to learn English and you will be taking
the calls and you will be getting paid
per minute so when you take a call
your time recording a entire call is
recorded okay and whatever time you have
spent on the polls that amount of time
is recorded with them and they then they
pay you per minute for every single
minute that you have spent on taking the
calls okay that's how it works and the
rate right now is two rupees for one
minute and it might sound that this
amount is not good enough but trust me

first you download the application from

have to do was you will have to send a
call recording okay
you will have to record a little audio
of yourself without a video just an

whether they liked it or not

other experts you will be listening to
those calls and after you are done with
your knowledge center training it's this

you're done with the training and all
that is when you're ready to take the

and after this knowledge center thing
there is one more step they will be
giving you a call okay and they will be
briefing you about the entire process
and how exactly you will be taking calls
what exactly do you have to do on the
application and how do you maintain your
privacy your security everything they
will be talking about it's going to be a
poll of fifteen twenty minutes and once
that call is done you are good to go and
you can start making money on the

and once you receive a call please take
the call or else if you are right if you
are unable to take the call make sure
that you take the call as soon as
possible because you you will be rated
on your punctuality okay third thing
that you will have to take care of is
that there are two types of calls okay
there is this 5-minute call and also
there are fifteen minute calls fifteen
minute calls are from the users which
have been using the application for
quite some time now okay these are
regular users so you will have to talk
to them for of course 15 minutes exact
not one second up or down
alright the call disconnects on its own
after 15 minutes alright then apart from
that on the screen when you are taking
the call there is going to be a section
of the details of the user okay so while
you are taking the call just make sure
that you use your earphones okay and
because you will be required to look at
the screen and then you have the details
of the user you will have the past
experience of the user with the
application so that you have a little
idea of whom you're talking to
apart from that there will be a set of
three questions okay there is a separate
section of the questions where these
will be just three some interesting
topics which inverter will suggest you
to take up with the user while you are
talking to them because you know talking
to somebody who whom you do not know you
really require some some kind of
background of the person and you really
need some nice topic to talk about right

asks the user also for the feedback of

uploading the feedback that is when you
will be asked if you ask those questions
or not so you will have to actually tick
mark the questions that you ask to the
user and if you did not ask any of those
questions it will ask you for the reason
of why you did not ask those questions
ok so make sure you are particularly
these little things ok so that your
experience with the application goes
good one last thing that I would want to
tell you about is really interesting and
it's something really nice I found about
the application it is called MBG slots
MBG iz minimum business guarantee ok and
it is a slot of 1 R and it runs from
9:00 a.m. in the morning till 12:00 p.m.
in the night and each slot is just one

have to if suppose you want to claim the
slot for 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. what you will
have to do is you will have to log into
the application go to the section of MBG
slots ok you will click on MBG slots and
that is when you will see the slot
appearing on the application let me show

click on MBC slots all these slots are
already completed
right now it is 651 p.m. that is when I
am recording the video and 6:00 to 7:00
p.m. slot is going on I will just show

one that is 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. slot so
what is the benefit of actually claiming
a slot for MBG it's very simple once you
claim the slot ok diem
a slot you are paid 25 rupees extra for

call at all

so you have to make sure that you if you
want to claim a 7:00 p.m. slot you will
have to log into the application at
sharp 6:55 p.m. okay that is five
