since domains first got started as you
know it's just one of those services
that everybody needs lots of businesses
something that you could generate you
know pretty big paychecks for flipping
domains and and it there is a process to
go through it and in this video I'll
actually walk you through how to set it
up I'll show you the websites you need
to to do this and what it what it
entails for you to get started this is
something you can do worldwide you don't
need to be in it country so if you're
asking if this works in your country yes
it works in your country now Before we
jump into this video though there's

jump right in this this is flipping
websites this is how you generate income
this work worldwide so please don't ask
in the comments if this works in your
country because yes it does work in your
country so websites everybody needs a
website right everybody wants to get
online and get a website going
businesses local businesses they're
dying for websites and they don't know
how to do it so there's a couple
different ways you could do this I'll
show you how to create the websites and
then you can sell them locally if you
want to you can sell them to people that
you know or you can go to a big website
called flippa and you can see some of
the websites right here or just
absolutely insane
I mean $15,000 for this website right
here forty-nine thousand dollars one
hundred twenty-five thousand dollars
four hundred thousand dollars I mean
could you imagine selling one of those
that'd be crazy but what I recommend you
doing is just creating a very quick
template very quick websites that are
niche related and then throw them up in
flippa and just sell them for like $150
or $200
you know it's for that kind of money
it's very easy and you can just you
could flip the domain you can flip the
website it's just gonna you can turn
/ if you're trying to to crush it with
$15,000 this may sit here for a long
time and you you'll get frustrated and
then just be wondering what the heck's
going on I like to turn over you know
web sites really quickly get some cash
coming in that way you know it just
makes it more fun to continue to do that
so there's a couple of different this is
kind of how I brought the process that I
use in order to create something and
then flip it out so there's first of all
you want to get a hosting account set up
so you need to get a you can get like a
shared hosting account with Bluehost
they have a WordPress hosting account so
you for sure want to do that so
WordPress hosting and then you would
obviously go to wordpress.com and if you
wanted to get that software there but if
you get the WordPress hosting then it's
pretty much set up all you have to do is
just get the template to put on to the
WordPress hosting website and then what
you're gonna need is a domain name so I
like to use expired domains net it's a
great website where you can find
websites that have been on the market
and that have been come that they're
available to register now so I come here
and then and what I'll do is I'll hit
like this show so what I'll do is go to
the first top and I'll do I do like
deleted com domain so I always look for
calm domains I never use like that net
or that work or that bit any of those I
like to do dot-com you can see right
here there's a there's 1 million almost
2 million domains that have been
registered that are available back out
into the marketplace because you have to
if you register domain name you get it
from one year so after the year if you
don't rear edge astir your domain name
and domain names are like they're ten
dollars a year so if you register them
you get a year and then after the year
if you don't spend the ten dollars to
renew that domain then it gets put back
into the marketplace I mean could you
imagine like Facebook I know Facebook
they'd they you know they they've paid
the years in advance but what I'm saying
is is actually if facebook.com didn't
rear edge astir their domain name for
ten dollars they could it would be put
out in the marketplace somebody could
register it and they would have
facebook.com I mean this is an example
I'm just trying to tell you that
that it's super cheap but you have to
re-register them but if you don't
rewrite this for them they get put back
into the expired domain does that net
website and you can come in here and you
can register these so I'll go out here
I'll go to show filters and then ends
with so I'll do like let's say dentist
dentist dentist okay and then I'll do
see here I dunno no hyphens and no
numbers and then I come down here to two
hundred I click on add or apply filter
so right here you can see one hundred
seventy-six domain names are available
so you can turn these over really quick
okay you can just if you wanted to you
know if these are really good domain
names you could do that if you have
local dentist in your area you could you
could use their name to create a website
and you can sell that website to them if
you wanted to grab one of these websites
right here you could throw up up up on
Flippa and that people buy them maybe
dentists go to flip by to find them so
you can definitely grab any of these
domain names and you can do all kinds of
filters over here so you know you can
ends with handyman ends with you know
chiropractors anything like that if
you're gonna flip a domain name so
Dennis I just gave an example there so
once you find a domain name then you
just you can register it you can go to
namecheap.com
I would stay away from GoDaddy I don't
like their register I just think they
they just they have too many things that
are trying to add to your account name
cheap is just straight up domain name
