and tons of ways of doing and I love
making videos for you so you can just
get an idea of what it is that you know
to create some income for yourself one
of the best ways to do it is just
actually using Google using some free
software and just going out there and
just hustle a little bit to make this
work so here's one thing I wanted to say
local businesses right now are in huge
demand for services they're in demand
for services because they don't have
time but they have tons of money that's
a great combination that's where you
come in I'll show you how to do this so
let's go right to Google and we can take
a look at it now this is going to work
for any type of industry and the great
news is this is this is we're gonna work
worldwide so it doesn't really matter
where you live in the world you can do
this because wherever you living in the
world there's gonna be local businesses
that are looking for that you know that
that do Commerce that look for services
and this is where you're going to come
in so I just typed in lawyers near me
now why do I like to start with lawyers
and I tell people start with lawyers
because number one they have tons and
tons of money and they have zero times
they are so busy that it's just crazy
now you can do this for Dennis Dennis
have tons and tons of money have no time
chiropractors tons and tons of money
they have no time okay you can do it
with handyman pool guys that go out and
clean your pools construction workers
the landscapers all of these have
businesses they just have lot you know
money coming in with their businesses
they just don't have time but they need
a presence online they need a website
they need a way to collect leads online
that's where you come in and this is
what you do so you just go to if you
type in lawyers near me you're gonna see
a list of the best matches and you just
go to each website and you just take a
look at them so I'm gonna click on this
website right here now you can see this
website is pretty basic it's pretty
boring I mean this top stuff right here
doesn't even fit you know there's just
it's kind of basic and ugly so what are
you gonna do you're gonna create a new
website for this lawyer firm right here
and you can come back here to the next
one
and you can click on the website here
and you can go all the way down list
just take a look at it I mean it's not
that great you know it could be better a
lot of these lawyer websites they're
stuck in like 1990 era you know websites
they need new websites and they need
refresh so let's take a look in here the
next one pretty boring
there's not much to it
come down here I mean this was totally
ugly this was like I mean this this
guy's stuck in the 1990s right this
website totally needs revamp if he's
gonna project himself as an attorney he
needs a boy a better website and the
great thing about attorneys is this is
what you're going to be doing is you're
going to be revamping their website and
I'll show you the tools to do that but
you need to create a new website for
them but you got to show them an example
of what their website is all about so a
lot of these attorneys are gonna have
they're gonna have logos already set up
on the website so like if I pull this
down you'll see this is a logo and I can
actually save this image to my website
okay because you're going to use that
logo to show them a lot better website
see like right here this one's this
one's stuck in 1990s but right here you
can see it looks like this save you
gotta save the image as are here okay so
I can save this image and then you can
come back here to all of these now again
remember you can do this anywhere in the
world doesn't really matter if you're
going to have local areas whatever your
local businesses in your area there's
gonna have companies that need websites
to change over I mean what's what's
going on here
okay so this website is ugly it loads
super slow let's just got on one more
example
right this one's kind of ugly is stuck
in you know the old days see you have
the logo right here so you can copy this
logo to your computer now here's what
you're going to be doing you're going to
be creating up a sample website for one
of these attorney websites and then once
you set up the attorney websites you're
gonna reach out to them and say I think
that we can redo your website because if
you just called them up and said hey I'm
a website designer I want to redo your
website they're gonna hang up on you but
if you actually showed them an example
of what their website will look like
with their logo on it they're gonna be
more likely to pick up the phone they're
going to be more likely to take your
call because they're gonna see the end
result that's all they care about is the
end result and you have to show it to
them but you gotta show it to them ahead
of time so there's a great website
called WordPress it's free you can get
it at WordPress or rgp and in fact if
you go to Bluehost
and you type in WordPress hosting right
here they will actually set up a work
the WordPress software for you for free
on Bluehost
okay it's now from here what you want to
do is you want to head over to a website
called theme forest theme for this is a
themes for WordPress okay you can go to
WordPress right here and you can look up
all kinds of different themes that you
can pick right here now if you just type
in lawyer inside of the theme you can
see right here it says WordPress this
one says WordPress here is another theme
its WordPress here's another theme
that's WordPress
okay so let's if we preview these themes
let's take a look at what it looks like
you're here
this one pawn up
no one's not pulling up let's try this
one
you
let's go back at the top let's
this one
okay so this theme is gonna is look
looks a little bit more professional it
looks a lot better now you have a logo
right here what you want to do is take
the local of your local business and you
want to put it in here and drop it into
a Bluehost hosting account you can do
this really easy through WordPress you
just upload the theme change out the
logo and then you reach out and you can
change out the the phone numbers here so
you would add their phone number so you
can take this phone number right here
you could drop it into into this right
here you can put their email here take
this logo right here write this logo
this one right here you would drop that
logo right into here and then all you do
is just change around a little bit and
then you can reach out to these
