How to add AMAZON AFFILIATE PRODUCT TABLES to WordPress [AAWP + AMALINKS PRO tutorial] #Best Education Page #Online Earning

in this video I want to show you how you

can create your very own Amazon

affiliate product comparison table these

tables are a great way to show off the

products that you're promoting within

your content they look really good they

can include an image pricing all sorts

of information to allow your visitors to

make an informed decision in terms of

the product that they're going to

purchase to create the table today I'm

gonna be using a plugin in fact I'm

going to be using two plugins because I

want to show you exactly how you can do

it with the two plugins that I reviewed

in my previous video hopefully you saw

it two plugins in that video are a AWP

and a merlynx Pro which by the way

you'll find links to both of them in the

description of this video

they are affiliate links so I really

appreciate it if you use them the two

plugins are very similar the tables look

slightly different and to make it easier

for you to decide which one you prefer

the tables that I create I'm going to

put onto the same page side by side so

you can decide which one you think looks

best

you'll also find timestamps in the

description below so that you can

quickly jump to whichever plug-in you're

interested in in this video I've tried

to be as detailed as I possibly can so

I'm going to show you everything from

start to finish including installing the

plugins activating the plugins getting

hold of your Amazon API keys creating

the tables inserting the tables and ICB

everything and by the way in order to

use these plugins you do need a set of

Amazon API keys and in order to get the

keys you need to have generated at least

free sales within your Amazon Associates

account so I think that's enough intro

before we jump on the computer let me

get these tables set up

so in the first part of this video I'm

gonna start with the plug-in a a WP or

up or up I don't know how to pronounce

it so I'm gonna call it a a WP as we go

forward I'll put a link up now in a cart

if you wanna go check it out

there's a paid-for plug-in so you have

to part with a little bit of money but

if you just got the one site the

personal license at 39 is pretty good

value that's in Euros is that in Euros I

don't it's 39 some things dollars or

Euros more other two and which is the

one I've got I've got the personal

license right now so come over here

purchase the plug-in and then once

you've done that they'll send you an

email with your license key and a link

to download the plug-in I'll show you

how to use that in one second I'll show

you how to install the plug-in and

activate it and of course add your

Amazon API keys which you are gonna need

as well for both of these plugins for

both a awp and a molex pro-child show

you in the second half of the video just

a quick note in order to get your Amazon

API keys you are gonna need to have made

at least free sales through your Amazon

Associates account so in this tab I've

got best roof box comm which is my

Amazon affiliate website which you can

you can follow along basically

everything that I've done on the site

I'll put it all into a playlist I'll put

a link up to that now and do check it

out the very first video is how I made

decide to then subsequent videos on me

basically doing stuff on the site adding

articles optimizing for SEO and all that

kind of stuff and I also share how much

traffic and how much money this site is

making in those videos as well so yeah

do go and check it out so on this post

here that I've got on the screen right

now he's a table there it is nice little

table now I'm currently creating these

tables with elemental or in fact I'm

using the elementary extension ultimate

add-ons for elemental and it's pretty

good I mean I do like these tables and

all that but they're not generated using

the API I do have to kind of do it

manually which is quite a bit of work

and they're not that responsive on a

mobile so yeah that's not great Eva they

are good in a couple of other respects

though because they can be really long

just because of the way they're laid out

so I can have you know as many products

in these tables as I want and that is

one limitation with a AWP and that you

can only add a thing it's about six

products to a table so you've got any

more products than that then it may not

be the solution for you if you want to

do really big tables with lots of

products then yeah maybe this is what

you want Elementor with UAE I'll put a

link to that extension up in a card now

here's an affiliate link of course to

appreciate it if you use it but for

small tables like this I think a AWP is

gonna be fine I'm not sure if there's

any limit on my links Pro I guess we'll

get to that when we get to that towards

the end of this video but for now let's

recreate this table

so first things first let's let's get

the plug-in installed so let me do a

very quick edit and jump into my email

there we go

that was quick wasn't it the magic of

video anything anyway

once you purchase a awp you'll get a

nice email like this you can then

download the file as I say so let's just

click on that and download it I've

created a little folder in my downloads

folder I know where it is let's save it

let's downloaded you'll also need this

license key I'm gonna blur mine out but

hopefully yours won't be blurred copy

that into your a clipboard you're gonna

need that in a few moments so let's

install this plugin I'm gonna go back to

my website I'm already logged into

WordPress so

let's go into the dashboard

then plugins and add new then upload

plug-in choose file is the file I just

downloaded so I'm gonna select that

click open click install

that's all done let's click activate to

turn the plugin on there we go

plugins all activated and ready to go

it's actually not quite ready to go we

