about money
I really missed that car it's currently
in the shop been there for three months
getting fixed it sucks but anyway guys
we're gonna be talking about drop
shipping in 2018
we're rolling over to 2018 soon we're
gonna talk money lots of money because
the drop should be method is still
strong today it's not dying believe me
it's not dying if anything essentially
getting better because there's more
strategies coming in that we're using
drops Tony's been around for a very long
time way before this whole Shopify
dropshipping thing came along I started
doing drop something like way back to
2009 on option sites like eBay DS and
stuff like that
alright so drops means not dead 2008
Senate our 2018 is going to be massive
for you guys if you stick with me and
just stick to the methods that are
working and if you're new to those guys
you have no idea what this drop shipping
method method is about when the guy over
our briefly in the next slide and then
we're going to jump in and do all of
this stuff and then at the end we're
going to go over it again to show you
how this method works and on that note

like this basically what I do I work
online drops mean stores affiliate
marketing things like that and I also
now help people on YouTube and my blog
do the exact same thing okay so what
we're gonna do is jump into this and
first thing we're gonna do when they get
mess around we're gonna talk about three
other dropshipping sites you can use and
they've been around for a while but err
I think that they're gonna start to
really come into a fix in 2018 because
they're really starting to catch up to
our the hole and the Express thing what
products to sell a niche that I was in
and did over a hundred thousand KN and
it's a niche that a lot of you guys
already know my regulars and a lot of
you guys have been asking me what did I
tag it in that particular niche so I'm
gonna tell you in this video what
strategies to use or what strategy to
use next year or even now going into
next year and what's gonna be big in
2018 all right this is really important
we're gonna be talking about what's big
in 2018 and what's going to make you
what kind of strategies are going to
make the
most money and last but not least we'll
talk about something special okay so
make sure you stay to the end I've got
something special for you guys today
all right so for you new guys what is
quickly go about what we're doing here
what we do is we go out and find
products on drop shipping sites like L
Express and the other ones I'm going to
show you in this video we load them onto
a platform called Shopify it's an online
store we send traffic to that store via
Facebook add Instagram ads YouTube ads
Google Ads free traffic we collect the
money the customer buys the product from
us and then we go back to our supplier
on Aliexpress and then we pay them and
they send their products out to our
customer all right so that's kind of
like a very very brief explanation of
how it works so if you knew that's what
we're going to be talking about in this
video no guys I'm not saying can gardius
straight away and start making $1000 a
day with the drop shipping method but if
you do follow what I talk about in this
video are from my experience and you
find the right product and you put it in
front of the right audience via the
teasing teaching here then it's possible
for you to go out and do $1,000 per day
and I'm not talking about profit either
okay I'm talking about NIT what you make
including what you got to pay for your
Facebook ads and product all right so
just be clear that this isn't like go
and do this right now make a thousand
dollars per day this is a long-term
online business all right I just wanted
to make that make sure of that so you
you know you don't get any expectations
like I'm gonna get rich straight away
because that's not how this works all
right so this is um el express all of
you guys already know that however
there's a couple of other sites and
there's actually one a really cool one
that I used to use back in 2009
okay we'll show that one of the sick and
heaps of cool stuff on there but there's
actually another one guys called DHgate
com this has been around for a really
long time as well before L Express but
they're starting to kind of become la
Express as well like with the design
with how they do things and sometimes
you can find products on here for a lot
cheaper than le Express and the same
with this one
light in a box same thing really coming
up now accent kind of products but you
can get them for cheaper or sometimes
get better deals and things like that
I'm not saying they're all cheaper but
you can get better deals right so these
are two you can use
is really cool I'm not sure Birla works
with these I haven't really checked the
app but these are pretty cool you can
find some stuff on these two sites but
one site that's my favorite and no one's
ever talked about before this is like
some real old-school stuff guys that I
used to do is China Beijing calm it's
been around since 2004 I started using
it 2008 2009 to sell mobile phones on a
website called trade me here in New
Zealand it's like an option site the
best thing about this site guys has got
really good time gadget it's really good
for tech add technology stuff but kind
of high price stuff as well so I used to
go out there and sell things like mobile
phones and sure they're like $279 271
