The question is how do you motivate yourself when no one else believes in you?

my friend Dan Locke says there's two answers of that question the politically correct one and the freaking truth and

I guess I'll share both of you with both of those with you

The politically correct one is well, you've just got a hustle. You got to keep your head down

You got to keep grinding. You got to know where you're going

You got to know where you're at and just keep pushing and pushing

That's a politically correct answer the truth is if you need somebody else to motivate you then you're not that motivated to begin with

That's the plain truth

so

high-performance people they're

Self-motivated. Do you know so many people?

Look for the family for support, you know

Use their wife or their spouse or their children or their family. You know, why though?

Why don't they support me in my in my venture? Why don't they understand what I'm going through? I'm doing this for them after all

well, you can't expect that don't expect that support because

More often than not they don't understand what you're doing and it's not their job to understand it

It's their job to reap the benefits of your hard work when you become successful

That's why we do this. Remember the air is very thin at the top

Well, you have to you have to learn to be alone without being lonely. And that's just the path of the

Entrepreneur, that's just the path of the marketer of the long hours

At night after your nine-to-five working on your son

You're on your business online of the long hours by yourself in front of that computer

Grinding it out and trying to figure out what works for you. Nobody else is there with you and honestly guys

Nobody else really cares you have to care for yourself. You have to care for your family. That's just part of being an online entrepreneur

It can feel lonely. You're gonna be alone all the time doing your thing doing your business creating, you know

Your your dream and and and that way your family can benefit from that

or your loved ones can benefit from that but don't expect their support because they're not gonna support what they don't understand and

That's the biggest thing that holds people back. They're trying to create their online business. It's not really the you know, the the business

How-to or the know-how or you know or the technical stuff, you know, it's being able to operate

By yourself being able to operate

Alone without getting the permission of the people around you like your family or your loved ones

and a lot of people fail because

They use that as an excuse. Well, I didn't get the support that I needed from my family

That's why I failed at affiliate marketing or I didn't get you know that the support of my wife or my husband

Because had he given me or she given me the support I needed then I would have been a success

Well, that's BS guys

Okay

You know

You've got to understand you. Took this road this journey

By yourself because you wanted to make a difference for you and your family. Well, you're gonna create by yourself

You're gonna work by yourself. You're gonna you're gonna be successful or you're gonna fail by yourself

Now when you do become a success because of all the hard work that you've done by yourself

Then your family

Will then be able to reap?

The benefits of all the hours that you've put in and all the time and effort that you have

Really grinded it out in late hours of the night into the early morning

Building yourselves funnels building, you know, your landing pages building your capture pages

Creating your email lists and your autoresponders all those things that they really don't want to know what how to do those things

they don't want to know the details of that and

They shouldn't because they didn't ask

Just to join you when you decided to create your online business and start this journey

They didn't ask to accompany you you did this on your own

Guess what guys you can expect that support? Okay, your family loves you. There's no doubt your children. Love you without a doubt

What you're doing, they don't necessarily have to love or understand you love it. You understand it

You know what you need to do to get there

so it's holding you back if if if you're having problems and you're failing an affiliate market in a lot of cases is because you're

You're waiting for something. That's not gonna happen

you're waiting for your family and your loved ones around it to understand why you're doing this to

Appreciate the fact that you're doing this you're waiting for that and that's not gonna happen

okay, and that's one of the reasons why people fail is because

You know, don't don't they understand. I'm doing this for them

Don't they understand that I want to make more money for our family and our lives and our children

Don't they understand that that's why I'm failing because they don't support it. They don't understand it

No, the reason you're failing is because you're waiting for them to understand and that's not gonna happen

Okay, once you embrace that idea and accept it

Then you can move on into the next step of your affiliate marketing business. Okay, we're all human

We all want to be loved we all want to be supported but in this particular business and that's why

Not everybody does this because it's you have to be wired differently

You have to understand that affiliate marketing or digital marketing or an online business

Takes a lot of lonely long hours of work

sacrifice and dedication

Without the pat on the back without the hugs without the Haga, you know, you're doing a great job

You know

I really appreciate that time and effort you're putting into this business so you can better our

Family you're waiting for that and that's not coming and it's not gonna come

I'm not saying you don't have supportive supportive family

But they're not gonna support something that they don't understand that you decided you wanted to do on your own

And guess what you're on your own you've got to admit that and you've got to accept that

So your question might be well why why don't they support me?