need to add our license key

so let's do that now click up here and

try a valid license key should still

hopefully be in my clipboard

because copied it from the email so

paste that in

click verify

there we go all license - ready to go

give me a little warning down here about

PHP curl but I'm not too worried about

that everything seems to work fine I

guess if I needed this adjusting I'd

have to get in touch with my hosting

provider

so next thing we need to do is set up

our Amazon API which is in this tab here

so we need to enter some details from

Amazon so I'm gonna head over to Amazon

now we just close these tabs for any DS

and let me magically open an Amazon tab

e here we are I'm within my Amazon

Associates dashboard this is where I

wanna find all the information I need

for a AWP so the first thing we need is

our API keys find them in tools and

product advertising API

there's some words here you can read

them if you like but we want this bit

here which says manage your credentials

click add credentials

it gives you access key in your secret

key

you know just select all of that copy it

to the clipboard come back to our plugin

settings paste it in backing into Amazon

take the secret key copy that to

clipboard come back to here paste it

right next option is the country

amazon.com is fine this site is mainly

targeting America and American traffic

so leave that amazon.com next is the

tracking ID and get that within here you

come up to where your email addresses

click manage your tracking IDs you'll

find them all in here you can have more

than one make it easier to work out

which sites are working for you I need

this one here best roof box Oh seven -

twenty it's going to copy that paste it

in

we've got multiple stores

which in fact I have I've got an Amazon

Cody uk1 so let me just grab that I'm

going to quickly again do a quick edit

and open and Amazon credit UK associates

dashboard here we are I'm in my doctor

at UK once I just need that tracking ID

again it's in the same place as the

dot-com so I feel quite a few in here I

want this one

to the UK box and of course we've got

any others

then you can put mini I don't know why

there's a u.s. one again down here I'm

feeling like I need to put that in again

just to make sure so that's all the

settings done here or I think I should

pretty click connect what should i click

save first

let's click save first

there we go it's saved and it's

connected at the same time so I'm all

good got a green tick it says connected

we should now be able to pull down

products easily from Amazon and create

our tables so a quick look at the other

options wire in here so we've got some

general options

he's got a

- shortcode you can change this if you

want feel it links are standard you can

have a click tracking

yeah why not turn it on it sports Google

Analytics so you need Google Analytics

installed for that to work

and there's a whole load of other stuff

here that you can mess around with if

you like disclaimer always should have

just notice that that's quite important

you want to make sure you got a

disclaimer I think you show disclaimer

once at the bottom the page is probably

fine I've also got a disclaimer you know

built into my elemental templates so

should be covered on that let's check

the output settings title unlimited

doudou image size medium and quality I

don't know standards probably fine I'll

slow down the site too much

I think most of this is fine I may come

back and adjust this if if I need to for

whatever reason but I think as it comes

it's probably fine let's get on and

create that table so all the tables are

in here under tables

let's click add new

and now we're ready to create our table

so I'm just going to do another quick

bit of video editing magic just so that

I've got that other table the table that

I'm going to be recreating in another

tab so I can easily look up the products

so let's do a quick edit okay so we're

ready to go got the table in this tab

here so let's create our table

these are Jeep Cherokee roof forces so

that sounds like a good name there we go

good a little option here for labels

gonna have standard show/hide hide on

mobiles showing my girls will leave it

as standard for now but cuz you can play

around with that if you like let's start

by adding our rows so I look at this

table for inspiration they're actually

columns on this table because the a a WP

tables go the other way but and the

first one is the the product name and

the image it will start with the image

good so

I don't even know if it needs a label

actually has anyone ever needs a label

let's just select from now next one

product that's going to be the title so

I'm selecting the data here the product

data fields they're gonna be pulled in

from Amazon

that's perfect what are we got next

volume now that is going to be a custom

a bit of text

can't really pull that down from Amazon

and we have to type that in myself

and that's what we use the custom text

option for for anything that we want to

add ourselves next one is the size again

that's going to be custom text

then we've got capacity

again custom text

next up is opening again custom text

another custom text then we got rating

now

the moment I've just been adding my own

stars but loosely loosely I should say

because they're Amazon get funny fuse

their ratings without using the API sir

so yeah they're loosely based on Amazon

ratings but we should be able to pull in

star rating from Amazon although it

doesn't always work so I'm not sure it's

always available on the API but what

we'll see we'll see there's all the rows

done of course we want to rearrange them

we can just drag them using this little

arrow thing over here it's dragging you

know whatever order you like so let's

add our first product and you do that

down here you can even search by a sin

or by product name and search by product