dollars right but I was selling them for
like four or five hundred and I was
making about a fifty to a hundred dollar
profit that that was the the best thing
about these particular products I made
really good profit margins on these and
no one really knows about this site so
it's a really cool site but it's only
the only downfall guys it's mainly
technology stuff like there's not a
massive supply of products like not a
massive selection I should say but if
you definitely want to go into selling
electronics and you definitely want to
get into mobile phones or just cool
stuff called gadgets I'd recommend
definitely I'm in 2018 or now we never
go out and start kind of I'm doing this
stuff don't sell things like the DJ
maverick though guys I'm pretty sure
that's going to be copyrighted okay
because it's not the original I don't
think it'll be the original that's
pretty cheap I think just sell like if
you're selling phones and stuff sell no
brand once alright make sure like this
one here drone sim - dragonfly I think
that will be no branded don't quote me
on that but that's the kind of stuff you
want to sell alright just don't sell
branded stuff
alright so train evasion calm lightning
light in the box calm and DHgate calm
these are three other sites you're gonna
want to lock into in 2018 alright so
let's get rid of these right now now
what I want to do guys is go over kind
of we're going to talk more about this
at the end but what's changing now guys
as products and profit margins what's
not working anymore is kind of like cat
necklaces chips
because Facebook the Facebook price or
reach I should say how many people you
get per are you reach for your price for
your cost has really gone down now so
Facebook advertising hat prices
increased by one hundred and seventy six
percent since the start of the year so
you're getting less reach now so when
you're selling items that give you a ten
dollar profit it's really really hard to
make good money and you need to sell
thousands of those to make thousands of
dollars however when we go out there we
sell products like this for example for
eight bucks we can sell this for forty
dollars we can sell it for 50 bucks and
if these do sell guys I know someone
selling stuff like this
they do sell so this is the kind of
stuff you need to start looking at next
year is forgetting the smaller price
products unless you're going to use them
in an upsell or you're going to use a
smaller price products to attract people
to your store and then have a bigger app
seller as well which is where they
purchase these small product the small
price product then they purchase
something as an upsell as well so you
increase your customer value but just
sending traffic to one fifteen dollar
product we make like ten dollars profit
now is just not really working anymore
as well as it used to okay so that's
something that has changed in this
dropshipping game that's one product
guys these are just examples I'm not
saying these are going to work for you
I've just picked them as examples of
products you can get for cheap and sell
for a higher price
all right this one here guys I used to
sell this at the start of the year and
started 2017 we made pretty good money I
feel around about 18 20 bucks you can
sell these for like $49 $39 so you can
make like a twenty to thirty dollar
profit so for example sell a thousand of
those there's thirty thousand dollars
however if you're we're sold a thousand
ket necklaces at ten dollars each
it's only ten thousand dollars it's a
lot more work for a lot less money
because you have to fill a thousand
orders no this one actually you have to
do a thousand orders as well out of my
calculations however and you would make
triple the amount of money you'll make
thirty thousand see the tins to make
actually another two on top of that
another to ten thousand dollars twenty
grand right so that's just another
example of a product another one is this
guy's another one I picked prices a
little bit higher you could probably
find a cheaper
but I do I'm in the kayaking um I do
kayaking for a hobby and I know that
they sell well in the kayaking industry
camping industry fishing industry I
actually have a pair of these
not from Aliexpress but I do have a pair
of these that waterproof pants they're
absolutely great and 5000 orders so
these are selling so we could sell these
like I purchased my pair for 120 bucks
and actually I think I was from
Aliexpress from the store I purchased it
from I just bought it online over here
in New Zealand and there were 120 bucks
so they weren't great quality I mean
they were good but I have a feeling they
were from one of these sites and the
thing is it was 120 bucks so they would
have made like around about $100 profit
80 bucks depending on like their tref
that cost
well the turf that cost wasn't even
really any traffic cost because it was
on a option site so they may they
probably made like a hundred bucks
profit right so something like this is
great as well
then we have things like this buy them
for 11 bucks you can sell these for 30
bucks maybe I don't know but I'm just
picking things that I like that I would
buy for myself okay so that's another
one as well now the reason I bought
these ones up guys is because I've also
sold these in the past you guys that
have been following me since 2015 you
were know that in 2015 and most of 2016
I sold 3d printed t-shirts that was one
of my first successful products
