hey so you have a smartphone and you

want to start generating some income

with the apps that you put on your

people they go out there create these

apps and they just generate all kinds of

money and you want to take advantage of

that I'm gonna show you how to do that

what happens with me is what I wanted to

I don't have you guys remember a few

years ago there was that crazy bird game

that came out I was just somebody that

created that app and it just blew up and

went crazy and it was a kind of the

first real idea of what when they were

talking about this I think was flappy

bird just like that was really you know

it was a fun game but it was very

addictive and people were out there

doing it but the person that made this

app was making something like 50 60 70

thousand dollars per day in ads spent on

that and when I heard that I thought you

know what I gotta take advantage of that

so I jumped right into the app making

business I started to create apps and

and I've taught myself how to you know

go out there and create apps I found

some of the people that knew how to

create apps and I started to build up

apps and and I was putting them into the

both the iOS Store and the Google Play

Store but I found out really quick that

it's a lot harder to go out there try to

create these apps and it's a lot harder

to go out there and make one that's

going to be good it takes a lot of trial

and error and a lot of things to get

them out there and I realized that it's

easier if you just go find people who

have already created them so what I want

to do is just kind of walk through the

process of going out there and doing

that and how you can take advantage of

that and start to generate the income

for yourself now I'm gonna go over my

computer and I'm going to show you

exactly how to do that Before we jump

when if you look at the iTunes Store

there's just absolutely hundreds

thousands of apps that are being put

onto the iPhone store and there's always

a huge demand of people

coming online with new phones they're

always looking for new apps new apps to

you know help them do certain things and

have you know games and all that good

stuff and so there's always a huge

turnover apps but if you get one that

works and you get one that's already

generating income it's gonna work for

you in the App Store and then also in

the Google Play Store with Android

phones there's just thousands of apps

that people download all day long it's

just crazy the amount of money I think I

think I think what was a number

Apple was like three billion dollars to

think that they earned just on app sales

alone okay that's just from the app

sells now most of the money comes from

banners that are right down here so

AdMob is one of the programs from Google

so AdMob is is by Google and what

they'll do is allow you to put banners

on these apps right here and when this

is how the flappy bird craze went crazy

like that app went crazy and all of

these banners were being popped up on

that ad and so that person was

generating 5060 thousand dollars

pretty much every month from that those

ads I mean from the banners on that app

so that's where you we're going out

there and creating your own you know

apps is it's it's it can be crazy can be

hard and it's something that if you

don't know how to code and all that it

you you would get frustrated so what do

you want to do well you want to go out

there and find apps that are already

kind of developed that are already

generating income you want to take those

you want to recoup the the the profit on

them and then you want to flip those and

make some really really good money on

doing that so how do we do that well

what we're gonna do is you're gonna go

over to a website called flip up okay so

you go to flip comm right it's just a

website where you can do all kinds of

some stuff so you can actually go and

you can see there's like domain there's

websites there's all kinds of different

things you can do on flip up and one of

the things is the apps right here so if

you click on apps and you come into the

app show here you can see a lot of the

apps that people are trying to sell

online now a lot of these are going to

be really crazy expensive and they

haven't really been developed yet and

haven't really gone out there so there's

a trick to doing this and what you want

to do is you want to go to see all apps

and then you want to filter these apps

out okay so what I do is this is I go

over to iOS app or I go to Android app

and then I would

so it says monthly profit right here so

what I do is I drag this over to about

say about a hundred dollars because that

what that does is it blocks off a lot of

the new apps that just come out that

haven't really done anything and then

what I do is I do price range I do max

of 200 ok and then I hit search so what

this does is it shows me the apps that

are just that are coming up that you can

pick up for very cheap and you can go

out there and generate income from this

so look this APRA here is spike now

these are are these are apps are already

in the the Play Store they're already in

there

generating downloads and income all you

have to do is pick them up and you're

pretty much going to start earning daily

incomes from this so if we go to into

this one here the spike so right now

it's 21 dollars for this app ok there's

six bids on other six days left now you

might not pick this up for $21 obviously

you might pick this up for let's say

$100 but you look at this

so April 19th this was revenue for just

April 19th revenue was 571 dollars the

cost for that revenue was $200 so profit

was three hundred seventy one dollars

that's for one day that's one day profit

on this app okay so if you pick up this

app then you're going to be able to pick

up a monthly your you know pick up a

daily monthly revenue source from this

one app it's already in the App Store

okay so you can see that they're gonna

they're going to basically give you the

hand over the the the ID for the app

they're gonna hand over pretty much

everything as soon as you get this this

app ready to go

so here's really where the money comes

into this and this is what worked for me

the best I would pick up an app like

this I would let it run for about two or

three months I would let the profits

roll in from the ad spend okay remember

the ad spent on the right here so all

these people click on these banners ads

up that's what the profit comes in and

people clicking on these banners and if

you figure you get thousands of people