name click search price entry in here

click search

I don't know why it's bringing up

through emotions and forces it's this

one the hyper very expensive for if

books and so select that click confirm

so that's in can add products with the

ace in I'll figure out ooh do that

quickly you'd need to just pop open a

tab with Amazon it find the product you

want

this one then you scroll down and you

find the ace in here well that should

match this which it does so we're fine

let's add the bits of text that I need

to so the volume is the 17 cubic feet

very big

not as big as these two directly to be

fair the size that's pasted that in

the capacity

and the opening which is dual side

that's our first product let's get the

other ones on while we're at it full

again search for products fact this it's

already there isn't it it's that one but

well I'll do another search just to be

doubly sure

I think it just depends on the size I

think it comes in a number of different

sizes I think it really matters

we'll go for this one the hole in the

middle and confirm

so to insert the table into your content

you just need this shortcode which is up

here copy that to your clipboard

I'm gonna drop it in here

I'm going to edit this page this page

uses elemental but this shortcode you

can paste it into Guttenberg or any

other editor that you have to be using

so it needs to pop in here so I'm gonna

find the Elemental shortcode widget I

think there's a shortcode Guttenberg

block as well so you can use that but

you can even paste it into just a text

which it'll work fine

I'm guessing it about here we find the

paceman shortcode in to Elementor over

some stars for that product but not for

wondering if I need to drop the rating

if it's not gonna pull Stiles in for all

the products then it's a little bit

pointless I could before we go back to

using my ratings

I don't know I'll leave it for now

now before I remove that table about a

cup

they tore over and we just update and

have a look at this page again and I'll

just quickly copy and paste

now is create exactly the same table in

ammo links Pro and

and in fact what I think I'll do is I'll

just put it next to this table on this

page so we can compare them side by side

and then I'll basically just keep

whichever one I prefer which I think

it's gonna be a AWP but who knows anyway

let's go take a look at em onyx Pro so

this is a merlynx Pro here the pricing

options you got this blogger one you've

got the basic you got the premium you

got the platinum

now you're gonna want this blogger one

the the minimum really because this one

the basic one doesn't come with the

table builder so that's pretty useless

really one other little advantage with

eminent Pro is that it does work if you

don't have the Amazon API it's a little

bit clunky and I go for it in my last

video which I link to earlier and you'll

also find the link in the description

but it does kind of work you basically

paste in some site extract code and you

can generate a table that way so yeah if

you don't exit API this is pretty gonna

be the best option for you

so yeah go for the plumber one or go for

these other ones if you've got loads of

websites maybe it's really up to you

let's get the plug-in installed so I'm

gonna pop into this dashboard on the

upload is a Mannix bro and then we'll do

this welcome page it wants my license

key so ah we shouldn't I closed my email

now basically you just need to

copy/paste it out of that email receipt

which I'll do right now okay I found it

in my email that we paste it in you

actually get two licenses you get one

for this and one for the table 1 table

builder so don't confuse them let's

okay let's add the table build up so

back into plugins add new oh says

changes may not be saved pretty sure

they are saved so I'll click leave it'll

upload plug-in choose the file

select the tables click install now

it's activated and asked for the key for

the table one weirdly but maybe it will

so it's added a new option down here

called amaranth Pro not gonna confuse

you with a AWP which is still running up

down here so I just have a quick look at

the settings so here are the options for

AWP you need to enter our Amazon keys if

you want to use it in no API mode or if

you've got keys and you tick this box up

here but I am gonna be using keys

because everything just works better if

you've got access to the Amazon API

anymore so that's a little bit of a

problem then why not just create another

instead there's me access key

pretty worth remembering that that

Amazon kind of hides the secret key

after generated it so if you want it you

know in the future make it over

somewhere else

got this Add to Cart feature which will

give you an extra 89 days on the cookie

when they hit Amazon to add it to their

localization so if using Amazon one link

or whatever you can post to I'll paste

it in even or if you've already set up

one link and you've got the code on your

site then you don't need to worry it

should just work the localization stuff

so it will automatically redirect my

visitors off to the amazon dakota UK

site if they're in the UK in theory in

general your some fonts API key enabled

Google Analytics also event tracking

think we're ready to get our table done

now you don't actually create the tables

any I've just remembered this is just so

that you can you know adjust stuff to do

with the table

I don't find these tables as responsive

as a AWP

but you can adjust the breakpoints and

stuff here you can also hide rows and

stuff if you want to change all your

colors and stuff within here as well

but no we actually want to create a

table don't you so to do that I think

easiest thing to do is going to be to

create a new post

for us to generate the short coats a

little bit clunky it doesn't work

particularly well with Elementor

well not that I'm aware of fancy knees