reasoner's guys you can sell them for a
massive price we were selling these
particular ones here for $59 and I was
paying fifteen sixteen dollars for these
massive markup these are the types of
products that are going to make you
really good money in 2018 products that
have a really good markup okay and
there's lakhs here heaps of orders going
in Wolff t-shirts these are what I these
are what this is the first product 3d
printed t-shirts and hoodies hoodies you
can make even more money on that I made
really good money from see these six
dollar ones I used to sell these for
39.99 these are t-shirts and then these
kind of like sweatshirt things I would
sell those for the 49 or the 59 59 of 49
and hoodies now itself like $69 as well
these got massive profit margins and
these did really good on tumblr actually
okay so that's another
great product guys just one more this is
something else waterproof clothing does
really well once again 30 bucks you can
sell this for 60 70 bucks so these are
this examples of products that you
should be looking at 2018 - because you
want to get the most profit so you can
spin more on ads and you can kind of you
don't have to worry too much about
getting a really low conversion or
Facebook because even if you're making a
bunch of money but yet your ads are a
little bit expensive it doesn't really
matter too much all right now guys we're
gonna get into the hundred K niche in a
second just bear with me but this is a
really cool niche that I like because
it's got a really cheap products you can
sell at a really good price
a friend of mine are selling cooking
stuff like weird cooking stuff and I
have in the past for around about 30 to
40 bucks per piece depending on what it
is and you can buy them for around about
two to three dollars on here including
shipping that's why we kind of get into
this but it has to be a real light cool
weird product we tried this this sort of
work I'm not going to tell you what
we've tried I have seen this sell really
well on Facebook
the endless pump sorry pumpkin and this
pineapple thing okay so these are just
examples of niches that you in products
you should really dive into and this
cooking one there's two reasons why I
chose this cheap products and you can
sell them for a good price and people
like weed stuff alright these actually
do start pretty well and they can go
viral we have seen a couple of viral ads
on Facebook all right now guys this
product here for this niche I should say
mechanical watches I've met over 100k in
this niche by selling this watch here
and this watch here those are my two men
ini issue this one as well but we didn't
be very good on that one but this one
here and this one here and if I'd always
ask me Franken what did you target for
this steam punk that's it one word steam
punk put that on Facebook advertises
that niche only nothing else on a couple
of magazines I think steam punk
magazines that's it that's all I did
and I literally made a bunch of money
you guys will know this if you've
downloaded my free ebook which I'll
leave below it's got all of my hundred K
products in there that have made me a
hundred K over the last two years and
also a drop shipping niche cheat sheet
with niches that I've worked really well
for me so I'll leave that down below for
you to download
grab it at the end of the video but this
particular niche guys these watches
mechanical watches and people getting
stuck and like who do I ever ties to
steampunk because I was actually already
in the steampunk niche and I decided I'm
gonna go on advertise these in the
steampunk because this is exactly what
they are steampunk watches if you don't
know what steampunk as google it but
yeah so these these watches guys I've
sold
I've sold quite a few of them but this
one and this one a particular combined
have done over a hundred thousand
dollars and the best thing about these
I'm selling them for $59.99 so the goal
I'll say on the gold one for $59.99
this one was $49.99 and I'm giving them
flight 17 18 20 bucks I'm making like a
$20 profit before Facebook ads come out
so take a little bit for Facebook ads I
think we're getting like of a five or
$6.00 cost per purchase on these at the
time so we're doing like 15 16 17 13
dollar profits depending on the days so
pretty good you know I like to go 20
plus profit but you know sometimes
Facebook ads don't go your way okay so
that's that's it guys the more of the
story here is sell products they have a
good high margin now what we're going to
get back into here is what strategies to
use and what's big in 2018 okay
so I'm trying to prepare you for the
2018 because what's going to happen is
it's quite expensive now to start this
because of q4 after Christmas is going
to slow down and you can just go go go
on for the next six or seven months so
what I'm going to do guys is get up my
white board and we're going to and we'll
just have a bit of a recap here so the
just guys products that you can do a
good profit margin on okay it's all
about profit like there's no point in
selling a product where you make $5
profit after all the effort you've put
in all the work and you have to sell a
thousand to make five grand it doesn't
make sense to me who wants to sit there
and flout five thousand orders even if
you can't export them and give them to
supplier no one wants to do that crap it
sucks it really sucks
so guys you need to be looking at at