downloading the app

they're cooking on those banners on

daily basis that's a lot of revenue it's

a lot of traffic coming in okay and so

what happens is you pick up an app for

super cheap it's already generating

profits and then if a few months down

the road what you can do is you can show

a lot more profits on the app so you can

instead of just showing like one day

like these guys are doing you can show

like three months of generating profits

and you can sell the app for a lot more

money we're talking ten fifteen maybe

twenty thousand dollars for that app

okay because somebody's gonna already

buy a generated an app that's already

generating income for them but to what

you the key to you to what you want to

do is you want to pick up this app super

cheap okay you want to pick it up so

it's it's just crazy cheap and already

has income coming in so we look at this

one I here this one has is $445 a month

in revenue right now like this one I

hear is is seven hundred eighty two

dollars in profit right now that means

there's already people downloading this

so it looks like there's thousand plus

downloads already like look at this one

this is 1849 installs okay this one's

making 182 dollars a month

here is one that's picking up the about

five hundred eighty two dollars per

month in revenue so all of these apps

are already generating revenue for you

these aren't just like brand new apps or

somebody created it or these are apps

that aren't established these are

already done apps you take over the app

and you have a you have an income source

coming in from day one okay this isn't

about you know like three months six

months down the road you start

generating income know right away you

search enter an income now you might not

crush it in the first couple of weeks or

even a month but after three or four

months you get more and more downloads

more and more people download the app

then that income starts to roll in and

you have this giant data of profits that

are coming in now you can what you can

do is come back to flippa take that same

app and flip it for you know 20 times

really what you paid for if you think

about it okay it's totally up to you so

if we come in here you can see some of

these other ones 370 it's $300 a month

already has eight look at this one that

18,000 installs on that one already

okay and and right now you fifty bucks

for a tap there's only one bid on that

so there's five days left on that you

might be able to pick this up for like

75 maybe $100 for this app and you can

you have a $300 monthly profit already

coming in from this app so you're you

don't lose any money you're already

getting you you're basically buying an

income source from these apps so you

have a hundred seventy one dollars here

one hundred forty 129 again so you just

want to make sure you filter these out

by monthly profit already these apps are

already doing profits okay and then the

price range is $200 for the max that

means that you know it's not taken off

because you might come back here in a

couple months and you might sell this

app for ten thousand dollars or five

thousand dollars or anything like that

because what you'll have is you'll have

a track record of profits coming in from

this app so you just got to pick any of

these once you get it then it's going to

be already in the Play Store so let's

let's call it list and see this one car

color crush okay this looks like a game

all right it says 100 number of installs

hundred plus already it's already it's

just a month old and looks like the

revenue right here so it's you got two

hundred sixty-seven dollars profit

already from this app okay so you can

pick up this app it's already in it says

number six in the Google Play Store

trending in a week so that means it's

already in the Play Store it's already

available for people to download so you

don't have to create the app you don't

have to worry about uploaded into the

Play Store it's already in the Play

Store you're just gonna take over the

app okay that's what's cool about these

a lot of these apps that are in here but

you got to make sure you pick up these

these apps that are super cheap that not

a lot of people know about and since

you're watching this video you know how

to filter these out and you know how to

go out there and crush it okay so here's

the process that you have to do with

this you have to buy an app it's super

cheap okay you gotta find one that's

already in profit that's already in the

Play Store don't stay away from absent

that that are just getting started and

there's no real track record on them if

there's already downloads coming into

this app that's great that's gonna

totally help you out most of these that

are already in profit will have

downloads coming in so what happens is

you get you take over this

app and then it just you can start

promoting it through Facebook and all

that stuff if you want to but it's going

to start to pick up momentum inside of

the Play Store people downloading it as

it picks up momentum to maybe three

months down the road you want to come

back to Flippa same app you want to

resell this like two hundred three

hundred times more what you paid for it

okay so if you pick up for a hundred

dollars you can come back and sell it

for a thousand or two thousand or maybe

even ten thousand dollars on that

because right because what you'll have

is you'll have a lot more profit coming

in from this app so all you have to do

is all it is it's just it's just taking

a nap it's that's just getting started

you get it early it's like it's like

buying a stock it's like buying an Apple

stock back in 2000 when it was like nine

dollars you know you would buy that

stock cheap turn around resell that

stock later down the road you make a ton

of money that's what you do with these

apps these apps are hot right now

they're in the the you know these these

play stores the Iowa store they're hot

they're ready for you to take over them

and they're ready for you to start

generate income from them a lot of

people don't know about this a lot of

people don't know that you could buy an

app it's already generating income for

you it's like buying a it's like going

out there and just buying an ATM machine

it's already pumping cash out for you so

that's all you got to do and I just go

out there find one be patient with it

once you find one pick it up and then

take over it and then flip it make a ton

of money from it that's all you got to

do now you got to go take action on it
