online and in this video I want to show

you step-by-step how you can create a

series of emails that you can send out

automatically to your new subscribers of

your email list so that you don't even

have to touch them they will be sent out

automatically students someone

this is the dashboard of my email

autoresponder that I personally use it's

called get response I tried a couple

before and I didn't like them and right

now like over the last one year maybe

even more than one year I've been using

get response and I cannot be more happy

than I am with this service but of

course you can choose any email

autoresponder that I you prefer you

personally like it's all up to you

because the the concept the principle of

the email autoresponders will be

somewhat similar in any service that you

are going to be using for your email

autoresponders the only thing that I

want to warn you that not all the email

autoresponders are okay with affiliate

marketing for example such services as

merging even though they offer such a

very attractive free trial of up to 2000

subscribers for free with no time

limitations but they against affiliate

marketing and you cannot use them to

send out a fill at office so they will

just ban you and you know you will get

locked out of from your email list as

well so there are other email

autoresponders that are not okay with

the Phillip Knox

so before jumping into any of them just

make sure maybe ask their support or

read their privacy ball so that they are

okay with affiliate marketing be aware

of that now let's start creating our

email autoresponder series in get

response so this is the dashboard and

your dashboard can look a little bit

different it depends on your settings

because as you can see these widgets you

can kind of change and move around and

you can arrange let's say the dashboard

up to your needs and preferences now

either way you will have this panel on

top of your dashboard and with these

options and before we had let's say the

first thing that you want to do is go to

email marketing so click there and you

arrive to this page and you as you can

see it right here on top we you will

have some kind of sub sub menu with

additional options and right here I

recommend you to go to draft draft is

basically the messages that you can pre

write let's say create and save them and

like in order to use for your further

needs whether it be it will be quite

creating newsletters or autoresponders

or email automations from this menu just

click create newsletter is what the

seller will be news Latorre gonna save

it as drafts always choose drag and drop

email editor as I was showing you I

actually showed you how to create

newsletter in my previous video where I

was showing you how to create

newsletters it's exactly the same

process you choose the most relevant

Rowling's list to your this message then

you put the name of the message for my

person reference I can name something

like this when I'm creating both

responders and it will be something like

this so day one is for my personal

reference and then respond the name

and right here in the bottom of the

subject line of the ultra sponder

message i'm putting just the

corresponding message name it's kind of

subject that is visible for all my

subscribers that they're receiving so

from your choosing the email address

from which you are going to be sending

out these messages then there are

additional attribution sort of

distribution settings and I usually

don't change them I don't even touch

them ever so after that you just click

next step and right here as I was

showing you when we were creating

newsletter I always recommend you to

create your own emails without using

this kind of fancy with a lot of

pictures templates because they make

things complicated and unnecessary kind

of stuffed with all the images and like

all the stuff that will kind of reduce

the deliverability of your email and the

pictures will not be floating nicely and

I always go with my personal templates

how I started I started from scratch

right here you can start from scratch

and create action from scratch your

email nice and you know minimalistic and

a style with like full of information

just text if you don't know how to do

that I will drop the link to the video

video in the description and you can

watch that one because I'm going step by

step like through these process

explaining all these kind of details and

nuances so that you are aware of how to

create it nicely now as you can see I

started from scratch but then I was

saving these kind of templates my own

templates for future kind of use and now

when I need to use the picture I'm using

this one or that one this is the updated

one actually a little bit more calm

but for this case for this video I'm

gonna use this one is without the

picture the majority of my emails are

without the picture so you're just the

text so on this screen you are creating

your email you're writing your message

and all that and you know insert all the

links and edit the way you want and then

you click save as draft so as you can

see it's saved and now we can just click

power off button okay and now we go back

to our dashboard now our draft message

is saved in drafts and now we can

actually start creating our email

autoresponder now we go to email

marketing again and on this screen we're

going to alt responders and these are

the ultra sponsors messages that I

already created like ages ago and as you

can see this message in particular is

being sent out on the day 19th after

somebody subscribes to my zzz email list

and as you can see it was delivered more

than two thousand times so almost two

thousand and a half and every single

time somebody subscribes to my email

list they are going through the sequence

of my emails right here on the left top

we can actually change the view of email

autoresponders and we can put to the