least $15 plus I would say minimum
profit after Facebook Ads
after everything to get comfortable with
this method alright guys so what we're
going to do is we're going to talk about
what strategies to use okay we're gonna
get kind of a little bit deep here
because I have a lot to cover guys and
I'll try to do it as short shortest time
possible for you but I recommend guys
stay to the end because I have something
special and I have a lot of content to
give away I want to get you ready for
this so first of all guys if you don't
know how this works and you're new to my
stuff what we do is we go out there and
we start a Shopify store and we put and
we get products from Aliexpress we'll
call this a X will call the shop we put
the products on here ok we have our
little products here we advertise on
Facebook with an advert of the product
we don't pay anything for the product up
front $0 customers come and see our ad
hey what's up what's up what's up my
name's Robert Frank Bob okay these
people come in purchase your product
from your site then you go back to LA
Express you purchase a product with
their money that they gave you okay they
gave you the money and then you simply
give your supply to send the product of
these people and then you're down here
mr. savage marketer who and you've just
made a bunch of money that's the theory
how it works oh that's not as easy as it
sounds but that says easy sorry
that's um that's how it works all right
so if you need a new to this method
that's exactly how it works okay but
it's important to sell products that
have a high a high arm you can put a
higher price on now
so guys one thing you need to know is
Facebook in the last year has gone up
one hundred and seventy-six percent so
when you go out and advertise these $15
products sorry your fifteen dollars they
say it's gonna it's cost you five
dollars for the UM for the cat necklace
and let's say it cost you five dollars
for a sale so that's ten dollars and you
have five dollars left profit to make
five thousand dollars you have to sell
one thousand products it doesn't make
sense anymore and that was back before
Facebook's pricing went up it's really
really hard to sell low profit low
margin items I was telling
truce I'm not gonna bullshit you here
I'm just telling you the truth so
there's a few strategies we do okay a
few strategies we do now number one
like I said our high tickets were not
high ticket but products that have
bigger margins at least $15 plus profit
after Facebook ads come out or you can
go and get your your $15 product and
then once they purchase upsell them on
another product that's worth maybe $15
or $30 whatever you need to do now you
don't have to do a lot of testing for
this guy's and I wouldn't recommend
doing this when you're first starting
and stuff okay but that's just an
example upsells to get the to get the
ARV the customer value lifetime value
whatever you want to call it up okay but
this is what I recommend guys this is my
strategy for 2018 this is what you want
to do forget the PPE first forget the
page post engagement ads first forget
those and then if you don't know what
I'm talking about don't worry if you do
just forget about those okay this is
what you want to do in 2018 you want to
go and get a bunch of products from
Aliexpress one two three four five six
seven they say they say eight products
okay and I know this is kind of goes
against of a lot a lot of stuff that I
said in my past videos guys but you need
to understand that things change then
you want to go and start to start hey
you want to give your products pictures
and stuff like that you want to go and
start a website conversion aired and put
them all on Add to Cart to start with
well you can go purchase if you like
some people like to do that okay that's
some some things people want to do now
with your targeting guys go abroad broad
is working really well we'll talk about
that in a second and what I mean by that
is if you have a product in that in the
fitness niche disco fitness fitness
you're gonna get around about 55 million
I know there's some in there million
people with an interest expansion ticked
off okay turned off so you you're let's
say for fitness I've got whatever I got
I spot they're horribly wrong so they
say you have fitness guys you might have
audience of 55 million why am I saying
this why am I going again
or everything I never said before
because this is what's been working for
me in the last couple of months
it's going out they're not worried about
narrowing things down to 100,000 a
million going out they're leaving
Facebook do the work for me has been
working extremely well and the same with
a lot of my friends we're going out
there and we're just because we we
figured like we don't have time to
consistently try and find this the
perfect interest we were getting sick of
it so we started going out there and
just doing ridiculous interest and they
started working very very well okay so
if you want to start to make money in
this method quickly going into eight
products that start a website conversion
Add to Cart don't worry about your
interest too much and use the same
interest for every product when starting
just do that okay you're testing
products at this point you're not
worried about interest of course if you
have a different product obviously like
if you're in the hunting niche have
number fours in the hunting issue would
