are you looking to start generating some
passive income have you tried a ton of
stuff online that that has not really
worked for you do you want to get
passive income well for me passive
income is freedom it allows me to do
what I want being able to spend the time
with my family and friends being able to
take vacations being able to work at
home being able to travel do whatever I
want
that's what passive income to me is
because when I'm traveling when I'm
sleeping when I'm out with friends and
family I'm still making money and that
is something that you can do and what
we're gonna do in this video is I'm
going to walk you through the exact
steps that I've used to have a full time
income online it's been able to allow me
internet full time and you're gonna be
able to do it and we're gonna do it
right here on this video so let's jump
right into it alright so we are going to
jump into passive income how I make more
than a thousand dollars per month and
how I've been doing it for a very long
time now this is going to be very simple
it's gonna be very understandable and if
you can just met if you can just master
these skills that I'm going to show you
and you just focus on this and you do
and you eliminate everything else that's
distracting you online because I know
there's a ton but if you can eliminate a
lot of the other stuff that maybe you've
seen before read before you see a lot of
the stuff going on if you just master
this you're going to see success so for
me I started online in 1997 yes it's
been a long time I had a computer in a
apartment complex that I was that I was
renting at the time and it was actually
wasn't even my computer I was borrowing
the business computer that was in the
the business center whatever they had
and I was emailing back and forth my
buddy and I and we were emailing just
emailing back and forth or email
pictures and things like that and I
thought wow this is gonna be huge we can
do all this stuff Internet is gonna be
big but the thing is back then and it
was you know it was kind of tough
because it wasn't a whole lot of stuff
it wasn't you know there wasn't Google
it wasn't Facebook there wasn't any of
this stuff you see today so you had to
really be resourceful and understand try
to figure things out and that's what
exactly what I did and it took me about
eight months and I finally started to
generate some income online
now the same principles that I applied
back then before there was all the great
stuff that we have now is the same
principles I still apply to this day and
nothing has changed the only thing
that's changed it's becoming a lot
easier to attract the people that you
want so Kay back then we just didn't
have yahoo there was no Google I'm yeah
it was the only thing we had we had
Google there was no Google no Facebook
there's no YouTube think about that none
of this it was crazy the the limited
resources that we had but we still
figured it out and we moved ahead okay
so I'm gonna walk you through a couple
things that you want to do and I'm gonna
break out my my trusty pen here so we
can figure this out so passive income
ideas is this and this this really
applies to anything you do with business
it could be offline online business
offline business all of these principles
apply and if you can do this you're
gonna see great success okay so here's
where you got you have you got money
right here let's just say this is money
right here this is all this is my money
money here money money okay this is
money this is another bill all right
this is money now
all this money right here is attached to
people
okay so there's people that have this
money people that have this money and
people have this money all have
challenges they all have problems they
all have things they need to be solved
okay and they come they're on the
internet whether they come to the
internet looking for whether they're
just on the internet hanging out they're
coming to solve certain problems or they
just have maybe they're not even coming
to the internet looking to solve the
problem but as a marketer you're going
to steer them in the right direction
okay so all these people have the money
so what is the job of getting this money
into your pocket or getting into your
account okay so here you are right this
is you okay and this is you know you're
a little bank account right here okay
you want to get these dollar bills right
here okay into your account right here
how do you do that well first of all you
want to understand that all these people
have problems elves they all have
challenges and they all need solutions
the great thing about
the online right now is there's tons and
tons of products and services that can
handle these solution or it can handle
these challenges that people have and
you as a marketer get to come along and
provide the solution to them so this is
your audience right here okay this is
the audience now this audience right
here
back when I got started they were all
they really they were just kind of
getting on their computers there was no
there was no smartphones there's no
there was no cell phones nothing like
that it was just kind of people getting
online they were using dial ups to get
online and it was very primitive very
you know very small and it was hard to
get a hold of those people right it was
hard to to tap into those people but
nowadays all these people they're all on
YouTube okay they're hanging out on
YouTube they're all on Facebook they're
all on Instagram okay so Instagram
they're all on Twitter all these people
are hanging out on these solutions right
here okay so it's it's so easy it's so
much easier right now to earn passive
income than it was back then because
everybody's hanging out in one location
all you have to do is just go there and
find them so you just come here and look
for your audience in this so how do you
get money out of their pocket well these
everybody has problems of challenges you
come along with a solution solution okay
so here is your big solution right here
okay this is your solution right here
this is going to solve everybody's
problems on everybody's challenges they
have and all you have to do is just take
this solution and drop it in front of
the right people on these platforms
that's it it's all you have to do okay
this is this this is the same principle
that applies for anything you do online
offline anything you want to do it's the
same thing you know even if you go if
you have a job and you're trying to go
to go find a job you have to take your
solution to to go to that job right that
job needs needs to hire an employee
maybe you have some skills you got to go
to that job and you have to give them a
solution to their problem which is a
lack of employee to their job okay so I
understand that
concept it's pretty basic it's so all
you have to do is just go out there and
find a put a solution in front of these
people right here okay that's it once
you do that then all this money starts
