hi this is see Alina this is one of
those videos where I don't really have a
very profound agenda to discuss with you
something that I felt like discussing
with you
there is no bail written script or
anything absolutely nothing just me
talking to you I woke up in the morning
and there was this thought I just mind
my mind just went to it I don't know how
but somehow there was this thought in my
mind as to what really matters when you
are working in a job what is something
that you should really look for what is
that one thing that you should choose
above everything else when you have to
decide as to whether you should work in
this job or not so money is definitely
not that money is definitely not the
answer and I'm sure you must have
guessed it money is not something that
can make you that can keep you happy for
a long time no matter what amount or
what figure you're earning after a while
you get used to it and it becomes small
for you trust me it does become small
for you no matter how many lakhs or
crores you are earning it really does
not matter after a while what really
matters is the people you are working
with what kind of people are you working
with are those people your friends the
kind of environment that you're working
in have you made friends over there
other people who care about you so I
have been into several jobs and I'm
telling you probably one or two jobs
were such where the people were nice and
those people are still in touch with me
I still wish them on their birthdays
sometimes if I remember and they wish me
back and I still kind of I get a smile
thinking about those days when I was
working with them and probably that
feeling is far more superior to any kind
of money that I ever made in any kind of
job so this is the thing that I wanted
to discuss with you do not prioritize
money over relationship
people is what matters the people you
work with you sit with because major
part of your day goes with those people
so if a company that has nice people to
work with if such a company you find in
your career probably that is the company
you should stick along with and on the
other hand if there is a company which
is offering you a lot of money but the
work culture is such that people hardly
have time to even look at you to say hi
to you to care about you or to take you
out to have lunch together I don't think
you will be able to keep yourself happy
for a long time over there and once that
honeymoon period is over those one or
two months when you're new in a job
everything starts to just crash I'm
telling you from my own experience I've
been in two trashley jobs I mean that's
what I would call them trashy I just
could not bear the thought of going back
to office the other day getting up in
the morning was so hard it was so
difficult
I could not muster the courage to you
know even try to fake a smile how do I
say this I don't know if you'll be able
to get this from my voice my tone but
trust me I could not continue for long I
could and there was this feeling that
you know I will not be able to build a
career here this is just a very
temporary thing it will not last long
and that is exactly what happened it did
not last long and on the other hand
right in the beginning I was in a job
which I was in for two years roughly to
two and a half years and the people I
met there I wouldn't want to take the
names of a few of them through some
debate AJ oh my god those people I love
you guys if you're watching this video I
really really really miss you guys
it was amazing and then one of them has
become a youtuber also we used to call
him Baba
yeah so you know that's how it is and
then there was another job of mine where
I had mr. Vivek Singh he is a subscriber
so sir I want you to know this knew you
were fun to work with I really enjoyed
working with you we definitely fought a
lot but Lara Atiamuri what arguments of
the tape I'm doing to stay calm okay
would have worked out there but I still
say that it was a pleasant experience of
my life whenever baby does Alka creep
come here and I know I enjoyed working
with you and that's it I think
that was my message I hope I could bring
it out nice and it made sense to you if