registered boom you're done and then you
just connect it to your Bluehost account
at WordPress hosting account and then
last thing you want definitely gonna
need is gonna be need a theme so you
come over here to WordPress theme and
you can just do like dentist let's say
you're then tist dentist in WordPress so
you have all these themes over here so
these themes are ready to go these are
WordPress themes so once you pick up one
of these themes you can reuse this theme
over and over again so you can create a
new domain name put the same theme up
and then resell it to maybe a different
business or you could put up a different
you know name up on Flippa and you could
sell it right here lots of people come
in a flip up to look for
my name's flip is a really good website
because it's websites that are already
done they're already like ready
registered and and out there ready to go
so you can pick up one of these themes
right here from themeforest.net okay so
3/4 net that's right three
themeforest.net and you could pick up
any of these themes you can reuse these
themes over and over again but this is
would be a very niche website that you
can put together you could just throw it
up here on a wordpress hosting site you
could then what you would do is come
over here to flip a marketplace put the
website in here put the domain in here
and then put your price in there and I
recommend like 150 maybe 200 dollars and
then it's in the foot but count and you
could totally you know you'll totally
get business from the flip account but I
would I want to do it what I recommend
you doing is reaching out to local
businesses so if you're picking a niche
like a dentist or chiropractor reaching
out to them saying hey I got a great
domain I got a great website would you
be interested in this this is it's a
chiropractor website or it's a dentist's
website you reach out to local dentist
you would say hey I got a great website
go to this flip up website you'd send
them the flip account the website for
flip a website they could go there they
could look at it and it'd be they would
say wow that's a great website they
would buy it from me for like 150
dollars and then what from there soon as
somebody buys it from you then flip Oval
sending the money obviously but what you
want to do is just give them you can do
two ways you can you can let them
transfer it over to their hosting if you
want what I wrote what I would just do
is was was just if you do a monthly
membership with Bluehost just give them
the Bluehost login okay so if somebody
buys it for like $200 just give them the
the Bluehost log in and then you just
forget about it and then you repeat this
process over and over again like you go
in and pick up an you know another
Bluehost we're a wordpress hosting
account because a blue house works we're
a wordpress hosting account is like only
say it's like five dollars a month so
you pick up a domain for 10 dollars okay
so that's 10 dollars for the domain name
you register that with namecheap then
you go to Bluehost
pick up the WordPress hosting for like
five dollars you're in for 15 dollars if
you have a template
all ready that you picked up then you
don't need to do that anymore you could
go sell it for $200 that's all profit to
you and you can repeat this process over
and over and over again so I'll give you
the website so you got to go to flip
comm that's going to be the market place
to put a website out there you want to
go to expired domains net okay you can
pick up any of these domains so all
these domains that that are available
here are ready to register then you go
over to namecheap.com you would sign up
for Namecheap you would just put in the
domain name Namecheap we'll have it
available for you you register with them
and then you connect it to your Bluehost
hosting if you want to use another
hosting that's fine totally up to you
whatever you want to do but this is just
a good example Bluehost comm and then
you would take your theme from
themeforest.net
you would upload that to your your
WordPress hosting at Bluehost okay your
theme you just tweak it around a little
bit make it look presentable make it
look good
boom you put it up on your foot pack
count the domains ready to go the the
you know the the websites ready to go
and now go out there and try to promote
this new website you'll pick up a lot of
business just having it in the
marketplace from from people going to
flip and doing it but I recommend you
getting out there and and reaching out
to your local businesses and saying hey
I got a great website for you would you
be interested in purchasing that website
businesses you know like 150 200 dollars
they'll buy it all day long I would stay
away from the you know trying to score a
big one like this because you just it's
you just it's too much you know it's
just too much it's just crazy these
amounts of money that people are doing
that you might sit on this for six
months in six months you could sell
twenty of these websites and totally
crush it okay so you know you just
you'll find the sweet spot one hundred
fifty two hundred dollars you can you
can work those all day long that's all
you got to do that's how you can flip
domain names how you can set up really
quick websites flip the websites to
local businesses put it up on Flippa and
you know you could generate some income
coming in to you flip a pays you out
I believe in PayPal or they'll send you
a check to your account so it depends on
how you know if you have local banking
they'll work with you to try to you know
get your money to you that people pay
for it okay so there you go that's all
you got to do go take action on that and
you'll start to see success now if you
