takes the money and then
they'll pay you out for that okay so
this is totally passive once you get it
in now it really it does require you to
create a course right so you got to
create that course you got to get it
into skill share but once you get into
skill share then it's you just kind of
earn a passive income because they're
gonna help promote it now you do want to
go out and promote this for you but you
skill share will actually if it's a
really good course they're gonna promote
the heck out of it because they
obviously want to get more people to buy
that course so once you get a really
good course in their skill share will do
a lot of promotion for you to get it out
to their customers they got a huge
customer base of people that are in
they're always looking for new products
always looking for new things that they
want to you know purchase and get a new
course if they can can get online okay
all right so the next one's gonna be
Amazon Fulfillment now a lot of people
don't know about this you go to Amazon
you buy a product it shows up two days
later to your doorstep most people think
when I talk to people they think that
Amazon actually creates these products
for Amazon actually gets these products
from place some places and they're the
ones that ship in it but what about 50%
of all the products that come out of
Amazon are individuals you can take a
product you can find a products source
it from wherever you in the world and
you can get it into the Amazon warehouse
Amazon will handle all of the you know
the payments they'll handle all of these
shipping all you have to do is get a
product into the warehouse and then
Amazon will actually cover and do
everything else for you so you think
about people are always shopping on the
Amazon store they have their their
mobile phones with them they're always
working they're always using the mobile
phone
always wanting to buy products so if
it's 2 a.m. 3 a.m. 4 a.m. somebody's out
on the Amazon store they look at their
phone they see the products they want to
buy it boom they they buy it
Amazon takes her payment they ship out
the product you make the money for that
there you're making money while you
sleep it's super simple Amazon is a
great platform to do this okay so these
are gonna be some great ways to earn
income while you're sleeping while
you're traveling don't worry about going
to some dead-end job anymore you can do
this on the side and then eventually
when it starts to take off for you you
can quit your job if you want to or you
can just you know do this on the side
and make that extra money on the side