businesses and say hey Jake take a look
at what I could do for you so take a
look at this sample website when they go
to that sample website and they see
their logo and they see their their
phone number up there they're gonna go
wow this really looks cool then they're
gonna say how much is you know how much
is it for you to change this for us now
you what you're gonna do is you're gonna
say look my fee is $250 to change your
website you should charge more like five
hundred to a thousand but if you want to
get started with 250 then what you can
do is you can use them as testimonials
for your next project so if you go to
you know all these lawyers are all
competing with each other so once you
get one lawyer in your area you can feed
off the next one so the next lawyer try
to get in your area you can say hey I I
just changed the website for
such-and-such lawyer down the street and
now you know we want to set up yours
okay so if they can see what you did for
them they're gonna be totally up for it
now the second one you're gonna charge
$500 third one you could charge $1,000
they'll pay I mean they'll pay up to
allow two to about two thousand five
hundred almost $5,000 for a website if
you can show on the results but just
getting started you want to get your
your feet wet let's try this out with a
local attorney so you can come back here
and you can you can preview all these
other themes now I recommend like right
here is it going to be a another theme
it looks professional you know it's you
can change all this up you can change
the the call you know the phone number
right here you can change this logo so
you would come back here you would take
the
phone number and you would put it right
here okay maybe you could you could grab
picture from their website like this
picture here if you could find that
Webb's picture and you could drop it
right into here also you could take this
logo you can see I can move this logo I
can save it okay now what I do is I'm
just going to come over here and change
out this logo right here so this logo
would be the new logo here and then you
can change some of these menus out but
this is a lot better website than these
ugly ones that usually these these
attorneys have they they just don't have
time to set these up now again this can
work for just about any industry so if
you don't have a lot of lawyers in your
area go with chiropractors okay if you
don't have chiropractors go with Dennis
if you don't have Dennis go with there's
all kinds of different Arab you know
industries in your area that you can
find but you have to set up the website
first this is where I see most people
mistake is they they just call up but
one of these you know businesses and
they say hey I want to set up your
website and they they probably get phone
calls like that all day long for people
trying to get their their business but
if you call them up say hey check out
this website I just did for you they go
there and their logo or their phone
number their pictures everything is all
set up on the website they're gonna be
like yes I want this let's get this on
our site now it's it might take you you
know 10 minutes 20 minutes just to
change out these this stuff right here
but that's no problem then just call
them up if they don't like it go on to
the next attorney change the logo here
to come down here and change the phone
number for the next website but just go
down the line of each attorney lawyers
website change out the logo and then
change out the phone number make it look
like it's the end result because if you
can show them the end result they're
gonna pay for it all day long
it's just crazy because when they see it
they're gonna say wow this is a really
professional-looking website but they
don't know that that you're using you
know WordPress a free software they
don't know that you're you know that
you're on a hosting account of Bluehost
okay they don't even know that that you
use the template to create this that
they don't know all this because they
don't have time they don't they're busy
yeah you know what their own business
they don't have time that's why you come
in as a provider and you can create this
okay so just go to
themeforest let me see here so you can
go to theme forest right here okay
let's go back to the beginning three
themeforest.net okay this is DeForest at
net and you can have all these themes in
here that you want I mean there's
there's absolutely tons and tons of
themes that you could pick okay if you
want to just go through all of them you
can see if I can pick another one here
some of these previews haven't been
popping up for me okay here's another
template right here right you can
totally change out the logo here you can
change out the phone number here you can
do you can change all of this stuff up
once you change it up and you match the
attorneys in your area just send them
the link or call them up and say look
take a look at this this website I
created for you they're gonna go wow
that's super cool and you can tell them
hey update your attorney you website and
you probably get more business that's
all they care about they want more
business if they have a lot better more
professional-looking website you're
gonna be the total hero you charge them
for that and then you can either give
them you know you can either go into the
web site and set it up or what I would
do is this if you're going to charge
them like $250 I would take the Bluehost
login account and I would just give it
to them let them go in there and use
that blue hosting account but you can
collect the money through PayPal through
cash however you want to click the money
but they'll pay for the website as long
as you show them the end results then
you're going to be good to go
all right so just use Bluehost find
people in your area find local
businesses find their ugly websites go
in there and change their their ugly
websites to awesome looking websites
just by changing out the logo just by
changing out the just a little bit
details of a you know a template that's
already built these are already built
okay you just upload these to your theme
your themes inside of WordPress and you
just change these out a little bit and
you're good to go it shouldn't take you
more than 10 minutes or maybe 20 minutes
to set this up and then all you got to
do to reach out to them and say hey this
is what I could do for you that's it
that's all you got to do to start making
some income for yourself go out there
take action and you will start to see
