Facebook ads or for shout outs which

start drop shipping but what if I tell

you that there is a way to start the

drop shipping with no money in this

video I will show you exactly how to

start drop shipping with no money in few

moments we will jump onto my laptop and

I will show you on the screen how to set

up and walk you through the whole

process and after that I will also cover

and you will be allowed to have up to 50

affiliates I feel is in this case I feel

affiliates who will be selling your

product and you will be pain to them

just deleted this app just to show you

anymore and I'm not gonna build this

because as you probably already know I

prefer I feel it marketing instead but

as I was saying in my previous videos

about drop shipping drop shipping is a

legit business model you just have to be

careful and smart too when starting so

that you wouldn't spend too much money

affiliates and all the stats so right

here you will see visits when you will

get visits orders how many orders were

made and conversions how many like to

calculate can

your affiliates how do they track the

traffic there are sales there commission

here's the thing after they register

with your affiliate program and they

become your affiliates they will get a

unique affiliate link in this case for

example this first of in it is going to

have this link as their affiliate the

second Phillip will have to at the end

of 3 or you can as a remember you were

able to create unique affiliate link so

if you will have like no products you

can give more affiliate links and you

can link to different pages of of your

shop because you can promote shop in

general or you can promote product just

one product on your shop so yeah you you

can play with these settings quite a lot

and yeah you can change cookie duration

cookie duration is if someone will

follow their affiliate

but will not buy anything straight away

then they will yeah but they will come

back for example within the next seven

days and buy something then it will

count as their sale and they will get

commission but if they will come back on

the day number eight they will and make

a sale

the your affiliate will not get any

Commission you say yeah you can change

to 30 days cooky or even 60 days cookie

or lifetime cookie

it doesn't really matter as long as they

drive traffic that make you sales should

define but yeah I would put I was

putting I think 30 days cookie because

it looks legit and you know more kind of

like convincing to work with you

Commission a 3% is definitely too low

you're not gonna Interest you're not

gonna convince anyone to work with you

with 3% what you want to do I was I mean

it depends on your product it depends on

your margins of your products and other

expenses that you have at the moment so

I was putting I think yeah I had quite a

like quite high margin so I was putting

about 20% so if a product in my shop

cost $20 then I was paying full dollars

from every sale to my Athena at some

point it'll be too much how are you can

play with it you can for example one of

the ways to attract more fillets

straight away is to offer for example

50% Commission June during for example

first ten sales and then lower it to 15

or 10 or 20% for all the further sales

after that right here you can put

minimum amount of payment this means

that each affiliate will have to reach

$100 in their commission before they get

paid so this is the general idea how to

however before you jump right to it I

would like to talk about a few things a

few crucial details that are really

important with this method in particular

the first one is niche selection for

this for this method you want to make

sure that you choose quite broad niche

quite popular one with a lot of

influences on Instagram the second

important thing that you have to

consider is you have to have your shop

well presented and ideally you want to

have more following of your Instagram

account so you want to look like you are

established shop if it will not look

trustful trustworthy to work with you

then yeah they will just ignore your

messages and it will be difficult to

find those who will want to cooperate

with you ideally if you will have some

social proof let's say in social media

if you have some followers on your

Instagram account or Facebook page or

something that that will be perfect in

addition to decent looking shop the

third thing I think it's the third right

so the third thing is the message what

you want to write so after you finding

an influencer you can write for example

that oh we just opened a new shop and we

are looking for people to collaborate

you can present it this way an

alternative way what you can write to

the influences that you're expanding

your business you're looking for more

partners and yeah and you are offering

them to collaborate with you this way

you present your shop as you are already

successful business and you're looking

for new partners to to work with and

impose on thing number four you don't

have to limit yourself with Instagram

you can try contact influences on

YouTube if you're in fashion or fitness

or like all skincare was some like women

women's niche then you can try

contact somebody like with high

following and active users on Pinterest

you can try Facebook as well and maybe

some maybe even Twitter anyway Instagram

probably is going to be one of the

easiest one to start with and how to

look for for the influences in your

niche let's say if your niche is Park

then you just search for Park you

basically you type in your keyword then

you click on bugs right here you arrive

on this page and then you go through

some pictures with decent amount of

likes let's say this one then you open

in the new page and you can see that

this user has four hundred forty three

thousand followers which is good so like

then you can check the engagement you

can compare like to understand in every

niche the engagement is different so I'd

recommend you to do the following you

put down on the piece of paper or in a

special a spreadsheet and dedicated to

influences the nickname then the amount

of followers and the average the average

engagement likes and comments let's say

the menu one and the maximum one or the

average just like you know go through a

few posts and check out the average for

example for this one the average will be

probably fifteen thirteen because there

are some of them about twenty and some

of them are about 10k so yeah probably

like 14 maybe you know just to get your

idea then you can click this arrow and

you will have more similar counts on the

Instagram and then you can just open

each one of them in you tabs and do the

same then you can go this one

has almost three Millions then you can

click this arrow and check these ones

and so on and so forth yeah then you

want to go to your phone and send

private messages to each one of them who

are interested who are interesting for

you as potential partner as potential

filler and that's it guys that's pretty

much it I just to tell you one last

thing that affiliate Li works not only

on Shopify but with different platforms

with Magento with WooCommerce it's

pretty versatile yeah the rest of them

I'm not familiar with but yeah check it

out I'm sure it will work well for you

just test different products test

different influences and I'm sure you

will be good as soon as you start

earning this way you can reinvest this

money into Facebook ads or Instagram ads

what you can do as well if you will be

driving traffic from Instagram you can

retarget them with Facebook as after

that and just be careful with the cookie

if you set cookie of 30 days and then

retarget with Instagram ads the same

audience that will come to a shop

through affiliate Li service then you

will be paying for the ads and you will

be paying the commission to your

affiliates even if they will buy through

the ads so take care of that and that's