to come into your bank account pretty
simple all right I know it's you know
you're looking for that magic pill
you're looking for that secret sauce
you're looking for that that shiny
object that's going to help you do it
well this is the shiny object right here
it's just very basic primitive idea of
how to do it how to get passive income
now most people look at this and they'll
die I'm gonna go look for something else
it's that's easier this is the easiest
thing and let me show you exactly what
I'm talking about I'll just I'm gonna
walk you through kind of the concept to
do this so what first of all what I want
to do is this is let's just talk about
like you're on YouTube you understand
YouTube you understand making videos on
YouTube YouTube is a place where people
come to hang out they come to hang out
to look to watch videos all that good
stuff so what does that mean well then
you can create certain types of videos
on there to attract the right people and
then offer them a solution to the
problem so let me I just wrote down some
ideas here so let's just say you're
doing a videos you doing channels on
YouTube
a couple things you can do you could
teach somebody how to cook right if you
know how to cook if you know how to do
that you could take your video and just
put it on your pan you don't have to
show your face just put on your pan
teach people how to cook things okay
because if people come online so YouTube
and they say how do I cook a burrito or
how do I cook how do I cook noodles
they'll come online and somebody will
teach them how to cook noodles right
that's a problem that's a challenge if
somebody has they come online they give
them how to cook noodles and then what
do you do you maybe you have a solution
to the problem maybe you're a cook and
you have maybe a cooking coaching
program that you teach people how to
cook whole meals throughout the week
that would be your solution that's where
you would put money in your in your
account show how to change the oil okay
so a lot of people come to online I know
I've done it how do I change my oil on
my car so there's actually people that
show you how to change the oil in a car
that's great but what would you do with
your channel you would just show more
things how to change a spark plug how to
change the the tires how to wash your
windshields or how to wash your car
things like that
then what would you do you could have a
whole solution on taking care of your
car or maybe car insurance everything
that has to related to cars show your
gym workout so you take your iPhone with
you and you just go and show your gym
workouts one of the easiest things to do
you can set up a channel you could you
could start teaching people how to
workout if that's what you do and then
what would be your solution what would
be the the way to make money would be a
workout program that lasts six months
people come in to your classes your
online classes and they could you could
teach them more and more about working
out how did it setup WordPress if you
know how to set up WordPress teach
people how to do that
solution would be to have a whole
wordpress program that you teach other
people how to do that how to use Adobe
to create graphics okay here's another
software a lot of people want to learn
they want to learn graphics all that you
could teach people how to use Adobe to
you know make graphics to go out there
and and start earning an income
how'd it how to code like how to code
HTML how to code a Perl uh some of these
other JavaScript all of these coding
platforms c-plus I think is another one
how to teach people how to code so then
what they do is they can take that
knowledge and they can maybe go out
there into a job or go to a go to a you
know a new career or whatever they want
to do or maybe they you have a whole
coaching program on coding all kinds of
different things so there's the
possibilities are endless right if you
just sit down and think about this so
what are you gonna do you're gonna go
and you're gonna create a YouTube
channel you're gonna you're going to
teach people how to do this you're going
to be solving problems you're gonna be
solving everybody's challenges with your
videos so then the next thing you can do
is from your channel you can just go to
and let me just I want to show you
really quick these are going to be the
top social media platforms right you get
Facebook obviously Google+ is closing
down so we can't really say that one
anymore but all of these are the top
ones right here and all of these are
where all the people are hanging out
remember I showed you how everybody has
the money they have challenges they're
all on these platforms right now when I
got started at 1907 none of these were
even thought of right I mean some of the
kids but I weren't born by the time
these things but none of these were even
there so we had no way of going and
finding the P
well now there's everybody's hanging out
on these places all you could do is get
yourself in front of them and you will
start to see people coming to your
solution that you have so what are you
gonna do now that you've created how to
cook how to code how to do WordPress all
that good stuff use a platform like
udemy udemy is a great source to just
create an expanded course you know if
you're teaching somebody how to cook a
burrito and then you say well let me
show you how to cook meals for the for
the family for the entire week great
come to my you come to my you you debt
udemy video series and I'll teach you
how to do it and you look at right here
I mean for $11.99 somebody could learn
how do you like here's one how to code
this is Python I think bootcamp and you
look at this 139,000 reviews of this
video right here I mean it's if 139
thousand people have reviewed that
that's 139 1000 times $11.99 I mean you
do the math on that that's gonna be
that's that's a lot okay so people are
coming here and they're buying these
programs because they want to get
expanded to it they want to learn more
they want to get more education if you
don't think that that people are buying
education look at our this you know the
college system in America they make
absolutely billions and millions of
dollars of a year because people want to
learn more well why not
you become the teacher and you get paid
for teaching people how to do that so
again what you're gonna do is just
create some type of you can do this on
Facebook you can do this on Twitter you
can do this on any of the platforms but
you're going to teach some of these
certain skills and then say hey if you
want to expand these skills come over to
my udemy website get on my training
right here and I'll show you how to do
more and that people come there they
flock there and you give them the
solution alright remember I talked about
the solution and you give me the
solution well udemy is going to be a
platform that you can use to give the
solution to people okay that's it I hope