obviously do hunting or number Five's in
the fishing you should do fishing you
know I mean but let's go abroad then
guys you want to run these for three
days okay if any any of these they have
zero sales you've made no money you just
cut them okay pretty simple
cut them and then any that have made you
at least one sell you keep them on cut
that one you keep them on okay let's say
these two main sales and we cut that one
okay that's your testing strategy and
then if you fight if I would say three
to four days maybe four days max at the
moment if there's any products that
haven't made you any money at this point
get rid of them and replace them with
other products an issue are gonna spend
a bit of money at the start doing this
but this is the only way we we making
lots of money right now because you need
to go out there and don't get three
products test some and say this doesn't
work don't get one product and testing
get a lot of products test them on let's
say five dollars if that are five
dollars per ad set I would actually say
more like ten dollars if you can okay
that's because I am I say moving forward
into 2018 try and start with ten dollars
each but just go out there start with
five dollars per ad set see what works
okay if you don't get any sales cut move
on cut move on if you fall in love with
the prod
you're gonna fail if you sit there
guiding this products going to work it's
gotta work but it's really not working
you're going to fail okay so this is
probably the most if the cool way to do
it is test a bunch of products website
conversion add to cut or purchase if you
like I just put I just personally like
to start with Add to Cart
go zero to zero days obviously two three
or four see what's working if there's
one sale keep a going of his known color
okay simple that's it for starting and
do really broad interest there seems to
be working for us right now it might not
work for you maybe it will maybe it
won't but that's what's working for us
next guys which is quite important as
the as the how do you know what's going
to make you 100 K like what kind of
product is gonna make sure 100 K what
are the signs something that's very
important as well what are the signs
that are going to make you that that
particular product is going to make you
100 K in the next three months four
months five months six months scaling
scaling is a sign what I'm like what do
I mean and for instance let's say you
have let's say it's day seven and you
have a product that's made you like
three sales okay so three sales after
seven days it's not that great is it
alright
they say you start to scale that up you
go from like you say head of running at
ten dollars
I've done away that oh yeah sorry ten
dollars in the upscale it to fifteen
dollars a day and it started to not
perform very well and then it came up
again performs a little bit of right and
then you up scaled it again and up to
twenty date and it dropped off again and
then maybe you go to like this is a
common guys who go to 30 and it drops
off and it dies and you get no sales
that's not a winning product what we've
found is the products that we find that
do six figures doesn't matter how much
you scale those you just constantly get
so many sales and just keep going we
don't know why this happens like there's
really no answer to why say are why
headsets drop off once you increase the
the price like people have their
theories I have my theories I have you
know I've told people this there but
there's like Facebook's adjusting but we
don't know why you still
in sales and it really comes down to
guys two things your your customer and
your product okay your product if your
customer is not giving you money for
this product and you're getting really
inconsistent sales and it's just not
running and you're not making profit
that's not a winning product that's not
a six-figure product that's the end of
that story because it's not making money
now you can go out there and tweak
things alright I have seen that before
tweak ad copy tweak this tweak that but
I don't recommend doing it until you
actually have somewhat of a consistent
ad that does increase in sales and
decrease in cost when you do this
upscale when you have ones that when you
change the price and then it died off
completely just get rid of them
then they're not going to work you're
just wasting time precious time trying
to get Facebook to make those work okay
so if you want to know how to how a
six-figure product looks like scaling
okay if you can go in there and you can
mess with that add so much there and it
just keeps making money money money
consistently that's a six-figure product
and that's when you need to start to get
retargeting going that and all of that
sort of good stuff so that's the
strategy I would use guys and it is a
strategy we've been using for a long
time with the testing and stuff but I
would just cut out the PPE stuff now we
don't really use it too much I have to
update my training and stuff but PPE is
good post engagement ads if if you have
if you're looking to go viral as well
otherwise you're kind of wasting money
um if you know it depends that you can
test them and stuff and they might work
for you usually they do as well
sometimes but if you're just wanting to
get in here and start to make money
really quickly website conversions are
the best okay pretty simple that yeah I
don't know I sometimes thought of PPE
but I think it confuses a lot of people