grid so right here you can see the whole

kind of plan of email autoresponders

that I created for this particular list

it was the first list that I created for

my money is awesome project YouTube

channel and when somebody was

subscribing for my free affiliate

marketing course they were seeing all

these emails that I programmed in

advance so as you can see they 0 is

empty and I actually was getting a lot

of complaints why like people were

saying that I

just subscribe to your email list for

your to get your fee I think that

marking training but I didn't get the

message from you like what was going on

and I actually didn't know that I didn't

plan for like I started from day one and

day one is like the second day as soon

as somebody subscribers it's an

immediate message that you have to

program they zero that's what we're

going to do right now and this is the

second day the like the next day after

they subscribe it is being counted as

day one and yeah I didn't even checked

right here and as you can see I was not

very attentive to this particular detail

but this is just to give you the general

idea how it looks the email

autoresponders and what you can do you

can plan out even up to as you can see

you can click more days you can click

even more days even more days and you

can plan out the whole year you can plan

out send out every second day and then

you can plan how many like 180 days of

emails if you are ready to write 180

emails and schedule all of them at once

and there soon somebody subscribes to

your email list they will be receiving

throughout the whole year at the whole

first year all those emails that you

planned for them but also we can plan

for example of the first out of three

days and then just you know then send

out just newsletters for them with like

updated and actual information the

current canon news and some valuable can

update and all that it depends on your

business model and and so forth so when

you go to each responders you choose the

list and right here you hit the plus +

right here all we have to do as you can

see yeah so this is on day 0 so it will

be sent out right away immediately as

soon as somebody

scribes right here you can put the name

of the message right here is the list

the currently is that worksheet were

checking out sent out immediately with

delay of some hours so as soon as

somebody subscribes you can set out in

one hour will say or in three hours even

though I don't recommend you doing that

o or not earlier than as well timewise

but I recommend you if you are creating

a regular responses I recommend you to

go with a send message immediately also

you can schedule on which days they will

be kind of the message will be sent out

and I also recommend you to plan all the

days so that if you for example antique

Friday then if somebody subscribes on

Friday then they will not receive the

message immediately so just keep ticked

or all the checked all the days right

here well even though you can create new

email as we did in newsletter just right

now Pro kind of when we were preparing

it draft you can do this like that as

well it's totally up to you but you can

since you create a draft already and I

personally perfect rating drafts first

because you can create all the drafts

that you have planned already and you

have written and save you in your text

documents or wherever you are kind of

creating your content and then after you

created all the drugs you can just click

choose message and right here you can

click draft and this is the message that

we just created they want which respond

them so we'll click choose message it

got already loaded and ready for us to

to use right here you can choose the day

one as well day one would respond just

for your reference only and the subject

will be the same subject as we chose

when we were creating drafts so you can

click the edit message

and you can edit it and you know update

the subject line or the text and so on

so forth so I'm not going to edit I'm

happy with that message where it was

yeah so and right now

save and publish so as you can see if

you are creating an email autoresponder

for let's say for existing lists and you

already have subscribers that are

further than the day you are creating

the message for example as you can see I

was creating the message for this zero

and it means that for this particular

list I have more than two thousand

subscribers already and it will ask you

if you want to send this message to all

these subscribers or not and well it

depends if you want to kind of add some

information and let all your current

subscribers know about it as well and

receive this message then of course yes

send them the message as well but if you

want to add some information that your

existing subscribers already know for

example what I do sometimes I send out a

notice a newsletter for all my

subscribers that I currently have and

then I schedule this newsletter and alt

responder or instead of doing that I can

create autoresponder and send out to all

my current subscribers as well so that

they receive it as well so all my new

subscribers will be receiving this

message as well as soon as they reach

that day when I program this message so

it depends on the situation in this case

of course don't send them the message

because that message I already send

before and right now I don't want doing

that so as you can see right here you

can see the messages we just created and

this message will be sent out

immediately so somebody subscribes to my

email list this email list and

yes the next day after they subscribed

to my list they were this message then

that message then and and so forth so

right here you can also switch off the

message and in this case they will be

receiving this message that message this

know is gonna be like kind of day off

and and continue receiving the rest of

the messages so this is it guys this is
