backlinks it's guest posting it's
getting real contextual links from
articles and other people's sites and

short live links you can try local
directories if you're kind of a local

site Karl could be the server or the
fiend just laying it down you can find
out if it's the theme just briefly
switch to one of the default themes like
2012 or 2013 or any of those and just
see if that affects the speed you can
run it through Google PageSpeed that'll
give you a few ideas and that will tell
you if it's a server that's having stuff
down it might just be one plug-in in
particular so try turning off a load of
plugins see what I think that has and
then turn them on one by one and see if
there's one that drastically slows
everything down
