in this video I'm going to share my

thoughts on how you can promote your

Fiverr gig curiously enough the most

popular video on my channel is how to

make money on Fiverr without skills if

you haven't watched that video you can

card up here in the corner somewhere but

the curious thing is that the majority

of my videos are related to either

affiliate marketing or dropshipping but

the fact that that video on how to make

money on Fiverr means that a lot of

people are looking for the ways how to

make money by doing freelancing and this

absolutely makes sense to me because for

many people affiliate marketing can be

too complicated for example especially

for those people who are not really

familiar with online marketing who don't

know how to set up a website how to do

all that how to sell how to promote

stuff and so on so forth and drop

shipping is promotes the same as I feel

at nothing but you know it's really

similar you also need to know how to set

up the payments how to set up the whole

online shop how to promote how to run

ads and all that freelancing and fiber

in particular is more down-to-earth

because you can make money on Fiverr by

doing whatever is your strengths for

example if you know two languages you

can start selling translations if you

know how to write text for example you

don't even need to know copywriting but

just how to write a text a blog post

that would make sense

you can sell writing skills if you know

how to edit videos you can sell video

editing like pretty much anything that

you are good at or you think you're good

at or your average ad you can still

start something for five dollars each

gig and then you know increase the price

gradually the more experience you're

getting the better your skills are

coming you can increase your price and

there are people on Fiverr even though

the platform started originally with

only $5 per gig now there are people who

are charging even thousand dollars to

run Facebook ads campaign to create

promotional videos professional

promotional videos and so on and in the

comments - without my video on how to

make money on Fiverr I'm getting a lot

of questions on how to promote your gig

on Fiverr because Fiverr is the kind of

platform

unlike app work type work is another

freelancing platform which works in a

totally different way because on app

work you as a freelancer have to look

for gigs and apply for them fiver on the

other hand works in a totally different

way on Fiverr you cannot apply for works

because there are there's no place where

people actually publish the work that

they need to do instead Fiverr is a

marketplace of the gigs as a freelancer

if I post my gig on Fiverr for me it's

quite difficult to stand out from the

competition so in this video I want to

share with you some steps on how you can

promote your Fiverr gig there will be

three advices that I will cover right

now in a second and the third advice

will be the main one I would say that it

will be probably the foundation and a

game-changer for the majority of you who

want to start selling their gigs on

Fiverr and start making money on Fiverr

by selling some kind of your skills the

first advice is pretty obvious the main

thing the first kind of goal for you has

to be to get those first customers who

would give you 5 stars and wrote a

decent review to get those customers I

recommend you to go with only $5 price

point the search term in business as MVP

value proposition so you have to offer

the minimum value that you can sell for

five dollars but if you will be

struggling to sell that MVP minimum

value proposition you should go a little

bit more than that if your competition

is offering translation for five dollars

only hundred words of translation

you should start selling 500 if 500 is

the standard minimum for five dollars

you should try thousand words at the

beginning it doesn't really matter you

will be working more for less but the

first goal should be to gain those five

stars and decent reviews the more

feedback the more reviews you will be

having on your 5 account the more

clients will be likely to buy from you

even when you will be increasing the

price as soon as you start getting those

five-star feedbacks reviews comments or

clients then you can start gradually

increase the price then you can go for

10 dollars or maybe you can keep the $5

but decrease the amount of work that

you're providing for example instead if

you were selling 500 words translation

maybe you can decrease the 300 and the

better rating you will be getting the

more feedback and reviews you will be

getting the higher of the price point

you can put and then you can see you can

find yourself the balance for example if

your rating grew kind of you know

considerably you can increase the price

as well if you still get enough sales on

this price point but then you can try to

increase the price even more as soon as

you increase the price and you stop

getting sales then you can always go

back and lower the price until you get

even more feedback more sales more

reviews more those five-star ratings the

second advice on how to

your Fiverr gigs and get those sales you

should create a killer profile he should

fill out your profile you should fill

out all the descriptions you should

highlight necessary things you should

write a decent copy in the description

of your gig you should do pretty much

everything you should upload a decent

thumbnail you should ideally you should

also create a video whether or not you

present yourself it doesn't really

matter because there are a lot of gigs

where people don't present present

themselves but what you should do really

is to check out your competition see

what other people are doing within your

niche and pretty much do similar but

better than them you can even you know

combine the best things take the best

things from each of them and do yourself

in your own way but better than them

because in every niche on Fiverr people

tend to do kind of in a different way

tend to create their profiles in a

different way for example if you are

selling video editing then without the

video presentation or video samples you

will not be able even to sell a $5 gig

but if you are selling writing gigs or

copywriting then the best you can do is

to write a killer copy as an example as

a sample also upload some samples of

your work if you are selling your

photoshop skills then of course you

should upload before and after for

example Photoshop editing so make sure

that you include the case studies the

examples of your work but the whole

point here is to be at least on the same

level as your competition and in ideal

scenario to be better than them to have

a profile that stands out that you know

create that trust and willing to buy

from you and the third point how you can

promote your Fiverr gigs successfully

and get those clients

here I want to shift your mentality and

make you look at Fiverr from a different

angle the majority of people who create

the gigs who place their gigs on Fiverr

think that they will place the gig on

Fiverr and that's it and the clients

will just pour to them and start selling

the gigs you know non-stop every single

day and there will be a queue of the

customers but the truth is that okay

it's great to get those clients from

Fiverr but at the beginning you should

consider it as a bonus what kind of

perspective I want to offer you imagine

if Fiverr was just a checkout page just

a payment gateway let's say a way to

charge the clients how would you be

promoting your website for example if

you are selling your copywriting skills

what is the best way to promote your

skills other than freelancing platforms

it can be finding clients offline going

to networking events going to marketing

events going to some exhibitions going

to business trainings business seminars

marketing seminars basically to the

places where your potential clients are

spending time and gathering together and

you can just casually meet new people

share what you're doing what you're good

at and find those clients and fiber can

be as your website you know if you dump

your work properly if you created that

killer profile with you know with the

self-presentation with case studies with

samples of your work you can always

share that link to those people and they

will be happy to buy from you through

fiber because for them it provides also

additional safety because if they buy

from you on Fiverr and you will not

deliver work to them they are sure

they will get money back because of the

fiber policy so think outside the box

and start looking for clients for your

fiber gig offline in offline events in

your real life the additional weight how

you can start promoting your file a gig

in this way you can also join the

community's online Facebook groups

forums some kind of like start reading

blogs and comment below the blogs below

below the blog posts related to your

niche and also when somebody is asking

your for your advice for example we're

asking what you're up to what what

you're doing you can always mention that

you are good at that and you sell your

services professionally and then just

drop a link to your Fiverr gig and the

city so think outside the box and

promote your gig as if it was your own

professionally created website because

Fiverr is like Amazon it provides

additional safety it provides additional

reputation and once you get those first

ratings first five-star ratings

feedbacks it will be even easier for you

to sell your Fiverr gigs offline or