if you don't even know what I'm talking
about they definitely don't jump into PP
you first do a website conversion at
first if you're not sure what to do dog
website conversion at first so we didn't
jump at the two things guys I'm going to
talk about retargeting first and then
email marketing or why you need to do
its in 2018 so what a lot of people are
not doing it and we're gonna talk about
my special retargeting
method that's been working so well guys
beautifully making me money we love
money that's what we're that's what
we're here to learn them done you're
here to learn about it I'm here to teach
you I learned from got you guys as well
a lot of my students have started
YouTube channels and I watch them now
and learn from them it's really really
cool stuff maybe you'll be one of those
guys one day okay so what I do a
retargeting guys is I write a blog post
or I pay someone to do that for me and I
do things on the blog post like top
three this same ayat stores without
camping or something or whatever I want
to advertise from camping products I
want to retarget people have viewed some
camping products I think a top three
camping products you can't have three
products that I talked about briefly
what I do guys is let's say I've sent
traffic to a product from Facebook
that's about camping a products about
camping tent or something right we say a
tent here we've got the one through out
the doors Lumino you triangle maybe so
we got a tent they've gone to this page
we can then haven't purchased or
whatever this is really cold traffic so
I I build out a list a list of people
that I can retarget to and I'm going to
show them this ad guys I'm gonna put
this blog post on as a link click Add
and I'm gonna send them to this ad so
they've gone from kind of cold to
lukewarm so they're cold they've gone to
kind of lukewarm they've seen my page
they've seen my product right so we'll
just put LW here lukewarm then when I
send them to my blog post guys they are
now really quite warm and what I do is
um they have a read through and the ones
that click on a particular product ice
it up three more retargeting ads for
product one product to product 3 and
then I retarget back to so I'll have an
audience
I will just say 3 more audiences sorry
then I'll retag back to the product so
they've gotten so I know it's getting a
little bit advanced here a little bit
technical but what's happened guys
they've gone from my product page
product page to my
didn't retargeted with the blog post
then they've clicked on one of the
products and ivory targeted them back
with the actual product so they've gone
from cold lukewarm warm to even more
warmer we'll say a hot warm so they've
gone product blog post and then they've
clicked on the product we've retargeted
them so they are I just got us all been
and then now they're hot warm and then
if they purchase they really want so of
tech we've taken them through kind of a
sequence of events now this is really
important in 2018 because prices are
going to get higher guys on Facebook so
you have to have some sort of
retargeting strategy in place now I
don't recommend doing any of this when
you're testing it's a complete waste of
time okay it's too technical for that
just do some basic retargeting and even
then I don't even retarget when testing
there's no point
I'm too busy trying to actually find
something that gets me sales then when I
get some sales and then I'm going to
actually start doing retargeting and
things like that okay so right now this
is my retargeting method and it's going
to become more important in 2018 it
doesn't take long to write a blog post
and you guys will see it online all the
time all the internet marketers I do
this with my course I write a blog about
my course will give out a free training
and I just smash it with traffic
I don't even sell anything on that blog
post then I advertises of course to them
through Facebook advertising if you just
saw a product in front of people's faces
nowadays you will make money don't get
me wrong you're gonna get sales but
you're gonna make a lot more money and
build up a lot more trust on your store
if you get them warm first again that's
also why we like to use high profit
margin products because another sell
because then we can go ahead and spend a
little bit more money on retargeting a
little bit more money on doing this blog
retargeting stuff we have room to move
guys so I hope that made sense we'll
just do a little quick diagram to
quickly finish this retargeting off so
guys we advertise the product cold like
just straight product on Facebook okay
we might get some sales so let's say we
get some sales these people would write
we're gonna exclude these guys from our
retargeting list okay that's pretty cool
then we're going to go out and we're
going to send the
for who and didn't purchase to a blog
post then let's say we have three
product products we're going to create
three different audiences from people
who clicked on those particular products
then we're going to advertise that's the
online earning,make money online, earn money online, online earning, online earning sites,
make money online free, online money income, earn money online free, money online, best way to earn money online, online income site, money earning websites, best online earning sites, easiest way to earn money online, earn money payment bkash, online money income site
