for me investing it's always been one of
those things where I've had this kind of
love-hate relationship with it was
investing I've always thought about you
got to invest and I've always had my
money and I wanted to go invest and have
that passive income coming in when we
think of passive income we think of well
we just you know put our money in the
stock market and hopefully that stock
market will go up and and we can gain
some some you know investment on that or
if we take all our money and we put it
into a real estate property and we get a
passive monthly income coming in from
that real estate investment then life
will be good the problem with a lot of
these is that there's a lot of risk of
tons and tons of risk you put your money
into a stock market the stock crashes
you're out your money's done you put it
into a real estate investment and you
know the real estate market crashes
you're out your investment your all that
money that you've saved up for and you
put it into it's very very risky and I
always felt like investing in things
like that and trying to get passive
income with that left me without any
control
I had no control and I was able and I
was just not able to control my money so
what do you have to do you will in order
to really get passive income coming in
instead of taking your money and put it
into some type of investment vehicle why
not take your knowledge and invest that
into a product that you could sell
online that way you can get passive
income coming in you can generate the
income that you want and you're not
risking anything
it's totally win-win and that's what
I've done over the years I've I've
created products have created services
I've sold them online that's where I
like to take my time and I like to
invest that into that because when I
invest into a product that created then
it's done and it creates passive income
coming in for me that's what I want to
show you how to do and we're going to go
over my computer show you how to get
that up and running now every day I like

doing this so let's talk about taking
your knowledge us talking about taking
what you know and then creating a
package creating some type of vehicle
that people can buy and you get a

past it's always been kind of a struggle
to do that you had to learn how to
create the product and put it up and you
had to find places to do it maybe build
funnels maybe do build websites yes it
was a long process but today it's so
easy to do it and so what I want to do
is I want to show you two websites that
you can do this and make great passive
income so the first one let's go - let

so what you tell me is this is this is a
platform where you can take your
knowledge you can create in a course
with your knowledge you can put it on to
your Demi and udemy will help you sell
it ok now I'll really like udemy because
they have a giant marketplace where
people will come here and they're
looking for knowledge now you're
probably saying well I don't know any
knowledge yes you do okay you do know
some knowledge and in fact if I sat down
with you and I said teach me something
that I don't know you could do it ok I
promise you you mean you might know a
different language you might know a
programming skill you might know how to
get online and do certain things like
social media and stuff like that so
there is a skill that you know it's just
a matter of you taking that knowledge
put it into a product put it online and
start getting paid passive income for
that so let's look at some of these
right here I mean you look at this
complete Python bootcamp they're selling
this for $11.99 and all this is is just
somebody that took their knowledge of
the Python I think I think Python is a
programming language ok that they learn
how to do and they've just created some
videos on that you can see that there's
videos that were created all they did
was probably take their iPhone or their
screen capture device like Camtasia
created some videos out of that and
they're selling this like hotcakes
so they've created this this training it
probably took them maybe a week two
weeks to do
training they put it up and that's it
now they generate passive income they
can go and travel and have fun do all
this stuff get paid on the weekends get
paid while they sleep that's passive
income but it takes putting that
investment early on with yourself but
there's no risk because you're not
taking your money and put it into
something that you're not really sure
what's gonna happen
you take your knowledge and you just
package it into a program you put it
into udemy and let them go out there and
promote your product for you
so just remember there's always
something out there that you know that
you could package and you could put it
up here and somebody is going to want to
get in this training I mean look at
universities universities is nothing
more than a udemy program universities
all they do is they package different
package together and students pay to you
know they go in thousands you know
hundreds of thousand dollars in debt
just to go in there and learn what these
colleges have put together and to me I
mean I think colleges are kind of
outdated I feel like the new colleges
are you and I people that create content
put them up into places like udemy okay
that's the new college and you get
straight to the source and you can learn
the things that you want and so you can
see a lot of these I mean like right
here in the parentheses out here you can
see that it's 4.5 stars 152 thousand
reviews so I'm guests in 152 thousand
people have bought this program at $10
or $12 that's a huge I mean just just
take one hundred fifty two thousand
times twelve that's a lot of money okay
so I'm guessing that all those people
have purchased it they might not have
liked it they might not have accepted it
but that's that's fine I mean nobody's
not everybody's gonna like it but you
can take your knowledge and package it
and put it in here okay so you demyans
gonna be a great program to do that
another one's gonna be skill share if
you type in Skillshare comm and you go
here online classes same thing you're
going to package your program and put it
up on to Skillshare I mean look what's
this lady Creative Writing crafting
personal essays with impact okay all she
has is looks like she's got a really
nice video she took her iphone she just
put a you know iphone to herself she
just started talking and it looks like
you can go through and like here's the
introduction and all of these videos
right here
follow me get back here all these videos
are here are gonna be all of you know
write your draft conducting research key
ideas right this is all knowledge that
this person just put into a package and
then selling it on Skillshare so anybody
can do this you yes you can do this okay
there's there's no there's no
requirements to put a package like this
together okay there's nothing all it is
is your desire and your belief that yes
I have some knowledge that somebody
wants I'm gonna put it together I'm
gonna put it in here and I'm gonna let
Skillshare and I'm gonna let you Demi
market my products for me now that
doesn't mean you can't go out to social
media and and even promote your new
course like you could just take the link
right here and go out to two different
Facebook groups all that good stuff and
promote your link okay so this this once
your just think about this you put your
program in here and then you generate
passive income coming in all the time
because people are coming in here could
be two in the morning it could be
Saturday could be sunday could be
Tuesday afternoon they come in here that
watching your course they're buying it
and you get paid through that okay it's
just a matter of time at the beginning
put it together
you put it up there and life is good
that's how I've always generated a lot
of my money is just creating courses
services then I can help people have
success I charge for that okay I do a
lot of YouTube video sure but I do
charge for my programs because that's
where a lot of the good secret nuggets
that I have with my businesses are in my
programs okay I don't with my youtube
channel I throw out a lot of good stuff
but I put in a lot of my good secret
nuggets inside of my programs and that's
what people pay for and you could do the
same thing at udemy you can do the same
thing at Skillshare all you got to do is
just take action so when you come to
kill Skillshare just come over here it
has become a teacher okay and you can
just sign up here at Skillshare they're
gonna teach you how to like here's a 30
day challenge they're gonna teach you
how to start a class you can get up and
running and doing it all right just
think about what you know and you can go
and start to teach it and don't worry if
somebody else has a program that's
similar to you you're gonna be unique
you're gonna be different somebody may
like you versus somebody else they're
gonna be teaching that program for okay