Well the reason they to support you because they don't understand what you're doing. They don't you know, you're taking the path

You know that's less traveled

You know most families and most you know family, you know, most support groups within your families, you know

They want to feel safe. They want to feel comfortable

They want you to you know, because we're all grew up with that way

We all grew up with that mindset of okay you go to school

Okay

and then you go to college and then you work a nine-to-five job and you do that for 35 years and

You're getting your hit and you punch that clock and you make that paycheck

Well, that's the mindset of most people so when you deviate from that from that comfort zone that most people want

Then they're not going to understand that but that's okay. That's not their job to understand that

their job is to

step sit back and

Again when you become a success to reap the benefits of your hard work

That's when they'll understand

That's when they'll reflect and look back at all the hours that you spent in your office or or wherever you're at

Creating your your, you know, your business or creating your YouTube videos or or or creating your sales funnels

that's when they'll understand and they'll reflect and look at that in their mind and say

So this is why he did this. So this is why she sacrificed her time

This is why he spent so many hours

Doing this so that we can have what we now have so that we can enjoy it. We now enjoy

Now I understand but through the process of getting to that point

do not expect anybody to understand what you're doing because

affiliate marketers and digital online business people are

unique creatures

Again, it's it's not something that's built for everybody

not everybody's going to do this because not everybody is willing to sacrifice the time and the effort and you know, and and

not getting the support that well most humans and most people want while they're making my well they're making

efforts to create something

So so most people are just gonna quit because of those things

well the difference between the successful digital marketers and online business people and the people who quit are

The people the people are self-motivated. They don't really need to have that support and

Pat on the back and and an understanding of AI under appreciate. I really appreciate what you're doing

I understand what you're doing and you're doing it for us and I love you for it, man, and we don't need that

We all need love but as a business person

We don't need that because we have a vision and a goal in mind and nothing's gonna stop us from getting there

You've got to remember that

So people can get scared anything that deviates from the norm which is you know, like, you know

Get a job get a mortgage, you know work to your 65

retire anything that deviates from that

Ok, people aren't gonna understand that

Ok, and being an affiliate marketer and being an online business person an entrepreneur

deviates completely from that so that's why you can expect

The support that we all want when we're making efforts to better our lives

You just have to understand that and you have to agree with that and embrace that

Once you're ok with that and you embrace that idea

you can then move forward to the next step and

Really really create your business in a successful business at that

And then just look at the other people around you that aren't your family, you know your friends the people you work with

and the reason they they don't never give you the support because you know, you're

You know

They're living paycheck to paycheck you're trying to deviate from that and do something different and do something special with your business

Do you really think that they want to support you?

Support you and really applaud you in the chair for you living in that

Mansion and driving the cars you want and having your freedom of time because of the effort you're putting in there

Do you really think they're going to support you for that while they're living pay check the paycheck?

Hell no, they're not. So remember that guys don't expect the support from the people around you and

that's what's so unique about being an affiliate marketer and being in this business is that

You create everything you create all your failures. You create your successes

You create your business, but at the end of the day if you stick with it

You will create a successful successful

business that can reap you

All the benefits of all the hours and hard work that you put into it if you do it

Right, and if you don't expect anything in return from the people around you because you shouldn't expect it

It's not has nothing to do with not caring about you or not feeling you know

Love towards you that has nothing to do with this. This is human nature

okay, and

once you identify that and

Understand it then again. You can move past it because

Don't use that as an excuse for your business not being a success

Do not use the people around you your loved ones your family members your friends your co-workers

Do not use that as an excuse for it for the reason you are not a success at your online business

Okay, the only reason you will not be a success for online visit is because you're holding yourself back

You can point your fingers all day long to anybody around you

But again, they didn't ask you to start this journey

You did it on your own. They didn't ask to accompany you on this journey. You did it on your own

They didn't wake up one day and say you know what?

I want to go ahead and and and accompany you and help you with your with your online business journey

I want to spend four or five hours in an office at home

Creating videos and creating funnels with you. They're not interested in that

Okay, your number one job?

And your number one goal is to be successful in spite of all the things

around you all the negative energy around you and

the negative energy

Our people that our loved ones that's not coming on purpose

Okay, again, it's human nature. So you can't blame them for that

okay, but we think differently as affiliate marketers as

Online business people and entrepreneurs we think so differently

we think that there is something better out there and if I work hard enough and I and I

Sacrifice I can get there and if I learn and take action on a daily basis

I can get there other people don't think that way we do

so don't expect everybody to think the way you do and that's why we are so special and so unique and

You are just as special and just as unique as anybody else in this business

So remember that guys remember that you have to motivate yourself

You have to understand that the people around you although they love you and they care about you

Aren't interested in what you're doing in your online business and they're not going to give you that support that we long for

So get right with that so that you can move forward in your business and get past all that guys
