guys today is a year ago when I a little
reader than when I started my youtube
channel I didn't see the growth that I
wanted because I didn't know anything
about YouTube's algorithms all that
stuff I didn't have the connections that
I have today with people who have really
helped me and taught me how to grow a
YouTube channel the right way but in a
year's time but growth the work of the
effort and the disappointments and the
hurdles and all the roadblocks that one
goes through typically with almost
anything we all go through it in
different aspects of our life I'm just
talking specifically about the YouTube
world and the YouTube channel that I
created here sometimes you know we want
to just stop what we're doing and I you
know there's a couple of times that I
decided you know what this is not worth
it to me anymore I can't figure this out
I can't grow but my message to you is
this surround yourself with people that
you trust surround yourself with people
that are positive that want to work and
help you and you have to do the same for
them if you surround yourself of those
type of people they will always be there
to help you get to the next step to help
you to help pick you up elevate you and
keep you going we all go through these
hardships we all go through times where
we think okay it's not worth it or it
out maybe I'm not good enough right I
don't look great in front of the camera
right I don't sound right er I feel
weird
that's natural it's human nature but
we're all doing it there's thousands of
minutes people doing it that deep that
you look at base that you see although
there's so much better
this and I am another or not there's
only one of you there's only one of me
there does a uniqueness if you're gonna
print out on your channel if you decide
you want to create a YouTube channel
don't quit do it you're gonna run into
roadblocks you're gonna run into
problems gonna run into issues that's
part of it but that's part of life in
general so had I not surrounded myself
with these people I would have stopped
creating content my view Tube channel
would have never grown and I wouldn't be
on this live right now thank you to you

don't quit surround yourself with
like-minded people people who can help
you people who have the same goals and
mind people who are positive and just in
a natural and that are real and take it
in let them help you because there's
gonna be a time where you're gonna help
them and if you have to reciprocate that
